The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:

it can make screw rod 34 rotatory to twist knob 33, screw rod 34 is rotatory to drive about its outer wall threaded connection's nut 35, move about nut 35 and can make clamping ring 31 remove about pressing a section of thick bamboo 30 through spliced pole 36, the clamping ring 31 removes about and has changed the position about indent 32, thereby can make indent 32 correspond the different positions on the rubber tyer 3 of working, under the guide of indent 32, the wire rope 17 activity sets up the different positions on the rubber tyer 3 of working, thereby realized the adjustment of wire rope 17 position on the rubber tyer 3 of working, make wire rope 17 no longer concentrate a department to the wearing and tearing of rubber tyer 3 of working, the whole working face of rubber tyer 3 can all be used in turn, the life of rubber tyer 3 of working has been prolonged greatly.
