Description

Modified superfine rice hull powder reinforced PBAT full-degradable agricultural mulching film material and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of materials, and particularly relates to a modified superfine rice hull powder reinforced PBAT full-degradable agricultural mulching film material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The agricultural mulching film material applied in large scale in the market at present is mainly prepared from polyethylene and polypropylene materials, can not be degraded by microorganisms, has the problems of difficult and incomplete recovery, remains in soil, influences the physical and chemical properties of the soil, is harmful to soil and water, generally can cause 6 to 30 percent reduction of crop yield when the residual mulching film per mu of soil reaches more than 4 kilograms according to the research surface of agricultural environment and sustainable development research institute of Chinese academy of agricultural sciences, and the development of biodegradable materials is considered to be one of important methods for replacing the non-degradable polymer materials in order to solve the environmental problem.
Polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) is the most representative of biodegradable polyester materials, compared with common plastics, the PBAT biodegradable polyester material has higher production cost, lower thermophysical property and mechanical property, thereby hindering the development and application of the PBAT biodegradable polyester material, by adding low cost fillers (natural fibers and cellulose derivatives) as reinforcing agents, is an effective method, not only can maintain the biodegradability of a matrix, but also can reduce the cost and improve the performance, but also has the problems of filler dispersion, interaction between the filler and the matrix and the like, particularly in the field of films, the film products are generally formed by blowing after melting, the thickness of the film is within 0.1mm, the requirement on the film forming property and the compatibility of the material is extremely high, and the film can be blown to break and can not be formed when the system is not good in dispersion and compatibility and blow molding is carried out.
The rice hull powder is a natural plant fiber, the surface of the rice hull powder contains a large number of polar functional groups such as hydroxyl, phenolic hydroxyl and the like, the rice hull powder has strong hydrophilicity and chemical polarity, the PBAT surface has a polar chemical structure (hydrophobicity) and high viscosity, the compatibility with the rice hull powder is not good, the dispersion of a filler is greatly influenced, the inherent hydrophilicity of the rice hull powder is reduced by frequently modifying the surface of the rice hull powder, so that the interaction between the rice hull powder and the PBAT is increased, for example, the invention application patent with the patent number of CN110128800A discloses a rice hull powder/PBAT biological-based fully degradable material and a preparation method, the mesh number of the selected rice hull powder is 600-800 meshes, the content is 20-40 parts, the rice hull powder is subjected to alkaline hydrolysis, washing, drying, sulfuric acid swelling, suction filtration washing, ultrasonic wall breaking treatment steps to obtain pre-treated rice hull powder, and silane coupling agent KH560 is adopted for coupling treatment, then mixing with other raw materials at high speed, extruding and granulating by a double screw to obtain the degradable plastic with better comprehensive performance and low cost. The patent application publication No. CN 111073326A discloses a preparation method of a rice hull powder/PBAT composite material, wherein a coupling agent is synthesized by taking terephthalamide, polyethylene glycol and anhydrous potassium carbonate powder as raw materials, the rice hull powder is coated by the coupling agent, the mesh number of the rice hull powder is 600-800 meshes, and the mass ratio of the rice hull powder to the PBAT is 1: 1, adding other auxiliary agents, and refining to obtain a rice hull powder/PBAT composite material with better mechanical property, water absorption and thermal property than the composite material without the coupling agent. However, as shown in fig. 7, the mechanical properties are poor, the obtained film is easily blown to break and is difficult to continuously form, and the surface of the film is very rough.
The noun explains:
PBAT: thermoplastic biodegradable plastics.
BPO: benzoyl peroxide.
PLA: polylactic acid.
