the friction ring (1101) is rotatably arranged on one side inside the placing plate (702);
the device comprises supporting rods (1102), wherein three supporting rods (1102) are uniformly arranged on one side of a sliding rod (1003) at intervals;
the rubber ring (1103) is arranged between the bottoms of the struts (1102), and the rubber ring (1103) is matched with the friction ring (1101).
7. The intelligent bullet cabinet with sound protection technology as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a reinforcing component (12), wherein the reinforcing component (12) comprises:
the inner sides of the fixed cylinders (802) are provided with twelve sliding grooves (1201) at intervals, the inner sides of the sliding grooves (1201) are both provided with pressing blocks (1202) in a sliding manner, and the inner sides of the two pressing blocks (1202) are matched with each other;
and a second spring (1203) is arranged between the pressing block (1202) and the sliding chute (1201).

The intelligent bullet cabinet with the sound protection technology as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a distribution box (4), wherein the distribution box (4) is disposed inside an installation box on the cabinet door (2), a switching power supply, a control module and a power module are installed inside the distribution box (4), the switching power supply supplies power to the whole equipment, an output end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the power module, the power module is connected with a main power switch through a circuit, the control module is electrically connected with the power module, the first distance sensor (901) and the second distance sensor (1006) are electrically connected with the control module, and the first electric push rod (905) and the second electric push rod (1005) are both connected with the control module through a peripheral circuit.
