Abstract
The invention discloses an electric water valve mounting structure applied to an air conditioning system assembly, which relates to the technical field of vehicle manufacturing and comprises a shell, and a water inlet pipe, a water return pipe, an electric water valve and a core body box which are all arranged in the shell; the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water return pipe through the electric water valve and the core body in sequence; one end of the water inlet pipe protrudes out of the shell and extends outwards to form a water inlet interface; one end of the water return pipe protrudes out of the shell and extends outwards to form a water return interface. Compared with the prior art, the electric water valve is arranged in the assembly shell, so that the water leakage failure fault caused by rainwater permeating into the electric water valve is avoided, and the electric water valve has high practicability and working stability.

one end of the water return pipe protrudes out of the shell and extends outwards to form a water return interface.
Compared with the prior art, the electric water valve is arranged in the assembly shell, so that the water leakage failure fault caused by rainwater permeating into the electric water valve is avoided, and the electric water valve has high practicability and working stability.
As an improvement of the scheme, the core box is fixedly arranged with the shell through bolts, and is provided with a joint pressing plate which is fixed with the shell.
As an improvement of the scheme, the joint pressing plate is positioned in the middle of the core box.
As an improvement of the scheme, a water pipe pressing plate is fixed on the inner wall of the shell, and the water inlet pipe and the water return pipe are both fixed with the water pipe pressing plate.

5. the water inlet pipe is fixed with the shell through the first auxiliary fixing piece, so that the anti-seismic stability of the water inlet pipe and the water return pipe is further improved;
6. the connection part of the water inlet pipe and the electric water valve has weak shock resistance due to the connection relation, so that the first auxiliary fixing piece is arranged at the connection part to enhance the connection stability of the connection part and improve the shock resistance of the interface;

the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water return pipe through the electric water valve and the core body in sequence; one end of the water inlet pipe protrudes out of the shell and extends outwards to form a water inlet interface;
one end of the water return pipe protrudes out of the shell and extends outwards to form a water return interface.

The electric water valve mounting structure applied to the air conditioning system assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the core body box is fixedly arranged with the shell through a bolt, the core body box is provided with a joint pressing plate, and the joint pressing plate is fixed with the shell.
3. The electric water valve mounting structure applied to the air conditioning system assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the joint pressing plate is located in the middle of the core body box.

7. The electric water valve mounting structure applied to the air conditioning system assembly as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first auxiliary fixing member is located at a side of the electric water valve.

The electric water valve installation structure applied to the air conditioning system assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second auxiliary fixing member is fixedly disposed in the housing, and the water inlet pipe and the water return pipe are fixed to the housing by the second auxiliary fixing member.
9. The electric water valve mounting structure applied to an air conditioning system assembly as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second fixing member is located on a middle section of the water inlet pipe and the water return pipe.
