According to the concrete scheme of the second core-collecting operation mode, the outer rod 2 is further provided with a prying bar groove 23, the prying bar groove 23 is further internally provided with a linkage prying bar 7, and the linkage prying bar 7 is in hinged connection with the outer rod 2. The above-mentioned linkage crow bar 7 is divided into pressing portion 71 and linkage portion 72, the pressing portion 71 of the above-mentioned linkage crow bar 7 is placed in the lower half section of the external lever 2, and the linkage portion 72 of the above-mentioned linkage crow bar 7 is placed in the upper half section of the external lever 2, specifically placed under the holding table 42 of the automatic pen holder 4.
When the pen core 5 is exposed and the pressing portion 71 is pressed, the linkage portion 72 is tilted upward, and when the linkage portion 72 is tilted upward, the clamping table 42 is driven, so that the automatic pen clip 4 is deformed, and the engaging barb 41 is separated from the gear 311 of the driving wheel set 31. The cartridge 5 is newly stored in the inner shaft 1.
The matching mode of the expansion gears can be used for obtaining different operation experiences so as to meet the demands of different customer groups, and the specific scheme is as follows: all or part of the gears 311 in the driving wheel set 31 are further provided with speed change gears, so that the moving speed between the displacement member 331 and the matching barb 41 is changed, the moving speed is determined by the combination mode of the speed change gears, and the rotating distance of the gears 311 with the matching barb 41 can be controlled under the condition that the moving distance of the displacement member 331 is unchanged, and the longer the rotating distance is, the more the teeth and the times between the gears 311 with the matching barb 41 and the matching barb 41 are, and conversely, the less the teeth and the times between the gears 311 with the matching barb 41 and the matching barb 41 are. By controlling the amount of teeth and the number of teeth between the gear 311 engaged with the teeth of the barb 41 and the engagement barb 41, different engagement forces and the number of teeth and sounds produced can be achieved.
As a first core-collecting operation mode, the specific scheme is as follows: the housing 32 is further provided with a reset notch 321. When the pen core 5 is in an exposed state, the switching slide column 3 is close to the top end of the reset notch 321, at this time, the inner rod 1 is further moved towards the end of the automatic pen holder 4, the switching slide column 3 can be shifted through the switching slope 3211, so that the displacement member 331 is forced to shift, and the teeth and states between the displacement member 331 and the driving wheel set 31 disappear, so that the displacement member 331 is not constrained by the ratchet effect of the driving wheel set 31, the displacement member 331 is indirectly influenced by the reset spring 6 and is displaced downwards, the switching slide column 3 moves to the bottom end of the reset notch 321, the shifting of the displacement member 331 occurs before the reset slope 3212, the teeth and states between the displacement member 331 and the driving wheel set 31 are reestablished, and at this time, the movable ring 332 is in mutual collision with the maximum limiting ring table 21 again. At this time, when the mating distance between the inner rod 1 and the outer rod 2 is maximized, the pen core 5 is newly stored in the inner rod 1.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention: in order to ensure that the self-locking effect is further realized on the premise of having a third core-collecting operation mode, namely an automatic core-collecting function, the method can be realized by the following scheme: when the trigger sleeve D422 adopts the scheme of the limiting member D4222 and the trigger ring D4221, the pen clip base D412 is divided into an internal rotation self-locking member D4121 and a base outer ring D4122; the limiting member D4222 is divided into an outer rotary member D42221 and an inner tightening member D42222; a self-locking movable member D5 is arranged between the inner rotation self-locking member D4121 and the locking member 35; the inner rotation self-locking member D4121 is provided with a rotation boss D41211, a control boss D41212 and a spin engaging portion D41213; the bottom of the external rotating piece D42221 is provided with a rotating groove D422211 matched with the rotating boss D41211; a control groove D51 matched with the control boss D41212 is arranged on the self-locking movable piece D5; after the rotating groove D422211 and the rotating boss D41211 are matched, the inner tightening piece D42222 is matched with the inner rotation self-locking piece D4121 in a threaded, magnetic attraction, adhesive, clamping, riveting or welding mode; the shapes of the rotating boss D41211 and the control boss D41212 are not cylindrical or conical; the self-locking movable piece D5 is matched with the outer rod 2 through threads; the outer rod 2 is also provided with a spin ring 36, and the spin engaging portion D41213 is engaged between the base outer ring D4122 and the spin ring 36.
In order to ensure that the refill belongs to a refill-collecting state rather than a refill-discharging state during self-locking, the refill is prevented from being coincidently and clumsy, so that the refill is collected before self-locking, however, manual operation is easy to forget, and the refill is collected before self-locking by the following scheme; one or more core receiving bosses D52 are also arranged on the self-locking movable piece D5;
the core receiving boss D52 rotates or deforms the displacement member 331, so that the teeth and the relationship between the displacement member 331 and the driving wheel set 31 are eliminated, and the pen core is stored in the inner rod 1;
through the self-locking function of the core-collecting convex block 65 and the self-locking movable piece D5, when the pen is in a refill-out state, the pen can directly collect the refill by directly rotating the self-locking piece 63, and self-locking is achieved.
Although the invention has a complex structure, how to provide a more convenient core replacement mode for users can be realized by the following scheme: when the inner rod 1 and the movable ring 332 are magnetically coupled, an inner rod ring 81 and a collar 82 are further provided between the inner rod 1 and the movable ring 332. The inner rod ring 81 is disposed at the end of the inner rod 1, and the collar 82 is disposed at the front end of the movable ring 332. The inner rod ring 81 and the collar 82 are made of magnetic attraction materials, and at least one of the inner rod ring 81 and the collar 82 is made of permanent magnets. To better protect the inner rod ring 81 and the collar 82, one or more anti-collision spacers 83 may be further disposed between the inner rod ring 81 and the collar 82. The anti-collision spacer 83 prevents the inner rod ring 81 and the collar 82 from being crashed due to excessive magnetic attraction. The anti-collision spacer 83 is specifically attached to the inner rod ring 81 and/or collar 82.
For easy disassembly and assembly, and for stability of use, the locking member 35 is provided with an adjustment groove 351 to prevent the cartridge from shaking. The pen holder 4 is fixed to the end of the outer rod 2 by means of threads, snap-fit and/or magnetic attraction. The refill stopper base 34 is further provided with a refill fixing block 343.
Example 2:
a mechanical pencil as shown in fig. 8 to 15 comprises an inner shaft 1, an outer shaft 2, a mechanical gear set 3, a mechanical clip 4, a pen core 5 and a return spring 6. The automatic pen holder 4 is provided with one or more cooperating barbs 41.
The mechanical gear set 3 comprises a movable gear set 31, a shell 32, a movable displacement member 33, a refill limiting base 34 and a locking member 35. The movable displacement member 33 is divided into a movable ring 332 and a displacement member 331, and one or more engaging teeth 3311 are further provided on the displacement member 331. The outer rod 2 is also provided with a matching slot 24 and a fixing straight slot 25. The housing 32 is further provided with a gear slot 322 and a housing fixing protrusion 324.
The above-mentioned driving wheel set 31 is composed of one or more gears 311. The gears 311 in the driving wheel set 31 are mutually meshed. At least one gear 311 of the driving wheel set 31 is in gear engagement with the engagement teeth 3311.
The cooperation effect of at least one gear 311 in the above-mentioned driving wheel set 31 and the cooperation barb 41 is a unidirectional rotation or ratchet structure. The openings of the matching grooves 24 and the gear grooves 322 are the same, and the gear 311 matched with the matching barb 41 generates tooth sum with the matching barb 41 after passing through the matching grooves 24 and the gear grooves 322.
The above-mentioned driving wheel set 31 is installed in the outer casing 32 to form a driving wheel set.
The outer rod 2 is provided with a maximum limiting ring table 21 and a driving wheel limiting ring table 22. The cartridge limiting base 34 is provided with a displacement opening 341 and a base fixing protrusion 342. The base fixing rib 342 and the housing fixing rib 324 are slidably fixed in the fixing straight groove 25.
The movable displacement member 33, the pen core limiting base 34, the driving wheel sleeve, the locking member 35 and the automatic pen holder 4 are sequentially arranged in the outer rod 2 from top to bottom. After the movable displacement member 33, the pen core limiting base 34 and the driving wheel set are sequentially installed, the movable ring 332 can only move up and down between the maximum limiting ring table 21 and the driving wheel limiting ring table 22 through the screw threads or the snap fit between the locking member 35 and the outer rod 2, and the driving wheel set and the pen core limiting base 34 are fixed between the locking member 35 and the driving wheel limiting ring table 22.
The refill 5, the return spring 6 and the inner rod 1 are sequentially arranged in the outer rod 2 from bottom to top. After the inner rod 1 is assembled into the outer rod 2, it is engaged with the movable ring 332 by screwing, engaging and/or magnetic attraction. The return spring 6 is interposed between the cartridge 5 and the inner rod 1. The pen core 5 is abutted against the pen core limiting base 34.
The above-described automatic pen clip 4 is divided into a clip main body D41, a trigger group D42, and a reset component D43. The pen clip main body D41 is divided into a pen clip D411 and a pen clip base D412, the pen clip D411 and the pen clip base D412 are engaged by hinge connection, and the trigger group D42 is divided into a trigger displacement member D421 and a trigger sleeve member D422. The trigger displacement member D421 is sleeved on the pen clip base D412, and is specifically located between the trigger sleeve D422 and the mating pen clip D411. The mating barb 41 is specifically located on the mating clip D411.
The trigger set D422 includes a spherical trigger D4223, the spherical trigger D4223 and the clip base D412 are connected by means of a knuckle bearing, and a trigger ring protrusion D42231 is provided at the lower end of the spherical trigger D4223. The inner side of the trigger displacement member D421 is further provided with a conical groove D4211, when the spherical trigger D4223 is pressed by an external force, the spherical trigger D4223 is inclined to the side, at this time, the conical groove D4211 is influenced by the trigger ring protrusion D42231 to force the trigger displacement member D421 to move downward, and the lower end of the trigger displacement member D421 is conveniently matched with one end of the pen clip D411, then the matched pen clip D411 is pressed downward, so that the other end of the matched pen clip D411 is tilted, the teeth and effects between the matched barb 41 and/or the matched teeth 3311 and the driving wheel set 31 disappear, and the pen core 5 is re-hidden in the inner rod 1.
The restoring assembly D43 is composed of one or more substances having elastic, elastic or magnetic force. The resetting component D43 is installed between the pen clip D411 and the pen clip base D412, and when the external force is lost, the resetting component D43 will cause the trigger shifter D421 to move upwards, so as to reset the trigger assembly D422.
The displacement member 331 can move unidirectionally towards the end of the automatic pen holder 4 through the moving wheel set 31, and the matching between the matching barb 41 and the moving wheel set 31 provides a unidirectional rotation locking mechanism for the moving wheel set 31. When the inner rod 1 is pressed to move toward the end of the automatic pen holder 4, the displacement member 331 is moved unidirectionally toward the end of the automatic pen holder 4 by the moving wheel set 31, and the position of the pen core limiting base 34 cannot be moved, so that the pen core gradually exposes the inner rod 1, which is a method for discharging the pen core.

For easy disassembly and assembly, and for stability of use, the locking member 35 is provided with an adjustment groove 351 to prevent the cartridge from shaking. The pen holder 4 is fixed to the end of the outer rod 2 by means of threads, snap-fit and/or magnetic attraction. The refill stopper base 34 is further provided with a refill fixing block 343.
The two embodiments described above all have a core-out mode and four core-collecting modes, and the specific operation modes are as follows:
core-out mode: the tiger mouth clamps the outer rod, the index finger and the middle finger clamp the front end of the inner rod, and then the index finger and the middle finger exert force to shrink; so that the inner rod is contracted inwards towards the outer rod; thereby coming out of the core.
The core-collecting mode is as follows: the first core-collecting mode is consistent with the core-discharging mode, the repeated operation is carried out, the second core-collecting mode is carried out by pressing the pressing part, and the third core-collecting mode is carried out by controlling the matched pen clip D411 to bend the pen clip; however, the pen clip D411 does not need to be controlled and matched deliberately, and the core can be folded only by hanging the pen on clothes or other articles normally; the fourth type of core collecting realizes automatic core collecting through the trigger group D42, so long as the pen is not in a normal writing state, and is not held or suspended by people, when the pen is completely placed in other places such as a desktop and a bag, the trigger group D42 is triggered, thereby realizing automatic core collecting.
The two embodiments have different automatic core-collecting effects according to the following two conditions;
1. when the outer diameters of the trigger ring D4221 and the ball-shaped trigger D4223 are larger than the outer diameters of the limiting member D4222, the outer rod 2, the movable displacement member 33, the matched pen clip D411 and the pen clip base D412, at least an automatic core folding effect is achieved, however, whether the specific effect can achieve three hundred and six degrees of core folding without dead angles is mainly whether the structure matched with the pen clip D411 is easy to support on the plane or whether the requirement of the second condition is met, and only when the structure matched with the pen clip D411 is not easy to support on the plane, the automatic core folding can be formed by three hundred and sixty degrees.
2. When the outer diameter of the trigger ring D4221 and the spherical trigger D4223 is larger than the outer diameter of the combined pen clip main body D41 and the outer rod 2; and when the robot pen is placed on a plane, only the trigger ring D4221 or the ball-shaped trigger D4223 is in contact with the plane at the rear half of the robot pen; the end of the matched barb 41 matched with the pen clip D411 can be displaced outwards by a certain distance, and the specific moving distance at least can enable teeth and effects between the matched barb 41 and the driving wheel set 31 to disappear, so that the automatic refill collection of the refill 5 can be ensured, and the refill can be stored in the inner rod 1 again; at this time, no matter whether the structure of the pen clip D411 is easy and the support is formed on the plane, three hundred and sixty degrees of automatic triggering core folding can be realized.
In order to further expand the demands of the user population, the demands of DIY and customization of more people are met: the gears 311 and/or the speed change gears between the driving wheel sets 31 can also adopt belt transmission.

The trigger kit (D422) comprises a spherical trigger (D4223), wherein the spherical trigger (D4223) is connected with the pen clip base (D412) through a joint bearing, and a trigger ring boss (D42231) is arranged at the lower end of the spherical trigger (D4223); the inner side of the trigger displacement member (D421) is also provided with a conical groove (D4211), when the spherical trigger (D4223) is extruded by external force, the spherical trigger is inclined to the side, at the moment, the conical groove (D4211) is influenced by a trigger ring bulge (D42231) to force the trigger displacement member (D421) to move downwards, and the lower part of the trigger displacement member (D421) is convenient to match with one end of a pen clip (D411), the matched pen clip (D411) is pressed downwards, so that the other end of the matched pen clip (D411) is promoted to tilt, teeth and effects between the matched barb (41) and/or the matched teeth (3311) and the driving wheel group (31) disappear, and the pen core (5) is stored in the inner rod (1) again;
the resetting component (D43) is composed of one or more substances with elasticity, elasticity or magnetic force; the reset component (D43) is arranged between the matched pen clip (D411) and the pen clip base (D412), and when the external force disappears, the reset component (D43) can promote the trigger displacement member (D421) to move upwards, so that the trigger sleeve member (D422) is reset;
