The glutinous rice cake is made by putting cooked glutinous rice into a stone groove and smashing the cooked glutinous rice into a mud shape by a stone hammer or bamboo reed, and is a popular food.
At present, in the process of processing the glutinous rice cake, the glutinous rice cake which is steamed and mashed needs to be put into a glutinous rice cake extruder and manually cut at an extrusion port, so that the glutinous rice cake is formed, the method has low efficiency, and the consistency of the size of the glutinous rice cake is difficult to ensure. And a part of glutinous rice cake extruders with automatic cutting function only arranges a cutter at the extrusion port, when cutting, the end of the glutinous rice cake far away from the extrusion port is easy to deviate, so that the shape of the formed glutinous rice cake is irregular.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an automatic glutinous rice cake cutting device which can automatically cut glutinous rice cakes and prevent the glutinous rice cakes from generating large deformation in the cutting process.
In order to solve the technical problems, the automatic glutinous rice cake cutting device provided by the invention comprises a support, wherein an extrusion device is arranged at the upper part of the support and comprises a pot body and a pot cover, a motor is arranged at the top of the pot cover, an output shaft of the motor penetrates through the pot cover and is connected with a spiral auger, the spiral auger is arranged in the pot body in a penetrating manner, an extrusion opening is formed in the bottom of the pot body, a forming sleeve is connected with the periphery of the extrusion opening in a threaded manner, and a discharge opening is formed in the bottom of the forming sleeve; a cutting mechanism is arranged on the bracket and comprises a telescopic mechanism connected with the bracket, one end of the telescopic mechanism, which is far away from the bracket, is connected with a cutter, and the top of the cutter is attached to the bottom of the forming sleeve; the bottom of the forming sleeve is connected with a baffle, the baffle comprises a blocking part and a connecting part connected with the forming sleeve, the baffle and the cutting knife are respectively positioned at two sides of the discharge hole, one side of the blocking part, which is close to the cutting knife, is flush with the inner periphery of the discharge hole, and a gap for the cutting knife to pass through is reserved at the bottom of the blocking part and the forming sleeve; the bottom of the forming sleeve is also provided with a proximity switch electrically connected with the microprocessor, and the microprocessor is electrically connected with the telescopic mechanism.
When the automatic glutinous rice cake cutting device works, the steamed and mashed glutinous rice cake is loaded into the extrusion device, extruded out from the extrusion port under the action of the spiral auger and enters the forming sleeve, and finally is formed and discharged from the discharge port, and the section of the discharged glutinous rice cake is consistent with the shape of the discharge port. When the proximity switch detects that the bottom of the glutinous rice cake reaches the target position, the microprocessor controls the telescopic mechanism to act, and drives the cutter to cut off the glutinous rice cake. Under the action of the proximity switch, the cutting thickness of the glutinous rice cake can be consistent, and the shape and size of the processed glutinous rice cake are consistent. In addition, when cutting off, the glutinous rice cake of lower part has the trend of moving to keeping away from the cutter direction under the effect of cutter, and the barrier part can play the effect of blockking to glutinous rice cake, prevents that glutinous rice cake from warping, and the barrier part is leveled with the inner periphery of discharge gate, can not exert an influence to the shape of glutinous rice cake. Therefore, the automatic glutinous rice cake cutting device can automatically cut glutinous rice cakes, ensures the consistent shape and size of the cut glutinous rice cakes and can prevent the glutinous rice cakes from generating larger deformation in the cutting process.
Preferably, the discharge gate is circular, one side that the stop part is close to the cutter is the semicircle cylindricality face, just the both sides of stop part outwards extend and form connecting portion, the top of this connecting portion pass through the connecting rod with the bottom fixed connection of shaping cover.
Preferably, the telescopic mechanism comprises a cylinder connected with the bracket; the cutter includes vertically crossing blade and fixed plate, the blade with the bottom laminating of shaping cover, the fixed plate with the piston rod of cylinder is connected.
Preferably, the bottom of the forming sleeve is connected with a mounting plate for mounting the proximity switch, a chute is arranged on the mounting plate along the vertical direction, the proximity switch is arranged in the chute in a penetrating manner, two nuts are arranged on the proximity switch, and the two nuts are tightly abutted to two sides of the mounting plate. The mounting plate is provided with the sliding groove, so that the proximity switch can slide along the length direction of the sliding groove according to actual requirements, and the thickness of the cut glutinous rice cake can be changed.
Preferably, the upper portion of support is provided with the backup pad, and the internal periphery of this backup pad is provided with the confession the via hole that the pot body passed through, and the periphery of the pot body is provided with the round connecting plate, this connecting plate with the backup pad passes through bolted connection. By adopting the structural design, the pot body is detachably connected with the bracket, so that the pot body is convenient to detach for cleaning.
Preferably, a slide rail is arranged at the lower part of the support along the horizontal direction, a slide block is connected to the slide rail in a sliding manner, the slide block is connected to the cylinder, and a stop block is arranged on the slide rail and used for limiting the position of the slide block, so that the movement track of the cutter covers the discharge hole. The cylinder passes through the slider and installs on the slide rail, when needs, can remove the slider along the slide rail for the cutter is kept away from the shaping cover, so that with the separation of shaping cover and the pot body, is convenient for clean the shaping cover, or is convenient for change the shaping cover that has the discharge gate of other shape and size, with the glutinous rice cake that is used for preparing other shape and size.
Preferably, the top of the slide rail is provided with a groove along the length direction thereof, the top of the slide block is provided with a threaded hole in a penetrating manner, a handle bolt is connected with the threaded hole in an internal thread manner, and the bottom of the handle bolt is tightly abutted to the bottom wall of the groove. When the glutinous rice cake is cut off, the sliding block can be limited relative to the sliding rail by screwing the handle bolt.
Preferably, the slider includes a plate body, one side of the plate body is connected with the cylinder, the other side is provided with clamping plates at intervals from top to bottom, a slide way is formed between the two clamping plates, the slide rail is movably arranged in the slide way in a penetrating manner, and the clamping plates on the upper portion are provided with the handle bolts.
Preferably, a belt conveyor is arranged below the discharge port, so that the cut glutinous rice cakes can fall on the belt conveyor under the action of gravity, and an operator can pick up the glutinous rice cakes on the belt conveyor for packaging.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the embodiment provides an automatic glutinous rice cake cutting device, which includes a support 1, an extruding device 2 is disposed on the upper portion of the support 1, the extruding device 2 includes a pot body 21 and a pot cover 22, a motor 23 is disposed on the top of the pot cover 22, an output shaft of the motor 23 penetrates through the pot cover 22 and is connected with a screw auger (not shown in the figure), the screw auger is inserted into the pot body 21, an extrusion opening is disposed at the bottom of the pot body 21, a forming sleeve 24 is connected to the outer periphery of the extrusion opening through a thread, and a circular discharge opening 241 is disposed at the bottom of the forming sleeve 24. In this embodiment, a supporting plate 11 is disposed on the upper portion of the bracket 1, a through hole through which the pot body 21 can pass is disposed on the inner circumference of the supporting plate 11, a circle of connecting plate 211 is disposed on the outer circumference of the pot body 21, and the connecting plate 211 is connected to the supporting plate 11 by a bolt. When the glutinous rice cake extruding device is used, the steamed and mashed glutinous rice cake is poured into the pot body 21, the pot cover 22 is covered, the motor 23 is started to drive the screw auger to rotate, so that the glutinous rice cake is conveyed to the extruding opening, and the glutinous rice cake is extruded from the extruding opening.

The baffle 25 and the cutter 32 are respectively positioned at two sides of the discharge port 241, one side of the blocking portion 251 close to the cutter 32 is a semi-cylindrical surface which is flush with the inner periphery of the discharge port 241, and a gap through which the cutter 32 can pass is reserved at the bottom of the blocking portion 251 and the bottom of the forming sleeve 24, and the width of the gap is the height of the connecting rod 253.
The automatic glutinous rice cake block cutting device of this embodiment further includes a microprocessor, the above-mentioned cylinder 31 is electrically connected with this microprocessor to be provided with proximity switch 26 electrically connected with this microprocessor at the bottom of shaping cover 24, this proximity switch 26 is used for detecting the extruded thickness of glutinous rice cake, and when thickness reached the setting value, microprocessor controls the action of cylinder 31 promptly, drives cutter 32 and cuts off glutinous rice cake.
The glutinous rice cake extruded from the extrusion port enters the forming sleeve 24 and is extruded from the discharge port 241, and the cross-sectional shape of the extruded glutinous rice cake is consistent with that of the discharge port 241, namely, circular. When the proximity switch 26 detects that the bottom of the glutinous rice cake reaches the target position, the cylinder 31 drives the cutter 32 to cut off the glutinous rice cake, and the cutting mode can ensure that the thickness of the cut glutinous rice cake is consistent. In addition, the design of the baffle 25 can prevent the lower part of the glutinous rice cake from generating large deformation.
Further, the bottom of the forming sleeve 24 is connected with a mounting plate 27 for mounting the proximity switch 26, a sliding groove is arranged on the mounting plate 27 along the vertical direction, the proximity switch 26 is arranged in the sliding groove in a penetrating manner, and two nuts are arranged on the proximity switch and tightly abut against two sides of the mounting plate 27. The mounting plate 27 is provided with a sliding groove, so that the proximity switch can slide along the length direction of the sliding groove according to actual requirements to change the thickness of the cut glutinous rice cake.
Further, a slide rail 12 is provided at a lower portion of the bracket 1 along a horizontal direction, a slider 13 is slidably connected to the slide rail 12, the slider 13 is connected to the cylinder 31, and a stopper 121 is provided at a bottom portion of the slide rail 12, the stopper 121 is used for limiting a position of the slider 13 such that a movement track of the cutting knife 323 covers the discharge port 241. Specifically, the slider 13 includes a plate 131, one side of the plate 131 is connected to the cylinder 31, the other side of the plate 131 is provided with clamp plates 132 at intervals up and down, a slide is formed between the two clamp plates 132, the slide rail 12 is movably disposed in the slide, a threaded hole is formed in the clamp plate 132 on the upper portion in a penetrating manner, a handle bolt 133 is connected to the threaded hole in an internal thread manner, a groove is formed in the top of the slide rail 12 along the length direction of the slide rail, and the bottom of the handle bolt 133 can be tightly abutted to the bottom wall of the groove.
The cylinder 31 of this embodiment is installed on the slide rail 12 through the slider 13, and when necessary, the handle bolt 133 can be unscrewed, and the slider 13 is moved along the slide rail 12, so that the cutting knife 32 is away from the forming sleeve 24, so as to separate the forming sleeve 24 from the pot body 21, and facilitate cleaning of the forming sleeve, or facilitate replacement of the forming sleeve with a discharge hole of other shapes and sizes, so as to prepare glutinous rice cakes of other shapes and sizes. After the forming sleeve is replaced, the sliding block 13 is slid, when the sliding block 13 moves to be in contact with the stop block 121, the handle bolt 133 is screwed, and at the moment, the sliding block 13 returns to the original position, so that the glutinous rice cake can be cut off conveniently.
In order to collect the glutinous rice cake, the belt conveyor 4 is arranged below the discharge hole 241 in this embodiment, the cut glutinous rice cake falls on the belt conveyor 4 under the action of gravity, so that an operator can pick up and package the glutinous rice cake on the belt conveyor 4.
