Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of interstage buffering of multistage cylinder ejection, in particular to an interstage buffer of an ejection device.
Background
A bumper is a device that converts impact kinetic energy into dissipated energy to decelerate an object to a stop. The existing buffer device is generally complex in structure, or is difficult to apply to a multi-stage cylinder ejection launching device due to size design requirements. So far, the main choice of multi-stage cylinder catapult-launching devices has been to use multiple turns of closely wound tubular metal coils side by side or buffers derived from this structure. The buffer effect can be realized through the plastic deformation of the metal tube when the buffer faces the object impact, but the buffer has larger buffer force peak value and tubular metal ring dislocation phenomenon when the buffer faces larger impact or multiple impacts, which can cause the launching device to bear larger axial stress and radial extrusion, the buffer effect of the buffer can be reduced, even the launching device can be structurally damaged, the expected buffer requirement can not be achieved, and the service life is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides an interstage buffer of an ejection device, which can minimize radial deformation of the buffer, avoid radial extrusion and seizure of the buffer and the surface of an ejection cylinder, has a good buffering effect, is convenient for dismounting the ejection device, realizes repeated use of the device, and has a long service life.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the invention provides an interstage buffer of an ejection device, which comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe, wherein the outer wall of the inner pipe is provided with straight teeth; the inner wall of the outer pipe is provided with straight teeth; the straight teeth of the inner pipe and the outer pipe are engaged in an interference fit mode.
The buffer is an inter-ring buffer, and the buffer main body is arranged between two adjacent stages of ejection barrels of the multi-stage ejection device.
The inner diameter, the outer diameter, the length, the number and the size of straight teeth and the circumferential interference between the meshed straight teeth of the inner tube and the outer tube are determined according to the size and the quality of the ejection device and the requirement on buffer braking.
Wherein the upper and lower positions of the inner tube and the outer tube are interchangeable.
Wherein, the inner tube and the outer tube are thin-walled tubes.
Has the advantages that:
the buffer absorbs energy by means of circumferential extrusion plastic deformation of interference engagement of straight teeth of the inner pipe and the outer pipe and friction between the engaged straight teeth during axial movement, converts impact kinetic energy into dissipation energy, and further achieves a buffering effect. The interstage buffer is only extruded and plastically deformed in the circumferential direction, the radial deformation of the buffer can be reduced to the minimum, the radial extrusion and seizure between the buffer and the surface of the ejection cylinder can be avoided, in addition, the ejection device can be conveniently detached, the repeated use of the device is realized, and the service life is long; simple structure, the degree of difficulty of processing, installation and dismantlement is lower.
The buffer can adjust the structural size of the inner tube and the outer tube, and is suitable for the requirements of different catapult sizes and qualities on buffering and braking. The buffering force of the buffer is close to constant force, the size of the buffer can be adjusted through structural parameters, and the protection of the ejection cylinder can be realized through the control of the buffering force.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides an interstage buffer of an ejection device, which comprises an inner pipe 1 and an outer pipe 2, wherein the outer wall of the inner pipe 1 is provided with straight teeth; the inner wall of the outer tube 2 is provided with straight teeth; the straight teeth of the inner pipe 1 and the outer pipe 2 are engaged in an interference fit mode. When the inner pipe 1 and the outer pipe 2 move relatively in the axial direction, energy is absorbed by circumferential extrusion plastic deformation of interference engagement of straight teeth and friction between the engaged straight teeth during axial movement, kinetic energy is converted into dissipated energy, and further a buffering effect is achieved. For example, when the outer pipe of the invention is impacted and moved upwards, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are moved relatively and mutually extruded, and then the impact kinetic energy is converted into dissipation energy by means of extrusion deformation of the gear teeth, so that the buffer braking effect is realized.
Furthermore, the buffer is an inter-ring buffer, and the buffer main body can be arranged between two adjacent stages of ejection cylinders of the multi-stage ejection device and used for buffering and dissipating impact energy.
Further, the inner diameter, the outer diameter, the length, the number and the size of the straight teeth and the circumferential interference between the engaged straight teeth of the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are determined according to the size and the quality of the ejection device and the requirement on buffer braking.
In addition, the upper and lower positions of the outer tube 2 and the inner tube 1 can be interchanged.
The inner pipe and the outer pipe are both thin-walled pipes.
Specifically, a front view of an initial separated state of inner and outer tubes according to the present invention is shown in fig. 1, and an initial separated state of an inter-ring damper according to the present invention, which comprises an inner tube 1 and an outer tube 2. The arrow direction is the direction of movement of the outer tube 2 upon impact. Wherein, the corresponding inner pipe model is shown in fig. 2, and the outer pipe model is shown in fig. 3.
When the outer cylinder moves upwards for a period of time under impact, the meshing state of the straight teeth of the inner pipe and the outer pipe is shown in fig. 4, gaps between teeth exist in the radial direction of the inner pipe and the outer pipe, and the circumferential gear teeth are in interference. The longitudinal section along the direction A-A shows the assembly of the inner and outer tubes as shown in FIG. 5. Fig. 4 is a top view of an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view corresponding to a top view of an embodiment of the invention.
In addition, in the specific implementation, according to the specific requirements of the ejection of the multi-stage cylinder, the inner pipe and the outer pipe which are matched with the multi-stage cylinder and the structure size of the gear teeth contained in the inner pipe and the outer pipe and the roughness of the gear tooth contact surface of the inner pipe and the outer pipe are selected to ensure the buffering force, and meanwhile, the radial inter-tooth gap and the circumferential gear tooth interference magnitude of the inner pipe and the outer pipe are reasonably adjusted to ensure that the inner pipe and the outer pipe are not in contact with or extruded with the ejection barrel after buffering and braking, so that the ejection barrel is convenient to disassemble after ejection.
When the inner launching tube of the buffer moves relatively or is subjected to external force, the two thin-walled tubes move relatively in the axial direction, and work is done by means of circumferential extrusion plastic deformation of interference meshing of straight teeth and friction between meshing straight teeth during axial movement to absorb energy, so that kinetic energy is converted into dissipated energy, and further the buffer effect is achieved.
In summary, the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
