The following describes embodiments of the present application in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method for automatically replying to an information according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to an electronic device, and as shown in the drawing, the method for automatically replying to an information includes:
s101, when the electronic equipment receives instant messaging information, acquiring display interface content of the electronic equipment;
after receiving the instant messaging information, the electronic equipment can display an instant messaging display interface, can prompt through a prompt bar, and can prompt a user in modes of vibration, light, ring tone and the like. The method for acquiring the display interface content of the electronic equipment comprises acquiring a display interface screenshot and text content displayed by the display interface.
S102, the electronic equipment imports the display interface content into a pre-trained scene recognition model and outputs a scene recognition result;
the pre-training scene recognition model is a scene recognition model which is created by taking a large number of screenshots of a display interface of the electronic equipment or text contents of the display interface as sample data, importing the sample data into a neural training network for training and establishing a preset scene.
In the specific implementation, a display interface screenshot of a display interface of a current scene or text content of the display interface is obtained, and a pre-trained scene recognition model is imported to obtain a scene recognition result of the display interface content of the current electronic equipment.
S103, the electronic equipment determines whether the electronic equipment is in a preset scene according to the scene recognition result;
and identifying whether the current scene is a preset scene according to the scene identification result of the current display interface obtained in the step S102.
S104, when the electronic equipment is determined to be in the preset scene, determining whether to start an automatic reply function according to the instant communication information;
when the electronic equipment detects that the electronic equipment is in a preset scene, an automatic reply function of the electronic equipment is started. Specifically, the preset scene of the electronic device can be set by user according to the user's needs.
And S105, if yes, starting the automatic reply function by the electronic equipment, and selecting preset reply contents for automatic reply.
In a specific implementation, when the electronic device receives an instant messaging message, a current scene is immediately judged, and when the current scene is a preset scene, the instant messaging message is analyzed to judge whether automatic reply and automatic reply content are required.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the application, when the electronic device receives the instant messaging information, the display interface content of the electronic device is firstly acquired, and the instant messaging information includes incoming call information or short message information; then, importing the content of the display interface into a pre-trained scene recognition model, and outputting a scene recognition result; secondly, determining whether the electronic equipment is in a preset scene according to a scene recognition result, wherein the preset scene comprises a game scene; thirdly, when the electronic equipment is determined to be in the preset scene, determining whether to start an automatic reply function according to the instant messaging information; if yes, finally starting an automatic reply function, and selecting preset reply contents for automatic reply. Therefore, the electronic equipment can identify the current scene through the pre-trained scene identification model when receiving the instant messaging information, and start the automatic reply function when the scene is preset, so that the electronic equipment can determine whether to reply automatically according to the current scene; and automatic reply is carried out according to the preset content, so that the reliability and intelligence of automatic reply are effectively improved, and the timeliness of user information interaction is enhanced.
In one possible example, the determining whether the electronic device is in a preset scene further includes: obtaining internal parameters of the electronic equipment; and determining whether the electronic equipment is in a preset scene or not according to the internal parameters.
The internal parameters comprise load data volume corresponding to the preset scene in the CPU, load data volume corresponding to the preset scene in the GPU and module parameters corresponding to the preset scene.
Therefore, in this example, the electronic device can determine whether the current scene of the electronic device is the preset scene based on the internal parameters of the electronic device, so that the process of detecting the scene is simplified, and the speed of detecting the scene is increased.
In one possible example, the instant messaging information comprises short message information; the determining whether to start an automatic reply function according to the instant messaging information includes: and when the instant communication information is detected to be the short message, determining whether to start the automatic reply function according to the short message.
The short message information comprises sending end information and text information, and whether the automatic reply function is started or not is determined according to the sending end information and the text information.
Therefore, in the example, the electronic device can judge whether the short message information can start the automatic reply function or not by detecting the instant communication information and determining the short message information, so that the intelligence and the efficiency of information interaction are improved.
In one possible example, the determining whether to start the automatic reply function according to the short message information includes: acquiring sending end information of the short message information; determining whether to start the automatic reply function according to the sending end information and a preset first priority list; or, acquiring text information of the short message information; importing the text information into a pre-trained semantic recognition model, and recognizing the semantics of the short message information; and determining whether to start the automatic reply function according to the semantics.
The information of the sending end comprises a number of the sending end and an identification of the sending end, wherein the identification comprises an identification which is set by a user through an address book in a self-defined way and other identifications (sales promotion, china Mobile and the like) acquired from a server.
In a specific implementation, when the instant messaging information is short message information, the electronic device may determine whether to start an automatic reply function according to a priority of the sending end information by acquiring the sending end information of the short message information. Illustratively, the sender information and the corresponding first priority list of whether to turn on the automatic reply function are given in table 1 below.
TABLE 1
Priority level Sending end information Whether to start the auto-reply function
First priority User who needs to answer in person in address list If not, outputting prompt information
Second priority User needing automatic reply in address list Is that
Third priority Users not in address list and blacklist users Whether or not
The method comprises the steps that text information of short message information is acquired and stored through neural network training, and a semantic recognition model is established; when receiving the short message, the short message can be imported into a semantic recognition model, the rain identity of the text message is determined, and whether automatic reply is performed or not is further determined. For example, for the short message information with the semantic of 'important' and 'meeting' identified, the automatic reply is not started, and the prompt information is output to prompt the user to reply personally; and (3) aiming at the short message information with the recognized semantic of shopping, the automatic reply function is not started, and for other semantics, the automatic reply function is started to automatically reply.
In a specific implementation, semantic recognition may be performed before priority determination as shown in table 1; or, the priority determination as described in table 1 may be performed first, and then semantic recognition is performed, for example, at the third priority as described in table 1, semantic recognition is performed on short message information sent by a user who is not in the address book, and whether automatic reply is performed is determined; two ways of judging whether to start the automatic recovery function may also be set separately.
Therefore, in the example, the electronic device can identify the text of the short message information based on the priority of the short message information sending terminal information and by the semantics, determine whether to start the automatic reply function, automatically reply aiming at the sending terminal user and the semantics, filter the junk information, and improve the timeliness and efficiency of information interaction.
In one possible example, the instant messaging information includes incoming call information; the determining whether to start an automatic reply function according to the instant messaging information includes: and when the instant communication information is detected to be the incoming call information, determining whether to start the automatic reply function according to the incoming call information.
And determining whether to start the automatic reply function according to the calling terminal information.
Therefore, in this example, the electronic device can determine whether the calling end of the incoming call information can start the automatic reply function by detecting the instant messaging information and determining that the incoming call information is the incoming call information, so that the intelligence and efficiency of information interaction are improved.
In one possible example, the determining whether to start the auto-reply function according to the incoming call information includes: acquiring an incoming call identifier of the incoming call information; and determining whether to start an automatic reply function according to the incoming call identifier and a preset second priority list.
The incoming call of the calling end of the incoming call information carries the incoming call information of the calling end, and the electronic equipment can acquire the telephone number of the calling end and the incoming call identification of the calling end according to the incoming call information. The incoming call identifier may be a telephone number of the calling terminal, or a marked mark of the calling terminal. The labels include incoming call user names of corresponding telephone numbers pre-stored by the electronic equipment, blacklist labels, and other labels (insurance, promotion, etc.) acquired from the network.
Therefore, in this example, the electronic device can determine whether to start the automatic reply function according to the identification of the calling terminal in the incoming call information, and can select the calling terminal user to perform automatic reply, so that the timeliness and intelligence of information interaction are improved.
In a possible example, the determining whether to start an auto-reply function according to the incoming call identifier and a preset second priority list includes: taking the incoming call identifier as an inquiry identifier, inquiring the second priority list to obtain the priority of the incoming call identifier, wherein the second priority list comprises the corresponding relation between the incoming call identifier and the priority; when the incoming call identification is detected to be of a first priority level, outputting prompt information to prompt a user to answer the call; when the incoming call identification is detected to be in the second priority level, starting an automatic reply function; and when detecting that the incoming call identification is of a third priority level, not starting an automatic reply function.
In a specific implementation, when the instant messaging information is incoming call information, the electronic device may query a priority corresponding to the incoming call identifier according to the incoming call identifier and the second priority list by acquiring the incoming call identifier of the incoming call information, and determine whether to start an automatic reply function according to the priority of the incoming call identifier. Illustratively, the incoming call identification and the corresponding second priority list of whether to initiate the auto-answer function are given in table 2 below.
TABLE 2
Figure GPA0000303234670000071
For example, when the incoming call identifier is a user identifier not in the address list, the priority of the incoming call identifier is inquired to be the second priority through the second priority list, and the automatic reply function is started.
As can be seen, in this example, the electronic device determines whether to start the automatic reply function based on the priority of the incoming call identifier of the calling end in the incoming call information, and can execute corresponding reply operations for different calling end users, thereby improving timeliness and intelligence of information interaction.
In one possible example, the selecting preset reply content for automatic reply includes: automatically replying according to preset reply contents corresponding to the preset scene; or acquiring historical reply content, and performing automatic reply according to the historical reply content.
In a specific implementation, the preset reply content may be preset by the user according to different preset scenes, for example, the user may set different reply contents according to a game scene and a video call. The preset reply content can also be set by the electronic equipment based on the content frequently replied by the user. After the electronic equipment selects the reply content, the information can be stored so that the user can select, edit and use the reply content when needed.
Therefore, in this example, the electronic device can automatically reply based on the preset reply content or the historical reply content of the user, so that the targeted reply according to the preset scene is realized, the intelligence of the electronic device is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In one possible example, the obtaining of the content of the historical reply and the automatic reply according to the historical reply include: acquiring historical instant messaging information and corresponding historical reply content; generating sample data according to the historical instant messaging information and the historical reply content; training a preset reply content model by using the sample data to obtain a trained reply content model; importing the instant messaging information into the trained reply content model to obtain a predicted reply content corresponding to the instant messaging information; and automatically replying according to the predicted reply content.
The predicted reply content is reply content commonly used by the user. Generating sample data according to the historical instant messaging information and the historical reply content, wherein the sample data is generated according to the sending end information, the text information and the corresponding historical reply content of the historical short message information, and the sample data is generated according to the calling end information of the historical incoming call information and the historical reply content corresponding to the calling end.
In specific implementation, the instant messaging is led into a trained reply content model to obtain reply contents commonly used by the user, and automatic reply is carried out according to the predicted reply contents. For example, when the sending end information or the calling end information is 'mother', the automatic reply is carried out according to the information content frequently replied to 'mother' (for example: mom, i are busy now and wait for you to call back). For the text message of the short message, reply can be performed according to the historical reply content of the semantics of the text message, such as replying to "good" and the like.
Therefore, in the example, the electronic device can automatically reply based on the contents frequently replied by the user, the user is assisted to reply information, the intelligence of the electronic device is improved, and the user experience is improved.
