The winding body 61 includes a central hole shaft 611, and an upper cover plate 612 and a lower cover plate 613 fixed to both ends of the central hole shaft 611. The upper end of the central hole shaft 611 is clamped in the upper clamp, the lower end of the central hole shaft 611 penetrates through the rotating shaft 34 and is clamped in the lower clamp, and the central hole shaft can rotate relative to the upper clamp and the lower clamp.
