Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical production, and particularly relates to a preparation method for producing fatty acid.
Background
The swill oil is the waste material discharged after refining in the process of producing vegetable edible oil, and can be directly utilized due to the excessive alkali content. The discharge of oil residue can destroy soil and cause environmental pollution. At present, although fatty acid is produced by preparing acidified oil by cooking oil residue, the method is extremely laggard, and a catalyst is required to be added for saponification and acidolysis, so that the method is a non-industrial earth method, and the acid water and waste residue discharged by the earth method can cause new pollution and damage to lakes and soil.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a preparation method for producing fatty acids.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation method for producing fatty acid is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) recycling the kitchen waste and collecting the waste through a mobile phone system;
2) the swill garbage is separated from the solid garbage by an automatic separation system, the separated swill garbage is separated by a solid-liquid separation system to obtain recovered liquid, and the solid is reserved for recycling;
3) pumping the recovered liquid into a recovery tank, introducing steam for cooking, adding 1-3 parts of grease coagulant according to the mass ratio of the liquid when the material turns over, continuing cooking for 3-5 hours, cooling, precipitating for 2-3 hours, and performing deodorization treatment;
4) after oil-water separation and impurity filtration, the refined swill oil is obtained after natural condensation;
5) acidizing the swill oil obtained in the step 4) to obtain acidized oil with the pH value of 6-8;
6) discharging the generated wastewater, and then separating the acidified oil with the pH value of 6-8 discharged in the step 5) from impurities;
7) mixing the acidified oil obtained in the step 7) with water, and then hydrolyzing;
8) precipitating the hydrolysate to obtain black fatty acid;
9) heating and dehydrating the black fatty acid by using steam;
10) and (3) carrying out negative pressure distillation on the black fatty acid to obtain transparent white fatty acid.
In the method for preparing fatty acid, the mixing ratio of the acidified oil and water is 3: 1; the temperature during hydrolysis is 110-130 ℃, the pressure is 1Mpa, and the hydrolysis time is 6-8 hours.
The beneficial effects of the invention relative to the prior art are as follows:
1. the method of the invention realizes the purpose of reasonably utilizing the swill oil, not only can fully utilize the swill oil to produce qualified fatty acid products, but also solves the problem that the swill oil pollutes the environment.
2. Compared with the prior art, the method for preparing the fatty acid by boiling the oil residue to prepare the acidified oil does not generate the problem of secondary environmental pollution and does not need to add a catalyst.
3. The method has simple process principle, less equipment investment and easy implementation.
4. In the process of preparing fatty acid by the method, byproducts can be produced and sold as raw materials of the separant; and the high-boiling residue stearin pitch can be used as a sand consolidation agent for molding in the precision casting industry, so that the comprehensive economic effect is obvious.
