When the worker starts the motor 92, the output shaft of the motor 92 drives the connecting shaft 91 to rotate, the connecting shaft 91 drives the winding wheel 9 to rotate, and the winding wheel 9 winds the cut waste materials in the winding wheel 9.
It is noted that, referring to fig. 2, a scale 22 is provided on the table 2, and a worker can prepare to cut the attached film through the scale 22.
The working principle of a die cutting process production line is as follows:
when the attached film needs to be cut, a worker firstly swings the pressing arm 51 towards the direction close to the workbench 2, the pressing arm 51 drives the flattening roller 5 to swing towards the direction close to the workbench 2, and the flattening roller 5 compresses the attached film at the moment. Then the staff removes handle of a knife 4 according to actual conditions, and handle of a knife 4 drives solid fixed ring 6 and slides on dead lever 31, and when handle of a knife 4 removed required position, the staff screwed up fixing bolt 61, and solid fixed ring 6 was fixed on dead lever 31 this moment, and handle of a knife 4 is fixed in the current position. Then the worker pulls the pulling block 73 in the direction away from the knife handle 4, the pulling block 73 drives the inserting rod 72 to move in the direction away from the knife handle 4, and at the moment, the inserting rod 72 is separated from the inserting hole 44. Then, the worker swings the swing block 7 in a direction to approach the table 2, and the swing block 7 swings the cutter 43 in a direction to approach the table 2 via the rotation shaft 42. Finally, the worker releases the pull block 73, the adjusting spring 75 is restored to the natural state, the adjusting spring 75 is reset and drives the inserting rod 72 to slide towards the direction close to the knife handle 4 through the moving block 74, the inserting rod 72 is inserted into one of the inserting holes 44 at the moment, and the cutter 43 is fixed at the current position.
Then, the worker rotates the hand-operated wheel 84, the hand-operated wheel 84 drives the two sliding blocks 83 to slide, and the two sliding blocks 83 respectively drive the two limiting plates 8 to slide in the direction of approaching each other. Finally, the worker restarts the laminating machine 1 and the motor 92, the cutter 43 cuts the laminated film, and the cut waste materials are wound in the winding wheel 9.
In conclusion, the cutter 43 cuts the attached film, which is advantageous for improving the convenience of cutting the attached film.
