Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic modules, in particular to a module system of a drainage component.
Background
Photovoltaic module is generally through fixed back so that outdoor installation of aluminum alloy frame, load pressure for guaranteeing that the subassembly can bear that the family makes a storm and snow and bring, assembly glass need wrap up in the frame, frame side edge height is showing and is higher than the glass face promptly, this will lead to the corner easily to accumulate the dust, especially the lower scene of subassembly installation inclination such as roof distributing type, assembly edge deposition receives sleet for a long time, the effect such as insolate forms the silt piece and only glues and cover on the glass surface, and current conventional subassembly battery is controlled within 15mm apart from the frame inboard generally, the silt piece on glass surface is deposited more and will shelter from the battery of bottom along with the lapse of time. The dust shielding not only causes the power output of the component to be greatly reduced, but also can obviously affect the long-term operation reliability of the component, and the battery piece shielded by the dust is converted from a power generator to a 'consumption body', so that the local heat is serious, and meanwhile, the long-term local overheating can cause the diode to work for a long time and be broken down.
Generally, water and sewage can be guided and discharged by installing a water drainage and dust removal device, but the current commonly used hanging piece structure is hung on a frame at the lower edge of the component through an upper inverted buckle and a lower inverted buckle (the upper side is a frame A surface, and the lower side is a frame C surface), and a flow guide channel (namely a corrugated tile groove) is added through a side surface (a frame B surface) to drain water.
For example, patent document CN 108599706a discloses an automatic grey water remover for a photovoltaic panel, which is fixedly disposed at an aluminum alloy lower frame of the photovoltaic panel, and is characterized in that the automatic grey water remover is a plate having a water guide channel on a surface thereof, the water guide channel is arranged from an end head to an end tail of the plate in a penetrating manner, and the end head of the plate has an obliquely disposed grey water absorbing end. The invention has the advantages that: (1) the automatic gray water remover has a simple structure, can be stably installed at the lower aluminum alloy frame of the existing photovoltaic panel, does not change the structure of the existing photovoltaic module, and can automatically and quickly remove the gray water on the photovoltaic panel by means of the liquid level tension of the water, the internal and external pressure difference and the siphon combined action; (2) the automatic grey water remover has high grey water removing efficiency, no energy consumption, long service life and low manufacturing cost, and can improve the generated energy by 30 percent at most and improve the generated energy by more than 5 percent every year compared with the use condition of the existing photovoltaic panel.
But the design has the obvious problem that the service life is short, on one hand, the acting force of the upper and lower back-off and the frame is small, and the risk of loosening and falling off exists after long-term outdoor wind load and snow load; on the other hand, the pendant after the straining tightly laminates with frame B face, only can carry out the drainage through the ripple tile groove of side and remove the ash, and in case outdoor accumulation is more, during the great dust of particle diameter, then block up water conservancy diversion passageway easily, causes the drainage to remove dust inefficacy.
