A herbal demulcent machine for preparing herbal pieces is characterized by comprising a box body, a box door, a water supply mechanism, a water circulation mechanism, a steam generator, a steam pipe, a connecting pipe, a flow dividing pipe, a plurality of nozzles, a plurality of supporting rods, a plurality of trays, a waterproof shell, a motor, a rotating shaft and a plurality of stirring bodies; the box door is hinged with the box body and is positioned on the side edge of the box body; the water supply mechanism is fixedly connected with the box body and is positioned on the side edge of the box body; the water circulation mechanism is respectively fixedly connected and communicated with the box body and the water supply mechanism and is positioned on the side edge of the box body; the steam generator is fixedly connected with the box body and is positioned above the box body; the steam pipe is fixedly connected and communicated with the water supply mechanism and the steam generator respectively and is positioned between the water supply mechanism and the steam generator; one end of the connecting pipe is fixedly connected and communicated with the steam generator, and one end, far away from the steam generator, of the connecting pipe penetrates through the box body and is positioned inside the box body; the shunt pipe is rotatably connected with the connecting pipe and is positioned at one end of the connecting pipe, which is far away from the steam generator; the plurality of nozzles are respectively fixedly connected with the shunt tubes and are respectively positioned on the side edges of the shunt tubes; the plurality of support rods are respectively and fixedly connected with the box body and are respectively positioned in the box body; the trays are respectively and fixedly connected with the support rods and are respectively positioned on the side edges of the support rods; the waterproof shell is fixedly connected with the tray and is positioned below the tray; the motor is fixedly connected with the waterproof shell and is positioned inside the waterproof shell; one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the output end of the motor, and one end of the rotating shaft, far away from the motor, is fixedly connected with the flow dividing pipe and penetrates through the plurality of trays; the plurality of shifting bodies are respectively and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft and are respectively positioned on the side edges of the rotating shaft.

6. The herbal piece-making demulcent of claim 5, wherein said herbal piece-making demulcent further comprises a handle; the handle is fixedly connected with the box door and is positioned at the side edge of the box door.
7. The demulcent process for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, which is applied to the demulcent machine for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces as claimed in claim 6, and is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
opening the box door to spread the medicine on the tray, and closing the box door after the medicine is placed;
starting a steam generator to extract water in the water tank, converting the water into steam and guiding the steam into a shunt pipe, and spraying the steam out of a plurality of nozzles;
the motor is started to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft drives the flow dividing pipe and the plurality of shifting pieces to rotate, the flow dividing pipe rotates to enable steam to be uniformly sprayed onto the medicine, and the plurality of shifting pieces rotate to shift the medicine to be uniformly contacted with the steam;
starting a water pump to extract water liquefied from steam at the bottom of the tank body, and introducing the water into a water tank for recycling;
and after the medicine moistening is finished, the steam generator, the motor and the water pump are closed, and the box door is opened to take the medicine out of the tray.
