The working principle is as follows: when in use, the auxiliary instrument is adjusted to the state shown in figure 1, the patient places the lower leg on the supporting plate 3 and fixes the lower leg by the bandage 4, the first spring 21 and the second spring 22 both exert upward supporting force, the leg of the patient is pressed downwards with force, then the rotating component is started to enable the foam shaft 1 and the driving component to rotate 180 degrees, the state is shown in figure 2, then the leg is relaxed, the lower leg of the patient is abutted against the foam shaft 1 under the action of the first spring 21 and the second spring 22, the patient can enable the front outer shin clip of the lower leg to be attached to the foam shaft 1 by rotating the leg, then the driving component is started to enable the foam shaft 1 to roll at the front outer shin clip of the lower leg, the most sore point is found in the rolling process, the driving component is suspended, foot dorsiflexion and foot plantar flexion are performed, and the purpose of relaxing tense muscle, tendon and fascia is achieved, after the muscles on the front side of the lower leg are released, the rotating assembly is started to enable the foam shaft 1 to return to the state shown in figure 1, in the process that the foam shaft 1 rotates back to the state shown in figure 1, the foam shaft 1 abuts against the connecting plate 23, the connecting plate 23 moves downwards, the first spring 21 is compressed, the rear side of the lower leg abuts against the foam shaft 1, the second spring 22 is lengthened, then the driving assembly is started, the foam shaft 1 rolls at the gastrocnemius muscle on the rear side of the lower leg, the most sore point is found in the rolling process, the driving assembly is suspended, foot dorsiflexion and foot plantar flexion actions are performed, and after a plurality of groups of actions are repeated, rehabilitation training can be completed.
