1. A television channel display optimization processing method, comprising:
detecting whether a signal is input to a channel corresponding to the input end;
when the corresponding channel of the detection input end is provided with signal input, the control input end and the output end handshake to complete data exchange of the corresponding signals;
acquiring a frame picture to be displayed, which is transmitted by an input end, judging the quality of the frame picture to be displayed currently, and judging whether the frame picture data is complete or not;
when judging that the frame picture data of the preset number are complete, controlling the output image to be displayed on a display screen;
the step of judging whether the frame picture data is complete comprises the following steps:
intercepting a frame picture which needs to be sent to a screen for display through a background, judging whether the frame picture has a mosaic problem through a specified software algorithm, and judging whether the frame picture has a screen-display problem through detecting the distribution of color blocks of a system;
the step of judging whether the frame picture data is complete further comprises:
comparing the received image data stream with the input signal information of the input end channel, and judging whether the condition of few frames or data loss exists or not;
the intensity of the current data signal is obtained through a system bottom interface, and whether the intensity of the current data signal reaches the required signal intensity is judged;
when judging that the frame picture data has no mosaic problem or screen display problem, judging that the frame picture data has no less frames or lost data, judging that the strength of the current data signal is the required signal strength, and judging that the current frame picture data is complete;
the frame picture mosaic detection method comprises the following steps: dividing the current frame image into a plurality of macro blocks; performing edge enhancement and edge detection on the macro block to generate a macro block after edge detection; performing real edge calibration on the macro block after edge detection, and judging whether the macro block is a mosaic block according to the number of real edges; and counting the number of the mosaic blocks of the current frame image.
2. The method for optimizing display of a television channel according to claim 1, wherein detecting whether the signal is input to the corresponding channel at the input terminal comprises:
when detecting that the action triggering the switching of the input channel is performed, judging whether a signal is input into the current signal source terminal according to the switched channel.

The method for optimizing display of a television channel according to claim 1, wherein when the channel corresponding to the detection input terminal has a signal input, the step of controlling the handshake between the input terminal and the output terminal to complete data exchange of the corresponding signal comprises:
when the corresponding channel of the detection input end is provided with signal input, the format of the signal is judged through the signal, or the information of the signal is obtained through the data stream, the handshake between the input end and the output end is controlled to finish the data exchange flow of the corresponding signal.
4. A television channel display optimization processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising: the detection module is used for detecting whether a signal is input to the corresponding channel of the input end;
the channel control module is used for controlling the handshake between the input end and the output end to finish the data exchange of the corresponding signals when the corresponding channel of the input end is detected to be provided with signal input;
the judging module is used for acquiring the frame picture to be displayed transmitted from the input end, judging the quality of the frame picture to be displayed currently and judging whether the frame picture data is complete or not;
the step of judging whether the frame picture data is complete comprises the following steps: intercepting a frame picture which needs to be sent to a screen for display through a background, judging whether the frame picture has a mosaic problem through a specified software algorithm, and judging whether the frame picture has a screen-display problem through detecting the distribution of color blocks of a system; the step of judging whether the frame picture data is complete further comprises: comparing the received image data stream with the input signal information of the input end channel, and judging whether the condition of few frames or data loss exists or not; the intensity of the current data signal is obtained through a system bottom interface, and whether the intensity of the current data signal reaches the required signal intensity is judged; when judging that the frame picture data has no mosaic problem or screen display problem, judging that the frame picture data has no less frames or lost data, judging that the strength of the current data signal is the required signal strength, and judging that the current frame picture data is complete;
the frame picture mosaic detection method comprises the following steps: dividing the current frame image into a plurality of macro blocks; performing edge enhancement and edge detection on the macro block to generate a macro block after edge detection; performing real edge calibration on the macro block after edge detection, and judging whether the macro block is a mosaic block according to the number of real edges; counting the number of the mosaic blocks of the current frame image;
and the display control module is used for controlling the output image to be displayed on the display screen when judging that the frame picture data of the preset number are complete.
5. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a tv channel display optimization program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the tv channel display optimization method according to any one of claims 1-3 when the processor executes the tv channel display optimization program.
6. A computer readable storage medium, having stored thereon a television channel display optimization procedure, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the television channel display optimization method according to any of claims 1-3.
