In a preferred embodiment, the 5G NR-based financial big data collection method comprises the following steps: updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter again such that the count of the first counter becomes the first counter initial count minus two if the preambles transmitted by the other mobile terminals are not heard on the second symbol of the first subframe; in response to the first counter being updated again, the first mobile terminal determines whether the count of the first counter being updated again is zero; monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a third symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the count of the first counter updated again is not zero, wherein the third symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after a second symbol of the first subframe; if the updated count of the first counter is judged to be zero, continuously transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a preamble in a first number of symbols after a first symbol of the first subframe, wherein the first number is indicated in the system information; subsequently transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, financial big data information to the base station in response to continuously transmitting the preamble in a first number of symbols after the first symbol of the first subframe; resetting, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter to restore a count of the first counter to a first counter initial count if the preamble transmitted by the other mobile terminal is monitored on the second symbol of the first subframe; re-listening by the first mobile terminal to preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals for a next listening period in response to resetting the first counter such that the count of the first counter is restored to the first counter initial count.
Further, the financial big data collection method based on the 5G NR comprises the following steps: monitoring, by the second mobile terminal, on a first symbol of the first subframe, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals in response to establishing the communication connection with the base station; updating, by the second mobile terminal, the second counter such that a count of the second counter becomes the second counter initial count minus one if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the first symbol of the first subframe; in response to updating the second counter, determining, by the second mobile terminal, whether the count of the updated second counter is zero; monitoring, by the second mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a second symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the updated count of the second counter is not zero, wherein the second symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after a first symbol of the first subframe; updating, by the second mobile terminal, the second counter again if the preambles transmitted by the other mobile terminals are not heard on the second symbol of the first subframe such that the count of the second counter becomes the second counter initial count minus two; in response to the second counter being updated again, the second mobile terminal determines whether the count of the second counter being updated again is zero; monitoring, by the second mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a third symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the count of the second counter updated again is not zero, wherein the third symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after a second symbol of the first subframe; if the updated count of the second counter is judged to be zero, continuously transmitting, by the second mobile terminal, the preamble in a second number of symbols after the first symbol of the first subframe, wherein the second number is indicated in the system information, wherein the second number is different from the first number; subsequently transmitting, by the second mobile terminal, financial big data information to the base station in response to continuously transmitting the preamble in a first number of symbols after the first symbol of the first subframe; resetting, by the second mobile terminal, the second counter to restore the count of the second counter to the second counter initial count if the preamble transmitted by the other mobile terminal is monitored on the second symbol of the first subframe; re-listening by the second mobile terminal for preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals for a next listening period in response to resetting the second counter such that the count of the second counter is restored to the second counter initial count.

In a preferred embodiment, the 5G NR-based financial big data collection method comprises the following steps: after a predetermined time elapses, retransmitting, by the base station, system information to the first mobile terminal, wherein the system information indicates the first mobile terminal to initially count by the third counter; after a predetermined time elapses, system information is retransmitted to the first mobile terminal by the base station, wherein the system information indicates to the first mobile terminal that the fourth counter initially counts, wherein the third counter initially counts less than the fourth counter initially counts if the first counter initially counts more than the second counter initially counts, and wherein the third counter initially counts more than the fourth counter initially counts if the first counter initially counts less than the second counter initially counts; in response to receiving the system information again, monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, on a first symbol of the second subframe, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals; updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter such that a count of the first counter becomes a third counter initial count minus one if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the first symbol of the second subframe; in response to updating the first counter, determining, by the first mobile terminal, whether a count of the updated first counter is zero; monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a second symbol of a second subframe if it is determined that the updated count of the first counter is not zero, wherein the second symbol of the second subframe is a first symbol after the first symbol of the second subframe; updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter again such that the count of the first counter becomes the third counter initial count minus two if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the second symbol of the second subframe; in response to the first counter being updated again, it is determined by the first mobile terminal whether the count of the first counter being updated again is zero.

Claims (10)

1. A5G NR-based financial big data collection method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting financial big data information by a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal;
establishing a communication connection with a base station by a first mobile terminal, wherein the first mobile terminal and the base station communicate through a shared spectrum;
receiving, by a first mobile terminal, system information transmitted by a base station, wherein the system information indicates to the first mobile terminal that a first counter initially counts;
receiving, by a second mobile terminal, system information transmitted by a base station, wherein the system information indicates to the second mobile terminal a second counter initial count, wherein the first counter initial count is different from the second counter initial count;
establishing a communication connection with a base station by a second mobile terminal, wherein the second mobile terminal and the base station communicate through a shared frequency spectrum;
monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, on a first symbol of the first subframe, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals in response to establishing a communication connection with the base station;
updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter such that a count of the first counter becomes the first counter initial count minus one if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the first symbol of the first subframe;
in response to updating the first counter, determining, by the first mobile terminal, whether a count of the updated first counter is zero;
monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a second symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the updated count of the first counter is not zero, wherein the second symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after the first symbol of the first subframe.
2. The 5G NR-based financial big data collecting method according to claim 1, wherein the 5G NR-based financial big data collecting method comprises the steps of:
updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter again such that the count of the first counter becomes the first counter initial count minus two if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the second symbol of the first subframe;
in response to the first counter being updated again, the first mobile terminal determines whether the count of the first counter updated again is zero;
monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a third symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the count of the first counter updated again is not zero, wherein the third symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after a second symbol of the first subframe;
if the updated count of the first counter is judged to be zero, continuously transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a preamble in a first number of symbols after a first symbol of the first subframe, wherein the first number is indicated in the system information;
subsequently transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, the financial big data information to the base station in response to continuously transmitting a preamble in a first number of symbols after a first symbol of the first subframe;
resetting, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter to restore a count of the first counter to a first counter initial count if the preamble transmitted by the other mobile terminal is monitored on the second symbol of the first subframe;
re-listening by the first mobile terminal to preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals for a next listening period in response to resetting the first counter such that the count of the first counter is restored to the first counter initial count.
3. The 5G NR-based financial big data collecting method according to claim 2, wherein the 5G NR-based financial big data collecting method comprises the steps of:
monitoring, by the second mobile terminal, on a first symbol of the first subframe, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals in response to establishing the communication connection with the base station;
updating, by the second mobile terminal, the second counter such that the count of the second counter becomes the second counter initial count minus one if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the first symbol of the first subframe;
in response to updating the second counter, determining, by the second mobile terminal, whether the count of the updated second counter is zero;
monitoring, by the second mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a second symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the updated count of the second counter is not zero, wherein the second symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after a first symbol of the first subframe;
updating, by the second mobile terminal, the second counter again if the preambles transmitted by the other mobile terminals are not heard on the second symbol of the first subframe such that the count of the second counter becomes the second counter initial count minus two;
in response to the second counter being updated again, the second mobile terminal determines whether the count of the second counter updated again is zero;
monitoring, by the second mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a third symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the count of the second counter updated again is not zero, wherein the third symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after a second symbol of the first subframe;
if the updated count of the second counter is determined to be zero, continuously transmitting, by the second mobile terminal, the preamble in a second number of symbols after the first symbol of the first subframe, wherein the second number is indicated in the system information, wherein the second number is different from the first number;
subsequently transmitting, by the second mobile terminal, the financial big data information to the base station in response to continuously transmitting a preamble in a first number of symbols after the first symbol of the first subframe;
resetting, by the second mobile terminal, a second counter to restore a count of the second counter to a second counter initial count if the preamble transmitted by the other mobile terminal is monitored on the second symbol of the first subframe;
re-listening by the second mobile terminal to the preambles transmitted by the other mobile terminals for the next listening period in response to resetting the second counter such that the count of said second counter is restored to the second counter initial count.
4. The 5G NR-based financial big data collecting method according to claim 3, wherein the 5G NR-based financial big data collecting method comprises the steps of:
after a predetermined time elapses, retransmitting, by the base station, system information to the first mobile terminal, wherein the system information indicates to the first mobile terminal that the third counter initially counts;
after a predetermined time, retransmitting system information to the first mobile terminal by the base station, wherein the system information indicates to the first mobile terminal that the fourth counter initially counts, wherein the third counter initially counts less than the fourth counter initially counts if the first counter initially counts more than the second counter initially counts, and wherein the third counter initially counts more than the fourth counter initially counts if the first counter initially counts less than the second counter initially counts;
in response to receiving the system information again, monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, on a first symbol of the second subframe, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals;
updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter such that the count of the first counter becomes the third counter initial count minus one if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the first symbol of the second subframe;
in response to updating the first counter, determining, by the first mobile terminal, whether a count of the updated first counter is zero;
monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a second symbol of a second subframe if it is determined that the updated count of the first counter is not zero, wherein the second symbol of the second subframe is a first symbol after the first symbol of the second subframe;
updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter again if the preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are not heard on the second symbol of the second subframe such that the count of the first counter becomes the third counter initial count minus two;
and responding to the first counter which is updated again, and judging whether the count of the first counter which is updated again is zero or not by the first mobile terminal.
5. The 5G NR-based financial big data collecting method according to claim 4, wherein the 5G NR-based financial big data collecting method comprises the steps of:
monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a third symbol of the second subframe if it is determined that the count of the first counter updated again is not zero, wherein the third symbol of the second subframe is a first symbol after a second symbol of the second subframe;
if the updated count of the first counter is determined to be zero, continuously transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a preamble in a third number of symbols after the second symbol of the first subframe, wherein the third number is indicated in the system information, wherein the third number is different from the first number;
subsequently transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, the financial big data information to the base station in response to continuously transmitting a preamble in a third number of symbols after the first symbol of the second subframe;
resetting, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter to restore a count of the first counter to a third counter initial count if the preamble transmitted by the other mobile terminal is monitored on the second symbol of the second subframe;
re-listening by the first mobile terminal to preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals for a next listening period in response to resetting the first counter such that the count of the first counter is restored to the third counter initial count.
6. A5G NR-based financial big data collection system, characterized in that the 5G NR-based financial big data collection system comprises:
means for collecting financial big data information by a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal;
means for establishing a communication connection with a base station by a first mobile terminal, wherein the first mobile terminal and the base station communicate over a shared frequency spectrum;
means for receiving, by a first mobile terminal, system information transmitted by a base station, wherein the system information indicates to the first mobile terminal a first counter initial count;
means for receiving, by a second mobile terminal, system information transmitted by a base station, wherein the system information indicates to the second mobile terminal a second counter initial count, wherein the first counter initial count is different from the second counter initial count;
means for establishing a communication connection with a base station by a second mobile terminal, wherein the second mobile terminal and the base station communicate over a shared frequency spectrum;
means for monitoring, by a first mobile terminal, for preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a first symbol of a first subframe in response to establishing a communication connection with the base station;
means for updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter such that a count of the first counter becomes the first counter initial count minus one if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the first symbol of the first subframe;
means for determining, by the first mobile terminal, whether a count of the updated first counter is zero in response to updating the first counter;
means for listening, by the first mobile terminal, for preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a second symbol of the first subframe if the updated count of the first counter is determined to be non-zero, wherein the second symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after the first symbol of the first subframe.
7. The 5G NR-based financial big data collection system according to claim 6, wherein the 5G NR-based financial big data collection system comprises:
means for updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter again such that a count of the first counter becomes the first counter initial count minus two if no preamble transmitted by other mobile terminals is heard on the second symbol of the first subframe;
means for determining, by the first mobile terminal, whether a count of the first counter updated again is zero in response to updating the first counter again;
means for monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a third symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the count of the re-updated first counter is not zero, wherein the third symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after a second symbol of the first subframe;
means for continuously transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a preamble in a first number of symbols after a first symbol of the first subframe if the updated count of the first counter is determined to be zero, wherein the first number is indicated in the system information;
means for subsequently transmitting, by the first mobile terminal to the base station, the financial big data information in response to continuously transmitting a preamble in a first number of symbols after a first symbol of the first subframe;
means for resetting, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter to restore a count of the first counter to a first counter initial count if a preamble transmitted by the other mobile terminal is listened to on a second symbol of the first subframe;
means for re-listening, by the first mobile terminal, for preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals for a next listening period in response to resetting the first counter such that the count of the first counter is restored to the first counter initial count.
8. The 5G NR-based financial big data collection system according to claim 7, wherein the 5G NR-based financial big data collection system comprises:
means for monitoring, by a second mobile terminal, for preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a first symbol of a first subframe in response to establishing a communication connection with the base station;
means for updating, by the second mobile terminal, the second counter such that a count of the second counter becomes the second counter initial count minus one if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the first symbol of the first subframe;
means for determining, by the second mobile terminal, whether a count of the updated second counter is zero in response to updating the second counter;
means for monitoring, by the second mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a second symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the updated count of the second counter is not zero, wherein the second symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after the first symbol of the first subframe;
means for updating, by the second mobile terminal, the second counter again such that a count of the second counter becomes the second counter initial count minus two if no preamble transmitted by other mobile terminals is heard on the second symbol of the first subframe;
means for determining, by the second mobile terminal, whether a count of the second counter updated again is zero in response to updating the second counter again;
means for monitoring, by the second mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a third symbol of the first subframe if it is determined that the count of the second counter updated again is not zero, wherein the third symbol of the first subframe is a first symbol after the second symbol of the first subframe;
means for continuously transmitting, by the second mobile terminal, a preamble in a second number of symbols after the first symbol of the first subframe if the updated count of the second counter is determined to be zero, wherein the second number is indicated in system information, wherein the second number is different from the first number;
means for subsequently transmitting, by a second mobile terminal, the financial big data information to the base station in response to continuously transmitting a preamble in a first number of symbols after a first symbol of a first subframe;
means for resetting, by a second mobile terminal, a second counter to restore a count of the second counter to a second counter initial count if a preamble transmitted by another mobile terminal is listened to on a second symbol of the first subframe;
means for re-listening, by the second mobile terminal, for preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals for a next listening period in response to resetting the second counter such that the count of the second counter is restored to the second counter initial count.
9. The 5G NR-based financial big data collecting system according to claim 8, wherein the 5G NR-based financial big data collecting system comprises:
means for retransmitting, by a base station, system information to a first mobile terminal after a predetermined time elapses, wherein the system information indicates to the first mobile terminal that a third counter initially counts;
means for retransmitting, by the base station, system information to the first mobile terminal after a predetermined time has elapsed, wherein the system information indicates to the first mobile terminal that the fourth counter initially counts, wherein the third counter initially counts less than the fourth counter initially counts if the first counter initially counts more than the second counter initially counts, and wherein the third counter initially counts more than the fourth counter initially counts if the first counter initially counts less than the second counter initially counts;
means for monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, for preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on the first symbol of the second subframe in response to receiving the system information again;
means for updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter such that a count of the first counter becomes the third counter initial count minus one if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the first symbol of the second subframe;
means for determining, by the first mobile terminal, whether a count of the updated first counter is zero in response to updating the first counter;
means for monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a second symbol of a second subframe if the updated count of the first counter is determined to be non-zero, wherein the second symbol of the second subframe is a first symbol after the first symbol of the second subframe;
means for updating, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter again such that the count of the first counter becomes the third counter initial count minus two if no preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals are heard on the second symbol of the second subframe;
means for determining, by the first mobile terminal, whether a count of the first counter updated again is zero in response to updating the first counter again.
10. The 5G NR-based financial big data collecting system according to claim 9, wherein the 5G NR-based financial big data collecting system comprises:
means for monitoring, by the first mobile terminal, preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals on a third symbol of the second subframe if it is determined that the count of the re-updated first counter is not zero, wherein the third symbol of the second subframe is a first symbol after the second symbol of the second subframe;
means for continuously transmitting, by the first mobile terminal, a preamble in a third number of symbols after the second symbol of the first subframe if the updated count of the first counter is determined to be zero, wherein the third number is indicated in the system information, wherein the third number is different from the first number;
means for subsequently transmitting, by the first mobile terminal to the base station, the financial big data information in response to continuously transmitting a preamble in a third number of symbols after the first symbol of the second subframe;
means for resetting, by the first mobile terminal, the first counter to restore a count of the first counter to a third counter initial count if a preamble transmitted by the other mobile terminal is listened to on a second symbol of the second subframe;
means for re-listening, by the first mobile terminal, for preambles transmitted by other mobile terminals for a next listening period in response to resetting the first counter such that the count of the first counter is restored to the third counter initial count.
