s3: when the activated carbon plate 18 needs to be replaced, the fixing bolt 41 on the second fixing plate 40 is taken down, and then the second fixing plate 40 is taken down, so that the activated carbon plate 18 can be replaced; the filter box 2 does not need to be disassembled, so that the maintenance efficiency is improved, the activated carbon plate 18 is convenient to replace and clean, and the equipment is convenient to maintain; opening a valve of the disinfectant port 33, adding disinfectant into the disinfection box 3, starting the air pump 31 to pump gas into the disinfection box 3, disinfecting the gas by the disinfectant in the disinfection box 3, and then opening a valve on the exhaust pipe 36 to exhaust the gas; through entering into disinfect box 3 with the antiseptic solution, carry out virus killing treatment on gaseous at last, avoided equipment can not carry out the virus killing to gaseous, cause to contain in the medical field a large amount of poisonous gas by the human absorption, lead to purification efficiency low, the problem that personal safety can't be guaranteed, guarantee personal safety when having improved purification efficiency.

filter tank (2) top is provided with bin (4), first air inlet (5) have been seted up to bin (4) top, first air inlet (5) and intake pipe (6) fixed connection, and bin (4) inside is provided with piston (7), piston (7) with bin (4) inner wall sliding connection, the one end fixed connection of piston (7) left side and bull stick (8), the other end of bull stick (8) runs through articulated with the surface of carousel (9) behind the bin (4) left side wall, the middle part of carousel (9) and one side fixed connection of rotation axis (10), rotation axis (10) middle part cover is equipped with bearing frame (11), bearing frame (11) below with filter tank (2) top fixed connection, bearing frame (11) with rotation axis (10) pass through the bearing and are connected, a transmission belt (12) is arranged on the other side of the rotating shaft (10), and the rotating shaft (10) is rotatably connected with the output end of a driving motor (13) through the transmission belt (12);

an activated carbon plate (18) is transversely arranged in the filter box (2), a filter plate (19) is arranged above the activated carbon plate (18), two ends of the filter plate (19) penetrate through two side walls of the filter box (2) and extend out of the filter box (2), a compression spring (20) is sleeved on the left side of the filter plate (19), a limiting plate (21) is fixed on the left side of the filter plate (19), and the compression spring (20) is located between the limiting plate (21) and the filter box (2); the filter (19) right side is fixed with cardboard (22), cardboard (22) below is provided with circular runner (23), circular runner (23) outside is around being provided with a plurality of kellies (24), circular runner (23) middle part is through anti-skidding belt (25) and first rotation motor (26) fixed connection, first rotation motor (26) below is through mount pad (27) and mounting panel (28) fixed connection.

The breathing air filtering device according to claim 1, wherein a first exhaust port (29) is formed below the left side of the filter box (2), the first exhaust port (29) is communicated with one side of the air suction pipe (30), and the air suction pipe (30) is provided with an air suction pump (31).

The breathing air filtering device according to claim 2, wherein a second air inlet (32) is provided below the right side wall of the sterilizing chamber (3), the second air inlet (32) being in communication with the other side of the suction pipe (30); a rotating shaft (47) is transversely arranged in the sterilizing box (3), and the right side of the rotating shaft (47) penetrates through the side wall of the sterilizing box (3) and is fixedly connected with the output end of a second rotating motor (48); disinfection liquid mouth (33) have been seted up to disinfect box (3) right side top, disinfection liquid mouth (33) communicate with each other with disinfection liquid pipe (34), second gas vent (35) have been seted up to disinfect box (3) left side top, second gas vent (35) communicate with each other with blast pipe (36), all be provided with the valve on disinfection liquid pipe (34) and blast pipe (36).
4. Breathing air filtering device according to claim 1, wherein a suction pump (37) is arranged on said inlet pipe (16), and wherein a valve is arranged on said inlet pipe (16).

The breathing air filtering device according to claim 1, wherein the activated carbon plate (18) is provided with first fixing plates (38) at upper and lower sides thereof, the first fixing plates (38) are fixedly connected with two inner walls of the filter box (2), the activated carbon plate (18) is placed in a cavity formed by the two first fixing plates (38), and the first fixing plates (38) are of a net structure.

The breathing air filtering device according to claim 5, wherein a clamping groove (39) is formed in the inner wall of the left side of the filtering box (2), the clamping groove (39) is of a structure with a wide left side and a narrow right side, a second fixing plate (40) is arranged on the clamping groove (39), the second fixing plate (40) is matched with the clamping groove (39) in shape, fixing bolts (41) are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the second fixing plate (40), and the fixing bolts (41) penetrate through the clamping groove (39) and then are inserted into the side wall of the filtering box (2).
7. Breathing air filtration device according to claim 1, wherein universal wheels (42) are fixed to both sides below the base (1).

The breathing air filtering device according to claim 1, wherein fixing blocks (43) are symmetrically fixed below two side walls of the filtering box (2), the fixing blocks (43) are fixedly connected with a fastening plate (45) through fastening bolts (44), the lower part of the fastening plate (45) is fixedly connected with the base (1), and a buffer spring (46) is further arranged between the filtering box (2) and the fastening plate (45); the left side of the mounting plate (28) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the fastening plate (45).
9. A breathing air filtration device according to any one of claims 1-8 wherein the specific method of operation of said breathing air filtration device comprises the steps of:
s1: the air inlet pipe (6) is communicated with a waste gas collecting pipe for breathing of a patient, gas exhausted by the patient enters a storage box (4) of the breathing air filtering equipment through the air inlet pipe (6), a driving motor (13) is started, and an output shaft of the driving motor (13) drives a transmission belt (12) to rotate so as to drive a rotating shaft (10) to rotate, so that a rotary disc (9) rotates; a rotating rod (8) hinged with the rotating disk (9) rotates along with the rotating disk (9), so that a piston (7) connected with the rotating rod (8) does reciprocating motion in the storage box (4), and the gas in the storage box (4) is rapidly pushed into a gas outlet pipe (14) to enter the filter box (2);
s2: after waste gas generated by breathing of a patient enters the filter box (2), a water suction pump (37) is started, water in the water tank (17) is sucked into the filter box (2), the water is sprayed in a mist form to adsorb dust particles in the gas, meanwhile, a first rotating motor (26) is started to enable an anti-skidding belt (25) to drive a model selection rotating wheel to rotate, a clamping rod (24) on a circular rotating wheel (23) pulls a clamping plate (22) on a filter plate (19), and the filter plate (19) moves left and right all the time; the filtered gas passes through the activated carbon plate (18) and then enters the disinfection box (3) through the air pump (31);
s3: when the activated carbon plate (18) needs to be replaced, the fixing bolt (41) on the second fixing plate (40) is taken down, and then the second fixing plate (40) is taken down, so that the activated carbon plate (18) can be replaced; the valve of the disinfectant port (33) is opened, disinfectant is added into the disinfection box (3), the air pump (31) is started to pump gas into the disinfection box (3), and after the disinfectant in the disinfection box (3) disinfects the gas, the valve on the exhaust pipe (36) is opened to exhaust the gas.
