As a further improvement of the invention, in step S3, glue with a peeling force of 0.2Kgf/25mm-0.5Kgf/25mm is brushed on the first off-core film.
As a further improvement of the invention, in step S4, the glue with the stripping force of 0.8Kgf/25mm-1.2Kgf/25mm is brushed on the second core-separated film.
As a further improvement of the present invention, in step S5, a third cutting die is used to perform die cutting until the PET film is cut off, so as to obtain the vest with the built-in battery.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following description and embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, a method for manufacturing a waistcoat with a built-in battery specifically comprises the following steps:
1. three cutting dies are prepared, namely a first cutting die 11, a second cutting die 12 and a third cutting die 13, wherein a knife edge 111 of the first cutting die 11, a knife edge 121 of the second cutting die 12 and a knife edge 131 of the third cutting die 13 are shown in fig. 1, the first cutting die 11, the second cutting die 12 and the third cutting die 13 are all positioned through a cutting die positioning column 10, and the third cutting die 13 is further provided with a battery positioning line 132.
2. The first cutting die 11 and the second cutting die 12 are respectively mounted on a die cutting machine to cut a first core separating film 21 and a second core separating film 2 (shown in figure 2) for standby. The diameter of the round through hole of the first off-core film 21 is required to be 1.5mm for forming the dot matrix glue area 211, and the 4 square holes of the second off-core film 2 are through holes for forming the strong glue area 221.
3. The lower release film 3 and the PET film 4 are sequentially laid on a glue brushing machine, and then covered with a first release film 21 to brush glue 5 with the peeling force of 0.2-0.5Kgf/25mm, as shown in figure 3.
4. The first core-releasing film 21 is torn off and replaced by the second core-releasing film 2, and glue 7 with the peeling force of 0.8-1.2Kgf/25mm is brushed, as shown in figure 4.
5. The second release film 2 is torn off and covered with the release film 6, as shown in fig. 5.
6. And (5) putting the PET film back to the die cutting machine, replacing the third cutting die 13 for die cutting, cutting off the PET film 4, and removing redundant materials in the shadow area. The battery vest is completed as shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the vest assembly description: the waistcoat is torn off to be separated from the core film, the battery 8 is taken and placed on the PET film 4 according to the position of the battery positioning line 132, then the waistcoats on the two sides are upwards wrapped along the battery and pressed to be separated from the core film, and the battery is fully stuck by the back glue. Finally, the lower separating core film is torn off. The vest assembly is complete.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11, the battery detachment description: the PET films at the positions of the No. I, the No. II and the No. IV are respectively torn until the strong glue area is completely separated from the battery, then the No. III PET film is torn, the vest is stuck by strong glue between the vest of the battery and the shell, the tearing hand is stuck by strong glue with the battery body, the dotted weak glue is arranged between the battery and the vest, and the battery can be taken out by utilizing the difference of the viscous strength of the glue.
The adhesive-backed position 9 of the housing is shown in fig. 11 to facilitate the attachment of the vest-carrying battery to the housing.
The preparation method of the waistcoat with the built-in battery provided by the invention has the following advantages:

The glue on the large back surface is dotted weak glue, and through actual test, the battery is not deformed when the battery is disassembled, so that the battery is well protected.
2. The waistcoat is made of PET, and the material is strong in toughness, cannot deform greatly when pulled by force, and effectively plays a role in reutilization.

s3, flatly paving the lower core separating film and the PET film on a glue brushing machine, covering the first core separating film, and brushing glue;
s4, tearing off the first core separating film, replacing the second core separating film, and brushing glue;
and S5, tearing off the second off-core film, covering the off-core film, putting the off-core film on a die cutting machine, and replacing a third cutting die for die cutting to obtain the waistcoat with the built-in battery.
2. The method for manufacturing a vest with an internal battery according to claim 1, comprising: in step S3, a glue having a peel force of 0.2Kgf/25mm to 0.5Kgf/25mm is brushed on the first off-core film.
