Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-fingerprint auxiliary agents, and particularly relates to an easily-adhesive high-wear-resistance anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of fluorine-containing acrylic monomer, 2-20 parts of functional acrylic monomer, 2-20 parts of acrylic monomer containing special branched chain, 6-30 parts of conversion rate control monomer, 0.5-6 parts of initiator and 50-200 parts of solvent. According to the easily-adhesive high-wear-resistance anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent, a small amount of functional acrylic monomers and acrylic monomers containing special branched chains are added, so that the water drop angle on the surface is effectively reduced on the premise of ensuring the anti-fingerprint effect, and the adhesion of the surface of a hardened film is improved; the functional acrylic monomer contains hydrophilic functional groups, namely epoxy group, carboxyl group or amino group, a small amount of the functional acrylic monomer is added to properly reduce the water drop angle of the surface of the hardened film and improve the adhesion performance, and the carbon chain between the ester group and the R group (epoxy group, carboxyl group or amino group) in the functional acrylic monomer contains 3-12 carbon atoms, so that the R group can be ensured to smoothly reach the surface of the hardened film and the surface hydrophilic capability is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-fingerprint auxiliary agents, and particularly relates to an easily-adhesive high-wear-resistance anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hard coating anti-fingerprint treatment is usually carried out by adding an anti-fingerprint (AF) assistant into a hard coating or evaporating the AF assistant on the surface of the hard coating, but after the conventional AF treatment, the water drop angle of the hard coating is usually as high as 110-120 degrees, although a good hydrophobic effect is obtained, the surface is difficult to adhere, for example, when a protective film is attached to the surface of the hard coating, the hard coating is difficult to adhere and easy to fall off, particularly, in some application situations, the hard coating is made into a curved surface or a folding screen which can be repeatedly bent is needed, and under the application situations, the protective film is very easy to fall off.
In order to improve the adhesion between the surface of the screen of the electronic device and the protective film, and prevent the consumer from being disturbed by the easy falling off of the protective film during the use of the electronic product, especially the use of the curved-screen mobile phone and the folding-screen mobile phone, it is necessary to develop an easy-to-adhere hardened film, and the key point for developing the easy-to-adhere hardened film is to develop an easy-to-adhere anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent.

The invention discloses an easily-adhesive high-wear-resistance fingerprint-resistant auxiliary agent and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the problem that the surface is difficult to adhere although the fingerprint resistance performance can be greatly improved after the existing fingerprint-resistant auxiliary agent is used for a hardened film.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an easily-adhered high-wear-resistance anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of fluorine-containing acrylic monomer, 2-20 parts of functional acrylic monomer, 2-20 parts of acrylic monomer containing special branched chain, 6-30 parts of conversion rate control monomer, 0.5-6 parts of initiator and 50-200 parts of solvent.
Preferably, the fluorine-containing acrylic monomer isMolecular formula is CH2=CH-COO-(CH2)xCyF2y+1Wherein x is 0-5, and y is 3-10.
Preferably, the functional acrylic monomer has a molecular formula of CH2=CH-COO-CmH2m-R, wherein m is 3-12, and R is one of epoxy group, carboxyl group and amino group.

The preparation method of the easily-adhesive high-wear-resistance anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components in proportion, uniformly mixing a fluorine-containing acrylic monomer, a functional acrylic monomer, a special branched chain-containing acrylic monomer, a solvent and 0.1-2 parts of an initiator to obtain a mixture, and adding the mixture of 1/10-3/10 serving as a kettle bottom material into a reaction kettle in advance;
(2) adding 3-10 parts of conversion rate control monomer and 0.2-2 parts of initiator into the residual mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain dropwise added material;
(3) heating the kettle bottom material in the reaction kettle to 70-120 ℃, and slowly and uniformly dripping the dripping material into the reaction kettle within 3-8 hours;
(4) after the dropwise addition, adding the residual conversion rate control monomer and the initiator into a reaction kettle, heating to 100-150 ℃, reacting for 1-3 hours, cooling, filtering with a 300-mesh screen of 800 meshes, sealing, drying and storing.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the easily-adhesive high-wear-resistance anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent, the anti-fingerprint effect is ensured through the fluorine-containing acrylic monomer, and a small amount of functional acrylic monomer and the special branched chain-containing acrylic monomer are added, so that the water drop angle on the surface is effectively reduced on the premise of ensuring the anti-fingerprint effect, and the adhesion of the surface of a hardened film is improved;
(2) the functional acrylic monomer contains a reaction functional group, namely epoxy group, carboxyl group or amino group, the addition of the functional acrylic monomer is beneficial to enabling the anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent to form chemical bonding with matrix resin in a hardening liquid system to which the functional acrylic monomer is applied, so that the anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent is more firmly combined in a hardening film and plays a role more stably, and a carbon chain between an ester group and an R group (epoxy group, carboxyl group and amino group) in the functional acrylic monomer contains 3-12 carbon atoms, so that the R group can be guaranteed to be deeply bonded with the resin, and thus the closer combination is realized;
(3) the acrylic monomer containing the special branched chain contains a certain amount of ethoxy, which is beneficial to improving the compatibility between the acrylic monomer containing the special branched chain and the acrylic monomer containing fluorine, so that the fluorine content on the surface of the hardened film is diluted by the acrylic monomer containing the special branched chain, the surface fluorine density is reduced, the water drop angle on the surface of the hardened film is uniformly reduced on the premise of ensuring the integral fingerprint resistance effect, the adhesion performance is improved, the number of the ethyl oxide in the acrylic monomer containing the special branched chain is between 3 and 10, the ethyl oxide is beneficial to reaching the surface of the hardened film, and the fluorine on the surface is effectively diluted.
Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to examples.
The preparation method of the easy-adhesion high-wear-resistance anti-fingerprint auxiliary agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components in proportion, uniformly mixing a fluorine-containing acrylic monomer, a functional acrylic monomer, a special branched chain-containing acrylic monomer, a solvent and 0.1-2 parts of an initiator to obtain a mixture, and adding the mixture of 1/10-3/10 serving as a kettle bottom material into a reaction kettle in advance;
(2) adding 3-10 parts of conversion rate control monomer and 0.2-2 parts of initiator into the residual mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain dropwise added material;
(3) heating the kettle bottom material in the reaction kettle to 70-120 ℃, and slowly and uniformly dripping the dripping material into the reaction kettle within 3-8 hours;
(4) after the dropwise addition, adding the residual conversion rate control monomer and the initiator into a reaction kettle, heating to 100-150 ℃, reacting for 1-3 hours, cooling, filtering with a 300-mesh screen of 800 meshes, sealing, drying and storing.
The components and amounts thereof of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 7 are shown in Table 1.

The anti-fingerprint auxiliary agents prepared according to the above examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 7, 6-functionality urethane acrylate and the initiator 184 were mixed according to the mass ratio of 0.01:100:0.03, and then diluted to 30% solid content with MIBK to obtain a hardening liquid, and then the hardening liquid was uniformly coated on the surface of a PET substrate with a thickness of 100 μm at 300mW/cm2,500mJ/cm2The cured film was obtained by curing under the conditions of (1), and various performance tests were carried out on the obtained cured film, the test results are shown in table 2.

(1) weighing the components in proportion, uniformly mixing a fluorine-containing acrylic monomer, a functional acrylic monomer, a special branched chain-containing acrylic monomer, a solvent and 0.1-2 parts of an initiator to obtain a mixture, and adding the mixture of 1/10-3/10 serving as a kettle bottom material into a reaction kettle in advance;
(2) adding 3-10 parts of conversion rate control monomer and 0.2-2 parts of initiator into the residual mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain dropwise added material;
(3) heating the kettle bottom material in the reaction kettle to 70-120 ℃, and slowly and uniformly dripping the dripping material into the reaction kettle within 3-8 hours;
(4) after the dropwise addition, adding the residual conversion rate control monomer and the initiator into a reaction kettle, heating to 100-150 ℃, reacting for 1-3 hours, cooling, filtering with a 300-mesh screen of 800 meshes, sealing, drying and storing.
