The preparation method of the toughening rod-type porcelain insulator according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the preparation method of the organic montmorillonite comprises the following steps: adding montmorillonite into deionized water, and stirring uniformly to obtain a mixed system of montmorillonite and water; dissolving dodecyl dimethylamine hydrochloride in absolute ethyl alcohol, then adding the mixture into a mixed system of the montmorillonite and water, carrying out high-speed stirring for 10-20h at the temperature of 20-40 ℃, carrying out suction filtration, washing a filter cake with deionized water, placing the filter cake at the temperature of 50-60 ℃, carrying out vacuum drying to constant weight, and grinding the filter cake into powder to obtain the organic montmorillonite.

The preparation method of the toughening rod-type porcelain insulator according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the curing agent is one of dimethylthiotoluenediamine, 3 ' -dichloro-4, 4 ' -diaminodiphenylmethane, diethyltoluenediamine, 3, 5-diamino-4-chlorobenzeneacetic acid isopropyl ester and 4,4 ' -methylenebis (2, 6-diethyl-3-chloroaniline).

The preparation method of the toughening rod-type porcelain insulator according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the sintering process comprises a stage at 35-110 ℃ for 0.2-1h, a stage at 110-910 ℃ for 3-5h, a stage at 910-1260 ℃ for 2-4h, and a stage at 1310-1260 ℃ for 1-2 h.
