Memory 62 may include, among other things, mass storage for data or instructions. By way of example, and not limitation, memory 62 may include a Hard Disk Drive (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated HDD), a floppy Disk Drive, a Solid State Drive (SSD), flash memory, an optical Disk, a magneto-optical Disk, tape, or a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Drive or a combination of two or more of these. Memory 62 may include removable or non-removable (or fixed) media, where appropriate. The memory 62 may be internal or external to the data processing apparatus, where appropriate. In a particular embodiment, the memory 62 is a Non-Volatile (Non-Volatile) memory. In particular embodiments, Memory 62 includes Read-Only Memory (ROM) and Random Access Memory (RAM). The ROM may be mask-programmed ROM, Programmable ROM (PROM), Erasable PROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), Electrically rewritable ROM (EAROM), or FLASH Memory (FLASH), or a combination of two or more of these, where appropriate. The RAM may be a Static Random-Access Memory (SRAM) or a Dynamic Random-Access Memory (DRAM), where the DRAM may be a Fast Page Mode Dynamic Random-Access Memory (FPMDRAM), an Extended data output Dynamic Random-Access Memory (EDODRAM), a Synchronous Dynamic Random-Access Memory (SDRAM), and the like.
The memory 62 may be used to store or cache various data files that need to be processed and/or used for communication, as well as possible computer program instructions executed by the processor 61.
The processor 61 reads and executes the computer program instructions stored in the memory 62 to implement the cooperative statistical method in any of the communication applications in the above embodiments.
In some of these embodiments, the electronic device may also include a communication interface 63 and a bus 60. As shown in fig. 4, the processor 61, the memory 62, and the communication interface 63 are connected via a bus 60 to complete communication therebetween.
The communication port 63 may be implemented with other components such as: the data communication is carried out among external equipment, image/data acquisition equipment, a database, external storage, an image/data processing workstation and the like.
The bus 60 includes hardware, software, or both to couple the components of the electronic device to one another. Bus 60 includes, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: data Bus (Data Bus), Address Bus (Address Bus), Control Bus (Control Bus), Expansion Bus (Expansion Bus), and Local Bus (Local Bus). By way of example, and not limitation, Bus 60 may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other Graphics Bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) Bus, a Front-Side Bus (FSB), a Hyper Transport (HT) Interconnect, an ISA (ISA) Bus, an InfiniBand (InfiniBand) Interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) Bus, a memory Bus, a microchannel Architecture (MCA) Bus, a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) Bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) Bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) Bus, a Video Electronics Bus (audio Electronics Association), abbreviated VLB) bus or other suitable bus or a combination of two or more of these. Bus 60 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses are described and shown in the embodiments of the application, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the application.
The electronic device may execute a collaborative statistics method in a communication application in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, in combination with the collaborative statistics method in communication application in the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application may provide a computer-readable storage medium to implement the collaborative statistics method. The computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions; the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement a collaborative statistics method in any of the above-described embodiments of a communication application.
And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A collaborative statistical method in communication applications, comprising:
acquiring employee information, namely acquiring basic employee information after gathering and de-duplicating employee information and organization information in enterprise-level instant messaging application;
a step of obtaining client information, which is to obtain external contact information in the enterprise instant messaging application and obtain basic client information according to the external contact information and the relationship between the external contact and the staff;
a conference detail calculation step, namely acquiring conference information in the enterprise-level instant messaging application and associating the conference information to the employee basic information and the client basic information;
and a collaboration detail calculating step, namely acquiring collaboration detail data of the employee in the enterprise-level instant messaging application according to the employee basic information and the client basic information which are associated with the conference information and according to the communication record in the enterprise-level instant messaging application.
2. The collaboration statistics method in messaging applications as claimed in claim 1, wherein the collaboration detail calculating step further comprises:
and a first cooperation statistics step, namely acquiring group communication records in the communication records, acquiring the staff basic information and the client basic information participating in the group communication, and performing aggregation statistics on the group communication records, the staff basic information and the client basic information to acquire one-to-many first cooperation detail data.
3. The collaboration statistics method in messaging applications as claimed in claim 2, wherein the collaboration detail calculating step further comprises:
and a second cooperation counting step, namely acquiring one-to-one communication record in the communication records, acquiring the employee basic information in the one-to-one communication, and counting and calculating second cooperation detail data according to the one-to-one communication record and the employee basic information.
4. The collaboration statistics method in messaging applications as claimed in claim 3, wherein the collaboration detail calculating step further comprises:
and a collaboration detail aggregation step, namely acquiring team information including the superior-subordinate relationship of the staff according to the staff basic information, aggregating the first collaboration detail data and the second collaboration detail data according to the staff basic information, then associating the aggregated first collaboration detail data and the aggregated second collaboration detail data with the team information, and counting team collaboration detail data with the team as a dimensionality.
5. A collaborative statistics system in a communication application, comprising:
the employee information acquisition module is used for acquiring basic employee information after gathering and de-duplicating employee information and organization information in enterprise-level instant messaging application;
the client information acquisition module is used for acquiring external contact person information in the enterprise instant messaging application and acquiring basic client information according to the external contact person information and the relationship between the external contact person and the staff;
the conference detail calculation module is used for acquiring conference information in the enterprise-level instant messaging application and associating the conference information to the employee basic information and the client basic information;
and the cooperation detail calculating module is used for acquiring cooperation detail data of the staff in the enterprise-level instant messaging application according to the staff basic information and the client basic information which are associated with the meeting information and the communication record in the enterprise-level instant messaging application.
6. The collaboration statistics system in a messaging application as claimed in claim 5, wherein the collaboration detail calculation module further comprises:
and the first collaboration statistical unit is used for acquiring group communication records in the communication records, acquiring the staff basic information and the client basic information participating in the group communication, and aggregating and counting the group communication records, the staff basic information and the client basic information to acquire one-to-many first collaboration detail data.
7. The collaboration statistics system in a messaging application as claimed in claim 6, wherein the collaboration detail calculation module further comprises:
and the second cooperation statistical unit is used for acquiring one-to-one communication record in the communication records, acquiring the staff basic information in the one-to-one communication, and calculating second cooperation detail data according to the one-to-one communication record and the staff basic information.
8. The collaboration statistics system in a messaging application as claimed in claim 7, wherein the collaboration detail calculation module further comprises:
the cooperation detail aggregation unit is used for acquiring team information including the upper-lower level relation of the staff according to the staff basic information, aggregating the first cooperation detail data and the second cooperation detail data according to the staff basic information, then associating the aggregated first cooperation detail data and the aggregated second cooperation detail data with the team information, and counting team cooperation detail data with the team as a dimensionality.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the collaborative statistical method in a communication application according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method for collaborative statistics in a communication application according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
