Background

The normal pressure oiling control function, the emergency full oil control function and the pre-detection function are realized through the combined work of four products:
1. normal pressure refueling control function
Referring to fig. 1, when the aircraft needs to be refueled on the ground or receives oil in the air, the electromagnet of the pressure refueling control valve is electrified, the armature is attracted under the electromagnetic force of the electromagnet, the normal control cavity is unblocked, and high-pressure fuel pushes the lower plunger valve and the upper plunger valve in sequence and then flows into the oil tank through the inner cavity. When the fuel in the fuel tank is added to a specified value, the controller of the pressure refueling system cuts off the power of the electromagnet of the pressure refueling control valve, after the electromagnet is cut off, the armature returns under the action of spring force, the normal control cavity is blocked and then builds pressure, the lower plunger valve is closed, and refueling to the fuel tank is stopped. And normal refueling control is realized.
2. Emergency full oil control function
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, when the normal oil level control of the pressure refueling fails or the pressure refueling needs to be performed fully, the oil level in the fuel tank continues to rise, when the working oil level of the oil level controller is reached, the mechanical float of the oil level controller drives the float valve to block the emergency control pipeline, so that the pressure is built in the emergency control cavity of the pressure refueling control valve, the upper plunger valve is closed, the pressure refueling control valve is closed emergently, the refueling to the fuel tank is stopped, and meanwhile, the small float of the magnetic float of the oil level controller rises under the effect of the fuel buoyancy, and the hall sensor is triggered to send an emergency signal. When the oil level controller fails, the oil level continues to rise, and when the oil level reaches the working oil level of the emergency oil level controller, the mechanical floater 3-2 of the emergency oil level controller drives the floater valve 3-1 to block the emergency control pipeline, so that the emergency control cavity of the pressure refueling control valve builds pressure, the upper plunger valve is closed, the pressure refueling control valve is closed emergently, and refueling to the oil tank is stopped. The oil level controller and the emergency oil level controller are mutually backup, and when one of the oil level controller and the emergency oil level controller fails, the emergency control function cannot be influenced.
3. Preliminary examination function
