Abstract
The invention provides a poultry feed additive and application thereof, wherein the poultry feed additive contains yeast mannan, montmorillonite, yeast selenium, sodium bicarbonate and wheat middling. The poultry feed additive provided by the invention can improve the poultry antibody level and reduce the death and panning, thereby improving the poultry production benefit and ensuring the quality safety of poultry meat and egg food.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a feed additive, in particular to a poultry feed additive.
Background
The antibody is an immune globulin generated by the immune response of an organism, and when poultry grow and develop in various physiological periods such as yolk sac digestion metabolism in a brooding period, moulting in an egg laying period and the like, and stress such as beak breaking, group transfer, season changing and the like can influence the reduction of the antibody level of the poultry organism to cause various diseases. In the actual culture process, the treatment by antibiotics can cause the animals to generate drug resistance and immunosuppression to destroy the immune system of the organism, further reduce the antibody level of the animals, increase the death and culling rate and reduce the production benefit.
At present, except antibiotics, other antibacterial agents in the market are mainly derived from Chinese herbal medicines and chemically synthesized polysaccharides, and due to the fact that the extraction process is complex, the use cost is high, the product components are not clear, and the product quality difference is large. The yeast mannan is a high-efficiency biological responder with strong activity, no toxic or side effect and no drug resistance to antibiotics, can act on an immune cell surface receptor to activate an immune related signal conduction path, promote immune cells to release downstream signal molecules and induce an organism to generate nonspecific and specific immune response reaction, has the functions of resisting tumors, enhancing the immunity of the organism, resisting bacteria and viruses and the like, and is widely used in the medicine and food industries.
The use of chemically synthesized antibiotics has the problems of drug resistance, drug residue and the like, and some synthetic raw materials have toxic action; the function and the content of components for enhancing immunity in the Chinese herbal medicine additive are not clear, and the consistency of the using effect of the feed produced in different batches is difficult to ensure.

The test feed adopts the feed formulas in the corresponding examples or comparative examples of each group, the feed is firstly crushed, is gradually expanded and mixed and then is granulated, the feed is crushed in the early stage, and the crushing is not needed in the later stage. The test broiler chickens are raised in a plane scattered mode, fed and drunk freely, and normal broiler chicken raising management is referred to.
2 index of production Performance
Feed-meat ratio (F/G): and calculating the feed-meat ratio of each stage and the feed-meat ratio of the whole stage on the basis of the broiler chickens living at a certain stage. And recording the weight of dead eliminated chickens, and correcting the feed consumption of the dead eliminated chickens when calculating the feed-meat ratio.
Feed conversion ratio (average daily feed intake per chicken/average daily gain per chicken) (correction)
The death and culling rate: dead and culled chickens (well documented) account for the proportion of the whole population.
3 immunoassay index
Immune organ index: the moderate virulence vaccine of the bursa of Fabricius is inoculated at a dropping mouth which is 1 time of 14 days old, one chicken with approximate average weight is picked in each group before immunization (14 days old), 7 days after immunization (21 days old), 14 days after immunization (28 days old) and 21 days after immunization (35 days old), the bursa of Fabricius of chicken immune organs are collected and weighed by an electronic balance, and the index of the bursa of Fabricius is determined. The immune organ index is calculated by referring to the method of snow plum and the like (2009), and the formula is as follows: organ index is organ fresh weight (g)/live weight (kg).
The humoral immunity index is as follows: the new combined vaccine is inoculated by dropping 1 time of eyes and nose at 7 days of age, 1 chicken is randomly extracted from each column at 7 days (14 days of age), 14 days (21 days of age) and 21 days (28 days of age) at 7 am to 8 am, the blood is collected from the inferior pterygoid vein, the serum is separated, and the antibody titer of the serum Newcastle disease in the blood is detected by a hemagglutination inhibition test.
