Abstract
The invention provides a supporting and protecting device of a folding screen and the folding screen, which comprise a rotary supporting mechanism and a supporting and protecting mechanism, wherein the rotary supporting mechanism is arranged in a gap between a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate, one end of the rotary supporting mechanism is hinged with the first supporting plate, the other end of the rotary supporting mechanism is hinged with the second supporting plate, and when the folding screen is unfolded, the supporting and protecting mechanism is positioned on the back of the rotary supporting mechanism and supports the rotary supporting mechanism. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of flexible screens, in particular to a supporting and protecting device of a folding screen and the folding screen with the supporting and protecting device.
Background
With the advent of the full screen era, light, thin and foldable flexible screens are becoming popular in the market, but folding screen mobile phones have a "shortcoming" that is, the folding screen cannot be docked without a trace. To this end, those skilled in the art have been directed to developing a support and protection device that can effectively support the bending portion of a flexible screen.
Therefore, the invention provides a novel supporting and protecting device for the folding screen and the folding screen with the novel supporting and protecting device.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a supporting and protecting device for a folding screen and the folding screen with the supporting and protecting device, which increase the supporting and protecting of the folding screen, optimize the crease of the screen and improve the appearance experience of a user on the folding screen.

Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus a repetitive description thereof will be omitted.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a supporting and protecting device of a folding screen and a folding screen having the same, the folding screen including a flexible module 3. The flexible module 3 comprises a cover plate, a window film, a polarizing plate, a flexible screen, a supporting film, a back adhesive layer and the like. The materials of the layers of the flexible module 3 can be integrated by means of full lamination of adhesive materials (including but not limited to optical adhesive, pressure sensitive adhesive and the like), and can also be directly contacted and integrated through a manufacturing process.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the flexible module 3 includes a front face and a back face. The front of the flexible module 3 faces the user, the user views one side of the screen, and the flexible module 3 comprises the other side of the back facing away from the user.
The back of the flexible module 3 is provided with a first support plate 4 and a second support plate 5. A gap is provided between the first support plate 4 and the second support plate 5 so that the flexible module 3 is bent. The first support plate 4 and the second support plate 5 are preferably made of metal, and have a length and a width of 1mm to 2000mm, respectively, and a thickness of 0.1mm to 3mm.
As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting and protecting means includes a rotation supporting mechanism 6 and a supporting protecting mechanism 7.
The rotary support mechanism 6 includes a front face and a back face, the front face of the rotary support mechanism 6 being close to the flexible module 3, the back face of the rotary support mechanism 6 being remote from the flexible module 3.
The rotation support mechanism 6 is provided in a gap between the first support plate 4 and the second support plate 5. One end of the rotary support mechanism 6 is hinged with the first support plate 4, and the other end of the rotary support mechanism 6 is hinged with the second support plate 5. Namely, the bending portion of the flexible module 3 is supported by the rotation support mechanism 6 when the flexible module 3 is bent.
And in connection with the embodiment of the invention as shown in fig. 7, the support and protection mechanism 7 comprises several support bars. The support bars are provided on the first support plate 4 and/or the second support plate 5. When the folding screen is flattened, the support rod is positioned on the back of the rotary support mechanism 6 and supports the rotary support mechanism 6, so that the rotary support mechanism 6 is supported when the folding screen is flattened, and further, the bending part of the flexible module 3 is supported and protected, and the crease of the screen is optimized.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the folding screen is supported and protected by the rotary supporting mechanism 6 and the supporting protecting mechanism 7 when the folding screen is folded and flattened, so that the support and protection of the folding screen are increased, the crease of the screen is optimized, and the appearance experience of a user on the folding screen is improved.
As shown in fig. 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the folding screen is unfolded, the support bar is located at the rear surface of the rotation support mechanism 6, and the support bar is in contact with the rear surface of the rotation support mechanism 6 or has a gap. Namely, when the folding screen folds are obvious, the rotary supporting mechanism 6 is extruded by the flexible module 3 to protrude outwards, the rotary supporting mechanism 6 is forced to inwards extrude the flexible module 3 through the back contact of the supporting rod and the rotary supporting mechanism 6, and the folds of the screen are optimized. And when the folding screen crease is not obvious or not, a gap is formed between the support rod and the back surface of the rotary support mechanism 6, so that abrasion between the support rod and the back surface of the rotary support mechanism 6 is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment of the invention, a drive mechanism 8, preferably a drive motor, is also included. The driving mechanism 8 is connected with the supporting rod. The support bar is moved by the drive mechanism 8. When the folding screen is unfolded, the supporting rod moves to the back of the rotary supporting mechanism 6 under the drive of the driving mechanism 8. Namely, the supporting rod is automatically driven by the driving mechanism 8 to support and protect the rotary supporting mechanism 6.
As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the folding screen is folded, the support bar is moved by the driving mechanism 8, and does not block the back of the rotation support mechanism 6, i.e., moves to the back of the first support plate 4 and/or the second support plate 5, to prevent the rotation support mechanism 6 from blocking the rotation support mechanism 6 when the rotation support mechanism 6 is folded.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the driving mechanism is preferably connected with the sensing mechanism of the folding screen, and when the sensing mechanism of the folding screen senses the flattening of the folding screen, the driving supporting rod is driven to move to the back of the rotary supporting mechanism 6 for supporting; when the sensing mechanism of the folding screen senses the folding screen to be folded, the driving support bar moves to the back of the first support plate 4 and/or the second support plate 5.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, the rotation support mechanism 6 includes a plurality of rotation shafts 9 connected in a hinged manner end to end. Each rotation shaft 9 is rotatable about the axial direction of each rotation shaft 9. The rotating shafts 9 are sequentially hinged and connected to form a chain structure. And preferably each hinge is hinged by means of a connecting piece provided with two pin holes and two pins.
As shown in fig. 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the cross-sectional shape of the rotation shaft 9 is circular, elliptical, or circular-notched. The number of the rotation shafts 9 is preferably 1 to 20000.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, in the embodiment of the present invention, the support protector 7 includes a first support bar 10 and a second support bar 11, the first support bar 10 being provided on the first support plate 4, the second support bar 11 being provided on the second support plate 5. The rotation support mechanism 6 is supported by the opening and closing cooperation of the first support bar 10 and the second support bar 11.

Namely, the bending portion of the flexible module 3 is supported by the rotation support mechanism 6 when the flexible module 3 is bent.
The rotary support mechanism 6 comprises 20000 rotary shafts 9 which are connected in a hinged manner end to end. The cross-sectional shape of the rotary shaft 9 is a circular segment. 20000 rotating shafts 9 are sequentially hinged and connected to form a chain structure.
The support protection mechanism 7 comprises a first support rod 10 and a second support rod 11, wherein the first support rod 10 is arranged on the first support plate 4, and the second support rod 11 is arranged on the second support plate 5.
The driving mechanism 8 is a driving motor and is connected with the first supporting rod 10 and the second supporting rod 11. The first support bar 10 and the second support bar 11 are moved by the driving mechanism 8.
As shown in fig. 6, when the folding screen is unfolded, the first support bar 10 and the second support bar 11 are moved to the rear surface of the rotation support mechanism 6 by the driving of the driving mechanism 8, and support and protect the rotation support mechanism 6.
As shown in fig. 7, when the folding screen is folded, the first support bar 10 and the second support bar 11 are moved to the back surfaces of the first support plate 4 and the second support plate 5, respectively, by the driving mechanism 8, at which time the rotary support mechanism 6 supports the folding screen, and the support protection mechanism 7 is retracted to prevent blocking of the rotary support mechanism 6.
