The invention has the beneficial effects that: the dazzling optical device for generating the strong light by utilizing the laser and the laser illumination can meet the requirements of high energy density of the laser and the strong light in a small space, and particularly, one laser module and three strong light modules work simultaneously in a strong light mode, so that the non-fatal warning and warning effect can be better realized.

4. A laser glare optical device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said optical system is an aspheric lens, a plano-convex lens, a biconvex lens, a double cemented lens or any combination thereof.
5. The optical device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the laser source is a blue laser with a wavelength of 440-460 nm.
6. A laser glare optical device according to claim 5, wherein said laser light source is a single laser, an array of multiple lasers, a single laser module or an array of multiple laser modules.

9. A laser glare optical device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said wavelength conversion unit is a fluorescent ceramic, glass ceramic or phosphor flake.
10. The optical device of claim 1 or 2, wherein the secondary optical system comprises a light reflecting bowl and a light homogenizing plate.
