Description
1. Field of the invention
The invention belongs to the technical field of suction type micro-water clean and sanitary discharge, and particularly relates to a process and a device for front-mounted pollution discharge of suction type micro-water clean and sanitary discharge.
2. Background of the invention
The suction type micro-water clean sanitary discharge is sometimes called as indoor vacuum discharge, and is a sanitary discharge method and a technical system thereof, wherein the sanitary discharge method is formed by connecting a micro-water clean sanitary ware with a pipeline with a closed conveying performance and then connecting the pipeline with a negative pressure suction power source. Due to the action of suction, the discharge process of domestic wastes such as excrement, urine, kitchen waste and the like can be cleaned by using only a small amount of water, and the formed high-concentration wastewater is conveyed without depending on the hydraulic dead weight, so that the function of pipeline-type sanitary discharge of micro-water cleaning is realized. The suction type micro-water clean and sanitary discharge mode not only saves water, but also only mixes a small amount of water into the collected waste, thereby having higher value of resource recycling. The existing suction type micro-water clean and sanitary discharge process is characterized in that: the sanitary ware is connected to the suction pipe through the interface valve, a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure is maintained inside the suction pipe, and when the interface valve is opened, waste wastewater in the sanitary ware enters the inside of the suction pipe together with air and is then conveyed to the other end of the suction pipe. Due to the huge pressure difference between the interior of the suction pipeline and the environment of the external atmospheric pressure, the negative pressure needs to be removed first or a powerful suction pump is used for pumping out the liquid when the liquid in the interior of the suction pipeline is transferred to the outside. The process of discharging the material after the interface valve has the disadvantages of complex system and high application cost in some specific application occasions. The invention provides a process and a device for cleaning and sanitation of pumping type micro-water discharged before an interface valve.
3. Summary of the invention
The invention provides a novel process for constructing a suction type micro-water clean and sanitary discharge system, which utilizes a temporary negative pressure formed in a sewage unloader in front of a suction interface valve to discharge waste liquid in a sanitary appliance into the sewage unloader, and when the suction interface valve is closed, the air pressure in the sewage unloader is rapidly balanced with the atmospheric pressure, thereby facilitating sewage unloading. The specific implementation mode is as follows: as shown in the attached drawing, the suction type sanitary ware 1 with micro-water cleaning is connected to a sewage discharge pipe 2 and then connected to a sewage discharger 3, and the hydraulic gradient of the sewage discharge pipe 2 and the installation height of the sewage discharger 3 are suitable for ensuring that clear water entering the sewage discharge pipe 2 can automatically flow into the sewage discharger 3. The unloader 3 is a chamber structure having its top connected to the suction tube 5 through the suction interface valve 4, and the suction tube 5 is maintained at a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure therein by a suction source connected to the distal end. The interface valve 4 is opened, the pressure inside the sewage discharger 3 is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the waste liquid in the sanitary ware 1 is sucked into the sewage discharger 3, and after the suction interface valve 4 is closed, the air pressure inside the sewage discharger 3 spontaneously realizes the balance with the atmospheric pressure, so that the sewage discharge is facilitated.
The invention further provides a sewage discharging device for the suction type micro-water clean and sanitary discharge process of the front sewage discharge, namely the sewage discharging device 3, which consists of a cavity 6, a feed inlet 7, an air suction opening 8, a baffle plate 9, a balancing weight 10 and a hinge 11. The flap 9 is fixed to the valve body 6 by a hinge 11, the part of which below the chamber 6 is upwardly in a close sealing relationship with the lower edge of the chamber 6, and on the other side of which a weight 10 is provided. The method of setting the weight 10 is that the baffle 9 and the lower edge of the cavity 6 spontaneously form a closed relation under the condition of no external force, and when downward force is applied on the baffle on one side below the cavity 6, the baffle 9 can flexibly realize the separation from the lower edge of the cavity 6. The sewage discharge device works in the following mode: (1) connecting the said discharge device to the system in the manner of the discharge device 3 shown in the figure; (2) when waste liquid needs to be discharged from the sanitary appliance 1, the suction interface valve 4 is opened, the pressure in the cavity 6 is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the baffle 9 and the lower edge of the cavity 6 are closed more tightly, and simultaneously the waste liquid in the sanitary appliance is sucked into the sewage discharge pipe 2 and finally reaches the cavity 6; (3) when the suction interface valve 6 is closed, the pressure inside the cavity 6 is converged with the atmospheric pressure, at this time, since the waste liquid entering the cavity 6 has gravity, the baffle plate 9 and the lower edge of the cavity 6 are changed into an open state, and the waste liquid is discharged out of the cavity 6 under the action of self weight. Generally, because the negative pressure in the suction pipe 5 is strong enough (usually less than-20 kPa), a huge suction force is generated in the cavity 6 at the moment of opening the suction interface valve 4, which is enough to suck the waste liquid in the sanitary appliance 1 into the sewage discharge pipe 2 and even completely into the cavity 6, so that the purpose of discharging sewage from the sanitary appliance can be achieved by short-term opening of the suction interface valve 4, thereby saving suction energy.
One way to improve the sealing effect between the baffle 9 and the chamber 6 of the sewage discharge device is to increase the contact area between the lower edge of the chamber 6 and the baffle.
Still another method for improving the discharge effect of the waste liquid from the chamber 6 of the sewage discharging device is to make the included angle between the plane of the lower edge of the chamber 6 and the horizontal plane be 45-75 degrees.
