The automatic winding device 6 comprises a winding main body 61, a reed structure 62 and a locking structure 63. Please refer to fig. 2 to 5.
The winding main body 61 has a substantially disk-like structure. The winding body 61 includes a central hole shaft 611, and an upper cover plate 612 and a lower cover plate 613 fixed to both ends of the central hole shaft 611. The upper end of the central hole shaft 611 is clamped in the upper clamp, the lower end of the central hole shaft 611 penetrates through the rotating shaft 34 and is clamped in the lower clamp, and the central hole shaft can rotate relative to the upper clamp and the lower clamp. The lower cover plate 613 is provided with a locking groove 614, and a locking unit slide 615 is provided on an outer surface of the lower cover plate 613 along one side of the locking groove 614.
The reed structure 62 is confined between the upper cover plate 612 and the lower cover plate 613. The reed structure 62 includes a reed 621 and a wrap structure 622. The starting end of the spring 621 is fixedly connected to the spring fixing structure 7, and the spring 621 is wound and limited between the upper cover plate 612 and the lower cover plate 613. The end of the spring 621 is connected to the coating structure 622, and the coating structure 622 is wound around the outside of the spring 621 after being wound so as to isolate the cable 2 from the spring 621. In addition, a cable protection plate 64 is arranged below the upper cover plate 612, and the cable protection plate 64 covers the reed structure to isolate the reed structure and the cable, so as to prevent the reed 621 from cutting the cable 2. The winding body 61 is driven to rotate by the contraction force of the reed structure. The specific operational actions are explained below.
The locking structure 63 includes a locking unit 631, a key shaft 632, and a spring 633. The locking unit 631 is coupled to an upper end of the key shaft 632, the spring 633 fixedly couples a lower end of the key shaft 632 to an inner surface of the lower plate 322 of the second chamber 32, and a lower end of the key shaft 632 passes through the key hole 324. The key shaft 632 includes a vertical key 6321 and an inclined bar 6322 connected to the end of the key 6321, the locking unit 631 is fixed to the other end of the inclined bar 6322, and the key 6321 is parallel to the locking unit 631. The spring 633 is connected to the side of the tilt lever 6322 near the key 6321.
Normally, the locking unit 631 is located in the locking groove 614, the locking unit 631 abuts (locks) the spring structure 62, and the spring structure 62 does not act. As shown in fig. 2, the end of the cable 2 passes through the wire passing hole 33 and is electrically connected to the PCBA board 5. As shown in fig. 2, in order to allow the cable 2 to pass through the wire passing hole 33, a wire passing hole is formed in the cable protection plate 64 and outside the reed covering structure 622. The cable 2 is wound around the winding body 61, and the front end of the cable 2 is connected to the charging gun 1. The color of the outer skin at the tail end of the cable 2 is provided with a warning color different from the color of other places of the cable, so that the cable is prevented from being pulled off when being dragged to the last section, and a user can be warned.
In addition, the pulley 7 is arranged on the lower plate 322 of the second cavity 32, so that the whole dragging can be realized, and the use is convenient. The plug 4 of this application connect in on the PCBA board 5, do the PCBA board 5 power supply. The plug 4 is connected to the PCBA board 5 by a power supply cable wound by the automatic winding device 6 in the same manner as the cable 2. Or to use a short power supply cable directly without storage.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in a normal state, the spring 633 pushes the locking unit 631 to be restrained in the winding device slot 614 due to the spring tension, so as to maintain the locking function.
When it is necessary to use the cable 2 for charging, the cable 2 is pulled out from the control box 1. At the same time, the automatic winder 6 rotates with the cable 2 being pulled out, and the spring 621 is tightened. During tightening of the leaf 621, the push-type locking structure 63 is released. Referring to fig. 4, when pressed, the button 6321 is pushed upward, the locking unit 631 performs a lifting motion relative to the winding locking unit slide 12 due to the pulling force of the spring 633, and the winding device slot 614 restricts the reverse motion of the locking unit 631. When the winding body 61 winds one turn, the locking unit 631 slides along the locking unit slide 615 until returning to the winding device slot 614. When the locking unit 631 returns to the winding device clamping groove 614, the spring tension of the spring 633 pushes the locking unit 631 to be limited in the winding device clamping groove 614, the locking function is maintained, the stretching length of the existing cable is ensured, and the existing cable cannot retract into the control box due to the reed. Thus, one paying-off action is completed. If the paying-off is needed again, the paying-off action can be carried out again.
When the cable 2 needs to be stored after use, referring to fig. 5, the locking unit 8 is always in a lifted state by keeping the button 6321 pressed, and the winding body 61 automatically rotates in the reverse direction for multiple turns under the tightening force of the reed 3 until the cable is fully automatically retracted into the control box.
To sum up, the automatic storage device of this application can guarantee that the cable can not independently retract control box after pulling out. The required cable length can be adjusted as required. In addition, the control cassette tape has four wheels, and portable rifle that charges removes along with the wheel rolls, avoids pulling control box and cable, prolongs rifle life that charges. This application adopts the cable end to carry out coloured warning simultaneously, prevents that the cable from pulling out too much from storage device, causes the artificial nature of device to destroy. The control box is simple in structure and limited in improvement on the existing control box.
The above-described embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications of the invention that may occur to those skilled in the art are intended to be covered by the appended claims.
