Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include implementation in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
Program code for implementing the methods of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having a display device, such as a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor, for displaying information to the user; and a keyboard and a pointing device, such as a mouse or a trackball, by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide interaction with the user, for example, feedback provided to the user may be any form of sensory feedback, such as visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication, e.g., a communication network. Examples of communication networks include a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a blockchain network, and the internet.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server can be a cloud server, also called a cloud computing server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so that the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service are overcome.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present disclosure may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, and are not limited herein as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure can be achieved.

Claims (15)

1. A picture retrieval method, the method comprising:
receiving a picture retrieval instruction sent by a user in an instant messaging system, wherein the picture retrieval instruction at least comprises a keyword of a picture to be retrieved;
responding to the picture retrieval instruction to retrieve the picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved in a picture tag database, wherein the picture tag database at least comprises: the file name named by the user in advance and a word bank identified based on the picture information;
and if at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved is retrieved from the picture tag database, feeding back the at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved to the user in the instant messaging system.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein feeding back the at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved to the user in the instant messaging system comprises:
calculating the correlation between each picture corresponding to the keywords of the picture to be retrieved and the keywords of the picture to be retrieved through a pre-trained correlation model;
ordering all pictures corresponding to the keywords of the pictures to be retrieved according to the correlation between the pictures corresponding to the keywords of the pictures to be retrieved and the keywords of the pictures to be retrieved;
and feeding back each picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved to the user in the instant messaging system according to the sequence of the relevance from large to small.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
receiving an evaluation result which is sent by the user and aims at the at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved;
and adjusting parameters of the correlation model according to the evaluation result sent by the user and aiming at the at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving the picture retrieval command sent by the user in the instant messaging system, the method further comprises:
and receiving the alternative pictures sent by the user, identifying the contents in the alternative pictures by adopting an identification algorithm of a deep learning framework, describing the identified contents by using text information, and storing the text information into the picture label database.
5. The method of claim 4, the identifying content in the alternative picture comprising: file addresses and N tags; wherein N is a natural number greater than or equal to 1.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein before receiving the picture retrieval command sent by the user in the instant messaging system, the method further comprises:
if the correlation model does not meet the preset convergence condition, extracting a sample picture from the pre-acquired sample pictures as a current training sample, training the correlation model by using the current training sample, and repeatedly executing the operations until the correlation model meets the preset convergence condition.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein retrieving pictures corresponding to the keywords of the picture to be retrieved in a picture tag database in response to the picture retrieval instruction comprises:
retrieving pictures corresponding to the keywords of the pictures to be retrieved in the picture tag database based on the file names named in advance by the user;
and if at least one picture is retrieved from the picture tag database based on the file name named in advance by the user, taking the retrieved picture as the at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
if any picture is not retrieved in the picture tag database based on the file name named in advance by the user, retrieving a picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved in the picture tag database based on a character word bank identified by picture information;
and if at least one picture is retrieved from the picture tag database based on the character word stock identified by the picture information, taking the retrieved picture as the at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved.
9. A picture retrieval device is characterized by comprising a receiving module, a retrieval module and a feedback module, wherein,
the receiving module is used for receiving a picture retrieval instruction sent by a user in an instant messaging system, wherein the picture retrieval instruction at least comprises keywords of a picture to be retrieved;
the retrieval module is used for responding to the picture retrieval instruction to retrieve a picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved in a picture tag database, wherein the picture tag database at least comprises a file name named by the user in advance and a character word bank identified based on picture information;
and if at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved is retrieved from the picture tag database, the feedback module feeds back the at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved to the user in the instant messaging system.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the feedback module comprises a computation sub-module, a ranking sub-module, and a feedback sub-module, wherein,
the calculation submodule calculates the correlation between each picture corresponding to the keywords of the picture to be retrieved and the keywords of the picture to be retrieved through a pre-trained correlation model;
the sorting submodule sorts all the pictures corresponding to the keywords of the pictures to be retrieved according to the relevance between the pictures corresponding to the keywords of the pictures to be retrieved and the keywords of the pictures to be retrieved;
and the feedback sub-module feeds back each picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved to the user in the instant messaging system according to the sequence of the relevance from large to small.
11. The apparatus according to claim 10, further comprising an adjusting module, configured to receive an evaluation result sent by the user for the at least one picture corresponding to the keyword of the picture to be retrieved, and adjust a parameter of the relevance model according to the evaluation result sent by the user.
12. The device of claim 9, further comprising a storage module, configured to receive an alternative picture sent by the user, identify content in the alternative picture by using an identification algorithm of a deep learning framework, describe the identified content with text information, and store the text information in the picture tag database.
13. An electronic device, comprising
One or more processors for interpreting computer instructions and processing data in a program;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the picture retrieval method of any one of claims 1-8.
14. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out a picture retrieval method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
15. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the method according to any of claims 1-8 when executed by a processor.
