The press-fitting mechanism comprises a press-fitting seat 6 arranged on the base, and a press-fitting groove is arranged on the press-fitting seat 6. And a press-fitting handle 7 is arranged on the press-fitting seat 6 through a rotating shaft, and a press-fitting part with a downward direction is connected to the press-fitting handle 7. The press fitting is generally a press rod or a press block. And a positioning pin support is arranged on the press mounting seat 6. The positioning pin is placed on the positioning pin support, the press-fitting handle is pressed downwards to drive the press-fitting part to be pressed downwards, and the positioning pin is pressed into the position of the rod part pair.
The second positioning mechanism comprises a second positioning seat 4 installed on the base, an oblique cylinder 3 is installed on the second positioning seat 4, a piston rod of the cylinder 3 is connected with a pneumatic pressing plate 5 in a transmission mode, a second rod portion positioning groove is installed on the second positioning seat, and the pneumatic pressing plate is opposite to the second rod portion positioning groove.
The invention uses simple positioning structure and press-fitting mechanism, the rod part adopts the cylinder to position, the fork part adopts the arc-shaped pressing block to position the shifting fork transversely, meanwhile, the threaded rod can position longitudinally to realize the longitudinal positioning of the shifting fork, the positioning in the two directions can ensure the accurate position of the shifting fork during press-fitting, finally, the press-fitting part is pressed down by manual operation, and the press-fitting part presses the positioning pin into the pin hole.
