Abstract
The invention discloses a dual-functional volatile aerosol absorber and a use method of a conversion absorption function, and relates to the technical field of volatile aerosol absorbers. According to the invention, through the design of the dual-function volatile aerial fog, when the device enters the volatile aerial fog from the air inlet pipeline, the absorption changing function can be achieved by switching the first air inlet valve and the second air inlet valve, so that the absorption amount during unloading can be met, the absorption liquid can be prevented from being seriously wasted, the alarm function is realized, the time for replacing the absorption liquid can be known in time, and the pollution rate of the surrounding environment is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of volatile aerosol absorbers, in particular to a dual-function volatile aerosol absorber and a use method of a conversion absorption function.
Background
In systems such as hydrochloric acid storage, ammonia water storage and the like, volatile gases such as acid mist, ammonia mist and the like can escape from equipment during drug unloading or normal use, and the gases can pollute the environment. An acid and ammonia mist absorber is usually arranged for gas absorption, but a spray type or a static type is often adopted.
Only one form is provided, there are the following problems: when the medicine unloading operation is carried out, the spraying mode is better due to large exhaust amount, and when the static type is adopted, the absorption amount during the medicine unloading process cannot be met due to the fixation of the absorption liquid. When the gas absorption device is normally used, the exhaust volume is small, the absorption liquid is seriously wasted due to the spraying mode, the static mode is good, but the arm static mode is adopted, the alarm function is not provided, the absorption liquid is not known to be replaced when the absorption liquid needs to be replaced, and often, an inspector finds that the exhaust port of the absorber is aerated to know the replacement, and if the exhaust port of the absorber cannot be found in time, the pollution to the surrounding environment can be caused.
From the above, we have designed a dual-function volatile aerosol absorber and a method for using the variable absorption function to solve the above problems.

one side of cylindricality barrel is provided with the air inlet pipe of intercommunication formula, the top and the below of air inlet pipe are provided with changeable first admission valve and second admission valve, the opposite side of cylindricality barrel is provided with into absorption liquid pipe, pack the inboard of setting at the cylindricality barrel, below one side of packing is provided with the hand hole, set up the backup pad in the cylindricality barrel of packing below, the top of cylindricality barrel is provided with exhaust pipe, bottom one side of cylindricality barrel is provided with the drain, exhaust pipe's top is provided with the gas vent, be provided with concentration alarm device on the gas vent.
Preferably, one side of the top of the air inlet pipeline extends to the inside of the cylindrical barrel, and a baffle is connected between the air inlet pipeline and one side of the liquid inlet and absorption pipe extending to the inside of the cylindrical barrel.
Preferably, the side of the liquid inlet and absorption pipe extending to the inside of the cylindrical barrel is provided with uniformly distributed spray holes.
Preferably, the first and second intake valves are of a dual-function switching configuration.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The working principle is as follows: according to the dual-function volatile aerosol absorber provided by the invention, spraying operation is adopted during unloading, so that a large amount of gas is prevented from volatilizing, static operation is adopted during operation, a small amount of gas is prevented from volatilizing, an over-standard concentration alarm function is provided, and when the concentration of the aerosol exceeds the standard, an alarm is given to remind an operator to replace absorption liquid in time;
according to the invention, through the design of the dual-function volatile aerial fog, when the device enters the volatile aerial fog from the air inlet pipeline 2, the absorption changing function can be achieved by switching the first air inlet valve 7 and the second air inlet valve 8, so that the absorption amount during unloading can be met, the absorption liquid can be prevented from being seriously wasted, the alarm function is realized, the time for replacing the absorption liquid can be known in time, and the pollution rate of the surrounding environment is reduced.
