Abstract
The invention relates to the field of low-pressure injection molding, and discloses a low-pressure injection molding skin cutting mold structure which comprises a cavity and a mold core matched with the cavity, wherein a plurality of concave cavities are formed in the cavity, mold inserts are arranged in the concave cavities, each mold insert comprises a base and a punching cutter arranged on the base, the cutter edge of each punching cutter points to the mold core, at least two elastic blocks pointing to the mold core are further arranged on the base, the elastic blocks are distributed on two sides of each punching cutter, a groove for containing the elastic blocks is formed in the base, and the elastic blocks can move up and down in the groove. The invention also discloses a use method of the low-pressure injection molding skin cutting mold structure. The invention relates to a low-pressure injection skin cutting mold structure and a use method thereof, wherein a cutting function structure is arranged, so that the molding and cutting are realized, the molding and cutting are carried out in the same mold and synchronous steps, and a large amount of labor and equipment cost is saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of low-pressure injection molding, in particular to a low-pressure injection molding skin cutting mold structure and a using method thereof.
Background
The low-pressure injection molding is a molding process of injecting an injection molding material into a mold through bottom injection molding pressure to quickly solidify a skin and plastic together, and is widely used for automobile parts. However, after molding, the skin needs to be trimmed.
In the traditional forming and trimming process, the fabric is firstly hung, then the die is closed, the die is opened after injection molding, the formed material is ejected out, and the part is taken.
The problems of manual trimming are that the labor investment is large, and the quality of manual trimming is unstable; and die-cut mould is tailor, need drop into independent mould, and the expense is great, and need drop into press equipment, occupies the place, continuously consumes the productivity, and the input cost is great.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a low-pressure injection skin cutting mold structure and a using method thereof, aiming at the defects of the technology, the low-pressure injection skin cutting mold structure is provided with a cutting function structure, the forming and cutting are realized, the molding and cutting are carried out in the same mold and synchronous steps, and a large amount of labor and equipment cost is saved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the low-pressure injection skin cutting mold structure comprises a cavity and a core matched with the cavity, wherein a plurality of concave cavities are formed in the cavity, inserts are arranged in the concave cavities, each insert comprises a base and a punching cutter arranged on the base, the cutter edge of each punching cutter points to the core, at least two elastic blocks pointing to the core are further arranged on the base, the elastic blocks are distributed on two sides of each punching cutter, a groove for containing the elastic blocks is formed in the base, and the elastic blocks can move up and down in the groove.
Preferably, the lower surface of the base is located within the cavity.
Preferably, the cutting edge of the die cutter extends out of the cavity.
Preferably, the lower end of the bullet protrudes out of the cavity.
Preferably, the lower end of the elastic block is lower than the knife edge of the punching knife.
A use method of the low-pressure injection molding skin cutting mold structure comprises the following steps:
A) hanging the fabric: placing the skin into a mold;
B) mold closing is started: the elastic block contacts the surface skin first, and the surface skin is pre-pressed;
C) and (3) continuously closing the mold: continuously pressing the elastic blocks, advancing a stamping knife, and cutting the surface skin by two;
D) injection molding, ejection and piece taking: and (5) after the surface skin is tightly pressed, performing injection molding, after the injection molding is finished, ejecting, and taking a piece.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the cutting function structure is arranged, the forming and cutting are realized, the operation is carried out in the same die and in the same step, and the cutting quality is stable;
2. the production period is shorter, the maintenance is simple, and the equipment productivity investment is saved;
3. the investment of cutting equipment and a die is reduced, the field is saved, and more space is saved;
4. while optimizing and shortening the process flow, the method can greatly reduce the personnel and working hours of production investment and the cost of the early-stage developed die, and can save a large amount of labor and equipment cost for enterprises.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the low-pressure injection skin cutting mold structure of the invention comprises a cavity 1 and a core 2 matched with the cavity 1, wherein a plurality of cavities 3 are arranged in the cavity 1, insert 4 is arranged in the cavity 3, the insert 4 comprises a base 5 and a punching knife 6 arranged on the base 5, the knife edge of the punching knife 6 points to the core 2, at least two elastic blocks 7 pointing to the core 2 are also arranged on the base 5, the elastic blocks 7 are distributed at two sides of the punching knife 6, a groove 8 for accommodating the elastic blocks 7 is arranged on the base 5, and the elastic blocks 7 can move up and down in the groove 8.

C) and (3) continuously closing the mold: as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the elastic block 7 is continuously compressed until the stamping knife 6 moves forward as shown in fig. 6 and 7, and the skin 9 is cut by two;
D) injection molding, ejection and piece taking: and (4) after the surface skin 9 is tightly pressed, performing injection molding, ejecting after the injection molding is finished, and taking a piece.
