In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the rotating discharging wheel 16 includes a rotating portion 18 coaxially connected to the reducer 15 and located in the discharging port 11, a plurality of diverter blocks 19 uniformly distributed on the rotating portion 18, and a conveying trough 20 located between adjacent diverter blocks 19 and used for conveying asphalt.

In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1-the soil compacting mechanism comprises two support connectors 32 symmetrically arranged on the frame 1 behind the discharge opening 11, and a soil compacting drum 17 rotatably connected to the support connectors 32.
In the above embodiment, two support connectors 32 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the frame 1, and are used for mounting and fixing the road roller 17; the roller 17 is rotatably connected to two support links 32, which are located at the lower part of the frame 1 and which bear a part of the weight of the device and are capable of flattening the asphalt as it falls.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the odor removing mechanism comprises an air filter box 21 fixed at the bottom of the vehicle frame 1, an air extractor 22 and an air outlet pipe 23 respectively connected with the air filter box 21, and a filter layer group arranged in the air filter box 21, wherein the air extractor 22 is respectively electrically connected with the storage battery, the engine 5 and the console 2.
In the above embodiment, the gas filtering box 21 is disposed on the frame 1 and located on one side of the discharge port 11, and is used for loading a filtering layer group to help filter gas, and when the filtering layer group needs to be replaced, the gas filtering box 21 can be opened for replacement; the air exhaust fan 22 is controlled by the control console 2, is respectively powered by the storage battery and the engine 5, is connected with the gas filtering box 21 through a pipeline and is arranged at one side of the discharge port 11, and after the air exhaust fan 21 extracts toxic and harmful gases, the gases are discharged into the gas filtering box 21 along the pipeline; the gas outlet pipe 23 is connected with the gas filtering box 21, and after the gas is filtered by the gas filtering box 21, harmless gas is discharged along the gas outlet pipe 23; the filter layer group is arranged in the filter box 21 and is used for adsorbing toxic and harmful gases.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-7, the filtration layer set includes an activated carbon layer 24, a bamboo charcoal layer 25, and a volcanic rock layer 26 sequentially attached and disposed within the gas box 21.
In the above embodiment, the activated carbon layer 24, the bamboo charcoal layer 25 and the volcanic rock layer 26 are all porous substances, and by using them as a filter layer group, high-efficiency and high-strength adsorption of toxic and harmful gases can be realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-7, the asphalt pavement and maintenance device for road maintenance further includes a PC terminal communicatively connected to the console 2, and a client terminal communicatively connected to the PC terminal and the console 2, respectively, wherein the PC terminal and the client terminal are both configured to receive data information transmitted by the console 2 and issue commands to the console 2.

When the asphalt mixing machine is used, a signal is input to the console 2 through the PC end or the client, the console 2 receives the signal and controls the engine 5 to work, the engine 5 starts to work to drive the wheels 3 to rotate and simultaneously drive the rotating gear 8 to rotate so as to drive the rotating shaft 7 to rotate, and the stirring blades 9 start to stir asphalt; meanwhile, the control resistance layer 12 of the control console 2 starts to work to heat the asphalt and enhance the fluidity of the asphalt, then the control console 2 controls the discharge motor 14 and the speed reducer 15 to work to drive the rotary discharge wheel 16 to rotate to realize discharge, the water is introduced when the device moves, the road roller 17 starts to roll the road so that the asphalt is paved in place, and when the asphalt starts to be led out, the control console 2 controls the air exhaust fan 22 to work to extract toxic and harmful gas so as to avoid injuring the health of human bodies.
According to the invention, by arranging the control console 2, during operation, only a signal needs to be transmitted to the control console 2 through a PC (personal computer) end or a client, the control console 2 receives the signal and performs operation, the operation is simple and convenient, the raw materials do not need to be pushed by a worker manually like a traditional operation mode, and the worker can lay asphalt without contacting with the asphalt, so that the worker and the asphalt are separated, the worker is prevented from inhaling harmful gas during working, the respiratory tract and the alveolus of a human body are prevented from being stimulated, and the physical health of the worker can be ensured; moreover, the odor removal mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the frame 1, so that after the asphalt material is led out by the stirring and accommodating mechanism, toxic and harmful gas can be absorbed by the odor removal mechanism, the toxic and harmful gas is further prevented from being sucked by workers, and the health of the workers is ensured; by arranging the stirring and accommodating mechanism, asphalt is initially guided into the stirring and accommodating mechanism, the driving mechanism is started, the asphalt is guided out while the device is moved, meanwhile, the road pavement is rolled by the road rolling mechanism to help the pavement to be flat and spread, so that the asphalt is uniformly paved, in the whole process, raw materials are not required to be stirred uniformly by a stirrer firstly, and then the stirred materials are conveyed to an area to be paved, only the asphalt is required to be input into the stirring and accommodating mechanism at the beginning, the device automatically finishes the work of stirring, pouring and paving, excessive equipment is not required, and the cost is low; through being provided with the stirring and holding the mechanism, in the ejection of compact, through the work of control cabinet 2 control ejection of compact motor 14, and then the rotation of control rotation ejection of compact wheel 16 realizes the control to pitch material output efficiency to the pitch volume of realizing laying is invariable, practices thrift the use of material, realizes standardized operation.
