The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: the household garbage is conveyed and simultaneously dewatered, so that the functional diversity of equipment can be effectively improved, the sewage in the garbage can be conveniently and independently treated, the dryness of the garbage is improved, the subsequent environment-friendly machinery can conveniently treat the dried garbage, and the garbage treatment effect is effectively improved; the working mode of the buffer device is that when the equipment runs, the outer box body 1 vibrates and drives the inner toothed ring 15 to slide up and down in the outer box body 1, the inner toothed ring 15 drives the sliding rod 23 to slide on the supporting plate 22, meanwhile, the inner toothed ring 15 drives the spring 24 to perform elastic telescopic motion, the inner toothed ring 15 is always meshed with the two groups of straight toothed rings 14, and by arranging the buffer device, the inner toothed ring 15 can be conveniently in a vibrating state when the equipment runs, so that the sewage discharged by the two groups of second guide cylinders 12 is prevented from being deposited on the top of the inner toothed ring 15, and the sewage in the outer box body 1 can be conveniently and quickly separated from the inner toothed ring 15; when the second material guiding cylinder 12 rotates, the second material guiding cylinder 12 drives the second fixing ring 27 to rotate on the second annular trough plate 28, and the second material guiding cylinder 12 and the conveying pipeline 11 can be conveniently connected and fixed by arranging the second fixing ring 27, the second annular trough plate 28 and the fixing frame 29, so that the rotation stability of the second material guiding cylinder 12 is improved; when the conical plate 13 rotates, the conical plate 13 drives the plurality of groups of second material pushing plates 30 to rotate, the plurality of groups of second material pushing plates 30 can push garbage on the conical plate 13 to rotate synchronously along with the conical plate 13, so that the garbage on the conical plate 13 can be conveniently and quickly moved to the position near the material guide groove plate 37, and meanwhile, as each group of second material pushing plates 30 are obliquely arranged, the garbage on the top of the conical plate 13 can be conveniently pushed to the outer side, so that the garbage can conveniently and quickly enter the material guide groove plate 37, the garbage guiding speed on the conical plate 13 is increased, the garbage is prevented from being accumulated on the conical plate 13, and the garbage conveying efficiency is improved; when the first material guide cylinder 4 rotates, the first material guide cylinder 4 drives two groups of third material pushing plates 31 to synchronously rotate, the two groups of third material pushing plates 31 and the first spiral conveying plate 10 rotate relatively, and the two groups of third material pushing plates 31 can push garbage in the first material guide cylinder 4 to quickly enter the conveying pipeline 11, so that the guiding speed of the garbage in the first material guide cylinder 4 is increased, the garbage in the first material guide cylinder 4 can conveniently and quickly enter the corresponding second material guide cylinder 12 through the conveying pipeline 11, and the garbage is prevented from being blocked in the first material guide cylinder 4; the drainage mechanism works in a mode that sewage in the outer box body 1 flows into the water collecting box 32, passes through the filter screen 33 and is discharged into an external collection device through the drainage pipe 34, the filter screen 33 performs filtering treatment on particles in the sewage, so that the purity of the sewage is improved, the surface of the filter screen 33 can be washed by the sewage due to the inclined installation of the filter screen 33, impurities intercepted by the filter screen 33 are gathered near the through hole of the water collecting box 32, and the impurities can be conveniently cleaned through the through hole by opening the cover plate 35; through setting up the reinforcing frame 36, can conveniently support and fix first pivot 8, stability when improving first pivot 8 and bevel gear 6 and rotate avoids bevel gear 6 and bevel gear ring 5 to take place to break away from, improves practicality and reliability.
