Referring to fig. 1 to 4, there are shown a perspective view, an exploded view, a sectional view and a sectional view of a gas tool with a pressure display valve according to the present invention. The display valve 10 of the present invention comprises a housing 20 and a valve body 30; wherein:
an accommodating space 21 is provided in the housing 20, one end of the accommodating space 21 is connected to the outer periphery of the housing 20, a viewing hole 22 is formed through the housing 20, and the viewing hole 22 penetrates through the surface of the housing 20 to communicate the accommodating space 21 with the outer periphery of the housing 20.

The inner circumference of the accommodating space 21 along the radial direction of the virtual reference line L is provided with a narrow portion 214 and a wide portion 215, the narrow portion 214 is adjacent to the opening 211, the wide portion 215 is disposed on a side of the narrow portion 214 opposite to the opening 211, the width of the narrow portion 214 along the radial direction of the virtual reference line L is smaller than the width of the wide portion 215 along the radial direction of the virtual reference line L, the airtight portion 32 abuts against the wide portion 215, one end of the valve body 30 is provided with a stable portion 33, and the stable portion 33 is slidably disposed in the narrow portion 214.
The valve body 30 can move to the second position under the action of the air pressure, a bottom surface 216 is arranged on the inner periphery of one end, opposite to the opening 211, in the accommodating space 21, an elastic piece 23 is arranged in the accommodating space 21, one end of the elastic piece 23 abuts against the bottom surface 216, the other end of the elastic piece 23 abuts against the valve body 30, and the elastic piece 23 can push the valve body 30 to move to the first position.
One end of the valve body 30 is recessed with a groove 34, and the end of the elastic member 23 opposite to the bottom surface 216 is inserted into the groove 34.
The housing 20 includes a connecting member 24 and a cover member 25, the cover member 25 is fixedly connected to the connecting member 24, the accommodating space 21 is disposed between the connecting member 24 and the cover member 25, the opening 211 is disposed on the connecting member 24, and the bottom surface 216 is disposed on the cover member 25.
The display valve 10 can be installed on a gas tool 40, the gas tool 40 can be connected to a gas canister 90, the gas tool 40 is provided with a head 41 and an adjusting member 42, the head 41 is provided with a slot 411, a first channel 412 and a second channel 413, the adjusting member 42 is movably disposed in the slot 411 between a closed position and an open position, the housing 20 is connected to the header 41, the opening 211 is disposed between the first channel 412 and the second channel 413, when the adjusting member 42 is in the closed position, the airflow of the first passage 412 cannot enter the second passage 413 and the accommodating space 21, when the valve body 30 is located at the first position, and the adjusting member 42 is located at the open position, the airflow of the first passage 412 can enter the second passage 413 and the accommodating space 21, and the valve body 30 moves to the second position.
When the gas tool 40 is used, the user can operate the adjusting member 42 to move to the open position, the valve body 30 can be moved to the second position under the pressure of the gas flow, and the user can directly view the viewing hole 22, so long as the mark 31 can be seen to indicate that the gas is successfully released, and the ignition can be performed. After the gas tool 40 is used, the user can operate the adjusting member 42 to move to the closing position, the valve body 30 can automatically return to the first position, and the user can only see the mark 31 from the viewing hole 22, which represents that the gas tool has successfully closed.
