Detailed Description
Example 1: as shown in fig. 1, the multifunctional cleaning device for cleaning ground vomit in the department of gastroenterology comprises an installation rack 1, a first cleaning device and a second cleaning device which are respectively arranged on the installation rack 1 and used for cleaning ground vomit, and a linkage device 2 which is arranged on the installation rack 1 and respectively provides power for the first cleaning device and the second cleaning device;
as shown in fig. 1, the mounting frame 1 includes an upper mounting frame 10, and a lower mounting frame 11 disposed below the upper mounting frame 10;
as shown in fig. 1, the linkage 2 includes a rear axle 20 movably disposed at the rear of the upper mounting frame 10, two rolling wheels 21 respectively disposed at two ends of the rear axle 20 for driving the rear axle 20 to rotate, a first linkage structure 22 disposed on the rear axle 20 and connected to the first cleaning device, and a second linkage structure 23 disposed on the rear axle 20 and connected to the second cleaning device;
as shown in fig. 2, the first cleaning device comprises a laying device 3 arranged in front of the upper mounting frame 10 for covering a paper towel on the vomit, and a scraping and extracting assembly 4 arranged in front of the lower mounting frame 11 and connected with the first linkage structure 22 for cleaning the vomit from both sides;
as shown in fig. 2, the second cleaning device comprises a rotary extraction assembly 5 arranged on the lower mounting frame 11 and behind the scraping extraction assembly 4, and a post-treatment assembly 6 arranged behind the rotary extraction assembly 5;
as shown in fig. 3, the scraping and extracting assembly 4 includes a sliding slot 40 disposed on the lower mounting frame 11, two sliding connectors 41 slidably disposed in the sliding slot 40, two sliding frames 42 correspondingly fixed to the lower ends of the sliding connectors 41 and disposed in parallel, two flexible scraping plates 43 correspondingly disposed on the sliding frames 42, and a first extracting assembly 47 disposed at the rear center of the flexible scraping plates 43 for sucking vomitus; two wear-resistant strips 44 correspondingly arranged below the flexible scraper 43 and contacting with the ground, two connecting rods 45 respectively correspondingly connected with the two sliding frames 42, and a transmission worm 46 arranged on the lower mounting frame 11 and connecting the first linkage structure 22 and the two connecting rods 45;
as shown in fig. 4, the rotary extracting assembly 5 includes two circular protecting covers 50 disposed behind the first extracting assembly 47, two driven gears 51 disposed at the center of the circular protecting covers 50 and connected to the second linkage 23, two driven shafts 52 disposed below the driven gears 51 and penetrating through the circular protecting covers 50, two rotary brush discs 53 disposed on the driven shafts 52 for cleaning the ground, two intercepting scrapers 54 disposed behind the rotary brush discs 53 for intercepting vomit on the ground, and a second extracting assembly 55 disposed between the two intercepting scrapers 54;
as shown in fig. 1 and 4, each of the first and second extraction assemblies 47 and 55 comprises a suction port 470 3cm from the ground, a storage chamber 471 connected with the suction port 470 for collecting vomit, and a negative pressure device arranged at the connection position of the suction port 470 and the storage chamber 471;
2 empty plastic bottles 472 capable of being in threaded connection with a negative pressure device are movably clamped in the storage chamber 471.
As shown in fig. 3, the laying device 3 includes a tissue storage bin 30 located above the flexible scraper 43, a paper storage rotating shaft disposed in the tissue storage bin 30 for driving the tissue to rotate, a paper output port 31 disposed at a side of the tissue storage bin 30 and capable of being penetrated by the tissue, a first paper cutting rack 32 disposed at the paper output port 31 for cutting off the tissue, a rotating laying frame 33 with one end movably disposed on the tissue storage bin 30, a first tissue pick-up bar 34 disposed at the other end of the rotating laying frame 33, a second paper cutting rack 35 disposed on the rotating laying frame 33 and capable of engaging with the first paper cutting rack 32, a second tissue pick-up bar 36 disposed between the first tissue pick-up bar 34 and the second paper cutting rack 35, a control bar 37 with one end connected to a middle portion of the second tissue pick-up bar 35 and the other end connected to the sliding connector 41, and universal bearings arranged at the joints of the two ends of the control rod 37, the second towel picking rod 35 and the sliding connecting piece 41.
As shown in fig. 4, the post-treatment assembly 6 includes a support frame 60 mounted on the lower mounting frame 11 and located behind the intercepting scraper 54, a rotary drum 61 movably mounted on the support frame 60 and parallel to the rear axle 20 for wiping the ground, an electric heating assembly 62 disposed on the support frame 60 and located behind the rotary drum 61 for drying the ground, and a sterilizing assembly 63 disposed on the upper mounting frame 10;
the rotary drum 61 is provided with a water absorbing layer;
wherein, the water-absorbing layer is made of water-absorbing cotton cloth.
As shown in fig. 5, the disinfecting assembly 63 includes a disinfecting liquid storage tank 630 disposed on the upper mounting frame 10, and an atomizing nozzle 631 mounted at the rear end of the upper mounting frame 10 and connected to the disinfecting liquid storage tank 630.
As shown in fig. 5, the universal wheels 12 are mounted on both sides of the front end of the lower mounting frame 11, and the handheld push-pull structure 13 capable of adjusting the height is arranged at the rear end of the upper mounting frame 10;
as shown in fig. 5, the handheld push-pull structure 13 includes a support frame 130 connected to the upper mounting frame 10 at the lower end thereof, two height adjusting rods 131 slidably disposed at two sides of the upper end of the support frame 130, and a handheld grip 132 horizontally disposed on the height adjusting rods 131.

As shown in fig. 6, the second linkage 23 includes a large sprocket 230 fixedly installed at the middle of the rear shaft 20, a small sprocket 231 disposed at the front of the large sprocket 230 and located at the driven gear 51, a chain 232 connecting the small sprocket 231 and the large sprocket 230, a speed increasing gear set 233 connected to the small sprocket 231, and a second transmission shaft 234 connected to the speed increasing gear set 233 at the middle and connected to the driven gear 51 at both ends thereof, respectively.
The speed change mechanism 224, the speed increasing gear set 233, the power motor, the atomizer 631, the electric heating assembly 62, the universal bearing, and the negative pressure device are commercially available components, and those skilled in the art can select the components as needed, which is not limited herein.
The working steps of the device are as follows: the medical staff pushes the hand-held grip 132 to slow the device, and the rear shaft 20 rotates to drive the first cleaning device and the second cleaning device through the first linkage structure 22 and the second linkage structure 23 respectively;
firstly, the paper placing rotating shaft drives the paper towel to penetrate through the paper outlet 31, the control rod 37 drives the first paper towel picking rod 34 and the second paper towel picking rod 35 to lay the paper towel, and the first paper cutting rack 32 and the second paper cutting rack 35 cut the paper towel to finish covering the paper towel on vomitus; then the flexible scraper 43 scrapes vomitus to concentrate in front of the first extraction component 47, and the first extraction component 47 finishes the extraction;
then, under the interception of the interception scraper plate 54, the rotary brush disc 53 rotates to perform secondary cleaning on the ground, a small amount of residual vomitus is rotatably transferred to the suction port of the second extraction component 55 in the middle, and the second extraction component 55 finishes the secondary suction of the residual vomitus;
finally, the rotary drum 61 of the post-processing assembly 6 wipes the ground, the electric heating assembly 62 dries the ground, and the sterilizing assembly 63 sterilizes the ground.

As shown in fig. 7, a remote control device 8 is also included; the remote control device 8 comprises a driving motor 80 arranged at the joint of the rear axle 20 and the rolling wheels 21, a power supply 81 electrically connected with the driving motor 80, a control assembly 82, and a handle control device remotely connected with the control assembly 82.
The handle control device, the driving motor 80, the control assembly 82, the steering engine 72, the first cleaning nozzle 71 and the second cleaning nozzle 73 are commercially available products, and can be selected by those skilled in the art as needed, which is not limited herein.
Claims (10)
1. The multifunctional cleaning device for cleaning ground vomitus in the department of gastroenterology is characterized by comprising an installation rack (1), a first cleaning device and a second cleaning device which are respectively arranged on the installation rack (1) and used for cleaning the ground vomitus, and a linkage device (2) which is arranged on the installation rack (1) and respectively provides power for the first cleaning device and the second cleaning device;
the mounting rack (1) comprises an upper mounting rack (10) and a lower mounting rack (11) arranged below the upper mounting rack (10);
the linkage device (2) comprises a rear shaft (20) movably arranged behind the upper mounting rack (10), two rolling wheels (21) respectively arranged at two ends of the rear shaft (20) and driving the rear shaft (20) to rotate, a first linkage structure (22) arranged on the rear shaft (20) and connected with a first cleaning device, and a second linkage structure (23) arranged on the rear shaft (20) and connected with a second cleaning device;
the first cleaning device comprises a laying device (3) which is arranged in front of the upper mounting rack (10) and used for covering paper towels on vomit, and a scraping and extracting assembly (4) which is arranged in front of the lower mounting rack (11) and connected with the first linkage structure (22) and used for cleaning the vomit from two sides;
the second cleaning device comprises a rotary extraction assembly (5) which is arranged on the lower mounting rack (11) and is positioned behind the scraping extraction assembly (4), and a post-processing assembly (6) which is arranged behind the rotary extraction assembly (5);
the scraping extraction assembly (4) comprises a sliding chute (40) arranged on the lower installation rack (11), two sliding connecting pieces (41) arranged in the sliding chute (40) in a sliding mode, two sliding frames (42) which are fixed at the lower ends of the sliding connecting pieces (41) in a corresponding mode and arranged in parallel, two flexible scraping plates (43) arranged on the sliding frames (42) in a corresponding mode, and a first extraction assembly (47) which is arranged in the rear center of each flexible scraping plate (43) and used for sucking vomitus; the two wear-resistant strips (44) are correspondingly arranged below the flexible scraper (43) and are in contact with the ground, the two connecting rods (45) are respectively correspondingly connected with the two sliding frames (42), and the transmission worm (46) is arranged on the lower mounting rack (11) and is connected with the first linkage structure (22) and the two connecting rods (45);
the rotary extraction assembly (5) comprises two circular protective covers (50) arranged behind the first extraction assembly (47), two driven gears (51) which are respectively arranged at the centers of the circular protective covers (50) and connected with the second linkage structure (23), two driven rotating shafts (52) which are respectively and correspondingly arranged below the driven gears (51) and penetrate through the circular protective covers (50), two rotary brush discs (53) which are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the driven rotating shafts (52) and used for cleaning the ground, two interception scraping plates (54) which are respectively and correspondingly arranged behind the rotary brush discs (53) and used for intercepting ground vomit, and a second extraction assembly (55) arranged between the two interception scraping plates (54);
the first extraction assembly (47) and the second extraction assembly (55) respectively comprise a sewage suction port (470) which is 3-6 cm away from the ground, a storage cavity (471) which is connected with the sewage suction port (470) and used for collecting vomitus, and a negative pressure device which is arranged at the joint of the sewage suction port (470) and the storage cavity (471).
