And then, moving the transverse sliding plate 4 leftwards to enable the basin-shaped insulator of the assembly part 26 to be abutted against the flange of the assembly part inlet 7 and fixed through bolts, and finally, detaching the assembly part 26 from the positioning plate 12 to finish the single-pole assembly of the isolating switch, as shown in fig. 1. If there is a deviation in the vertical direction during the process of the center line of the basin insulator of the assembly part 26 coinciding with the center line of the assembly part inlet 7, the height of the assembly part 26 can be finely adjusted by the hand wheel 11, so as to ensure that the center line of the basin insulator of the assembly part 26 coincides with the center line of the assembly part inlet 7.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the longitudinal sliding plate 15 and the transverse sliding plate 4 do not move during the assembly process, set screws may be provided on the corresponding longitudinal sliding block 17 and transverse sliding block 3, and when movement is not required, the longitudinal sliding plate 15 and transverse sliding plate 4 are locked on the corresponding guide rails; when the sliding plate needs to be moved, the locking of the longitudinal sliding plate 15 and the transverse sliding plate 4 is released.

the difference from the embodiment 1 is that the longitudinal sliding plate is not arranged, the oblique guide rail is directly and fixedly arranged on the horizontal workbench, and the transverse sliding plate can slide in the front direction relative to the transverse sliding block on the basis of sliding on the horizontal workbench in the left-right direction through the transverse sliding block. After the oblique sliding plate slides to the end point position and the rotating plate rotates clockwise to the right position, the transverse sliding plate moves forwards first and then moves leftwards, so that the center line of the basin-type insulator of the assembly part is superposed with the center line of the inlet of the assembly part.

as shown in fig. 6, the difference from the embodiment 1 is that the transverse slide plate cannot slide left and right, and the longitudinal slide plate can slide left and right relative to the longitudinal slide block on the basis that the longitudinal slide plate slides in the front and rear directions on the horizontal working table through the longitudinal slide block. After the oblique sliding plate slides to the end point position and the rotating plate rotates clockwise to the right position, the longitudinal sliding plate moves backwards first and then moves backwards, so that the center line of the basin-type insulator of the assembly part is overlapped with the center line of the inlet of the assembly part.

the cylinder support is provided with a support axial direction, and the support axial direction is parallel to the axis of the cylinder supported on the cylinder support;
a fitting support for supporting a fitting;
one of the assembly part support and the barrel support is guided to move relative to the other in a horizontal plane along a set guiding direction, the set guiding direction and the support axial direction form a set angle, and the set angle is an initial installation angle when the assembly part on the assembly part is electrically connected with the assembly part inlet on the barrel;
one of the cylinder body support and the assembly part support comprises a rotating seat which is used for fixing the corresponding cylinder body or the assembly part;
the rotating seat has an initial position and a positive position on the rotating stroke;
the initial position is used for enabling the axis of the middle electric connection of the upper assembly part of the rotating seat to be parallel to the set guiding direction;
the alignment position is used for enabling the axis of the middle electric connection of the upper assembly part of the rotating seat to be parallel to the axial direction of the support;
one of the cylinder support and the assembly support, which is not provided with the rotating seat, and the rotating seat can move relatively along the axial direction of the support and can move relatively along the horizontal direction vertical to the axial direction of the support.

The single-pole assembly tool for the isolating switch according to claim 1, wherein the assembly member support comprises the rotating seat and an inclined slide seat, the rotating seat is located above the inclined slide seat and is rotatably assembled on the inclined slide seat, and the assembly member support can slide along a set guiding direction through the inclined slide seat.

the elastic piece is used for applying elastic acting force to the limiting pin so that the limiting pin is in limiting fit with the corresponding limiting hole.
