In the traditional book management method, in order to quickly position books and accelerate the book sorting efficiency, the sequencing of the books is specified in advance, and when the books are stored, workers need to manually pack the books according to the specified sequence, so that the workload is large; if the sorting machine fails to pack the boxes according to the specified sequence due to busy work or the sequence is misplaced, the workload during sorting is increased, and the sorting efficiency is reduced. Therefore, the method provides that the books with the radio frequency tags are boxed firstly and then sequenced, namely, the radio frequency readers are used for reading the information of the books in the book boxes entering the reading areas of the radio frequency readers in sequence after the books with the radio frequency tags are boxed, the arrangement sequence of the books in the book boxes is obtained, the specific positions of the books in the book boxes can be determined according to the arrangement sequence, and the books do not need to be boxed in sequence in advance. In addition, the method and the device for reading the book radio frequency tags in the book simultaneously use at least two radio frequency readers, and combine and sort the reading results of the radio frequency readers, so that the sorting accuracy is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, a book sorting system based on rfid technology includes a book case 10, an rf reader 11, a conveying mechanism 12, and a processor 13. Each module will be described in detail below.
The book box 10 is used for placing a plurality of books to be positioned; each book to be positioned is provided with a radio frequency tag for storing book information. In some embodiments, the book case 10 may be made of a non-metal material and have a thickness less than 5 cm to prevent the rf reader 11 from affecting the process of reading the rf tags. In some embodiments, the rf tag may be attached to the inside of the back cover of the book to be located.
The radio frequency reader 11 is used for reading the radio frequency tags in the books to be positioned.
The conveying mechanism 12 is used for conveying the book case 10 or the radio frequency reader 11.
The processor 13 is used for acquiring information of the book box 10; the processor 13 also controls the conveying mechanism 12 to convey the book case 10 or the at least two rf readers 11 along the conveying path thereof, so that the book case 10 moves relative to the at least two rf readers 11, and the books to be positioned in the book case 10 sequentially enter the reading areas of the at least two rf readers 11. In some embodiments, two rf readers 11 may be fixedly disposed on a gantry, and the processor 13 controls the conveying mechanism 12 to convey the book box 10 along its conveying path, so that the book box 10 passes through the gantry, and a plurality of books to be positioned in the book box 10 respectively enter the reading areas of the two rf readers 11 in sequence; the portal frame can be sized to allow the book box 10 to pass through right, so that the radio frequency reader 11 arranged on the portal frame can be as close to the book box 10 as possible when the book box 10 passes through the portal frame, thereby obtaining better reading effect.
The processor 13 is further configured to control each radio frequency reader 11 to sequentially read the radio frequency tags in the books to be positioned according to the sequence of the books to be positioned entering the reading area, so as to obtain the reading result of each radio frequency reader 11.
In some embodiments, the processor 13 may be further configured to determine whether the reading result of each rf reader 11 is abnormal according to the reading result of each rf reader 11 and a preset threshold. In some embodiments, it may be determined whether the reading result satisfies that the reading rate is greater than 80% and the number of times of reading the radio frequency tag of each book to be positioned is greater than 3 times; if so, judging that the reading result is normal; otherwise, the reading result is judged to be abnormal. For example, if the preset book ordering information is "dream of red building" (western travel records) "three kingdom Yan Yi (ancient book)" chat and aspiration strange aspiration "(three bodies)" Jane love "(people who fly kites), 7 books to be positioned are shared, and the reading result is" dream of red building "(western travel records)" three kingdom Yan Yi (ancient book) (three bodies) ", only the information of 5 books to be positioned is read, the reading rate is 5/7 ═ 71.4%, the reading rate is less than 80%, and the radio frequency tag reading times of each book to be positioned do not exceed 3 times, so that the reading result does not meet the condition of the preset threshold value, and the reading result is determined to be abnormal.
In some embodiments, when there is an abnormality in the reading result of the rf reader 11, the processor 13 further adjusts the reading power of the rf reader 11 according to the reading result. In some embodiments, if the reading rate of the rf reader 11 is low, the reading power of the rf reader 11 may be increased to obtain a better reading effect. The processor 13 controls the conveying mechanism 12 to convey the book boxes 10 or the radio frequency readers 11 with abnormal reading results along the direction opposite to the conveying path of the conveying mechanism 12 so that the book boxes 10 exit from the reading area, controls the conveying mechanism 12 to convey the book boxes 10 or the radio frequency readers 11 with abnormal reading results along the conveying path of the conveying mechanism so that a plurality of books to be positioned enter the reading area of the radio frequency readers 11 with abnormal reading results again, and controls the radio frequency readers 11 with abnormal reading results to read the radio frequency tags in the books to be positioned again according to the sequence of the books to be positioned entering the reading area until the reading results are normal; or the processor 13 controls the conveying mechanism 12 to convey the book box 10 or the radio frequency reader 11 with an abnormal reading result along the direction opposite to the conveying path, so that a plurality of books to be positioned in the book box 10 reversely enter the reading area of the radio frequency reader 11 with the abnormal reading result, the radio frequency reader 11 with the abnormal reading result reversely reads the label of the book to be positioned, the reverse reading result is obtained, and the processor 13 calibrates the abnormal reading result according to the reverse reading result until the reading result is normal.
In some embodiments, the processor 13 may further respectively determine whether the reading result of each radio frequency reader 11 has the repeatedly read book information, and if the reading result of the radio frequency reader 11 has the repeatedly read book information, the processor 13 removes the repeatedly read book information of the radio frequency reader 11. For example, if the reading result of the rf reader 11 is "dream of red building" in three parts of the world "(three parts of the world)", "three kingdoms Yanyi" (three kingdoms Yanyi) "in brief love", the reading result of the processor 13 after removing the repeatedly read book information is "dream of red building" in three kingdoms "(three kingdoms Yanyi)" in brief love ". The processor 13 may also respectively determine whether the reading result of each rf reader 11 has irrelevant book information according to a preset book ordering information, and if there is irrelevant book information in the reading result of the rf reader 11, the processor 13 removes the irrelevant book information of the rf reader 11. In some embodiments, the book information in the rf tag may be formatted, and if the format of the rf tag information read by the rf reader 11 is not consistent with the specified format, the processor 13 removes the rf tag information that is not consistent with the specified format.
The processor 13 is further configured to perform combined sorting on the reading results of the radio frequency readers 11 to obtain a combined sorting result. For example, when the reading result of the first rf reader 11 is "dream of red building" (three bodies) "simple love", and the reading result of the second rf reader 11 is "dream of red building" (three bodies) "simple love" (chat early foreign), the combined ordering result obtained after the combined arrangement is "dream of red building" (three bodies) "simple love" (chat late foreign of chatting "). In some embodiments, the reading results of the radio frequency readers 11 may be combined and sorted in combination with a preset book sorting information, and when the positions of a book in the reading results of the radio frequency readers 11 are inconsistent, the reading result closest to the position in the preset book sorting information is taken as the reference; for example, if book ordering information is preset in the three-dimensional book of dream of red building in the three-national records of travel (three-story book of strange boredom), the reading result of the first rf reader 11 is three-dimensional book of dream of red building in the three-national records of travel (three-story book of kitting), the reading result of the second rf reader 11 is three-dimensional book of travel (strange boredom), the reading result of the second rf reader 11 is three-dimensional book of travel (three-story book of travel (simple love of kitting), it can be seen that the position of the book of travel (travel) is adjacent to the position of red building in the preset book ordering information, and the position of the book of travel (travel) read by the first rf reader 11 in the reading results of the two rf readers 11 is closer to the position of travel (three-story book of travel), so that the position of the book of travel (travel records) read by the first rf reader 11 is the three-dimensional book of travel (strange boredom of travel) after combination, the obtained combined ordering result is the three-story book of travel (travel book of travel records in the three-story book of travel (travel records of travel) of travel Brief love (people who fly kites).
In some embodiments, the processor 13 may further determine whether the book information is missing in the combined sorting result according to a preset book sorting information, and when the book information is missing in the combined sorting result, the processor 13 completes the book information in the combined sorting result according to the preset book sorting information. For example, if the combined sorting result is "dream of Red Lou" (dream of Red Lou) "in" Han Su Ji "(chat, Xue Zhi Yi), and the preset book sorting information is" dream of Red Lou "(dream of Red Lou)" in "Han Su Ji" (san Guo Zhi Yi), "the chat, Xue Zhi Yi" (chat, Xue Zhi Yi), the information of "san Guo Yan" (three Guo Yan Yi) missing in the combined sorting result is complemented, and the combined sorting result after the complementation is "dream of Red Lou" (dream of Red Lou) "in" Han Su you Ji "(san Guo Yi.
