The accommodating cavity can be filled with disinfectant. The sterilization bag 50 may be made of a thin film material that is not easily expanded, and the cleaning part 10 is expanded in volume when the cleaning device 100 is inflated. At this time, the disinfecting bag 50 can be burst by the cleaning part 10 or be punctured by the sticky bulge 11 on the cleaning part 10 under the action of the expansive force of the cleaning part 10, and the disinfecting liquid in the disinfecting bag 50 is released into the tracheal cannula to disinfect the tracheal cannula, so that the use safety of the tracheal cannula is improved. When the cleaning device 100 is cleaned next time, a new disinfection bag 50 can be replaced on the cleaning part 10, and effective cleaning of the tracheal cannula is ensured.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the balloon is a rubber material and airway tube 20 is a PVC material. Specifically, the air bag can be formed by processing a rubber material, so that the air bag has good expansion and contraction performance. The airway tube 20 can be made of PVC material, and the stiffness of the airway tube 20 made of PVC material is greater than that of the balloon, so as to ensure that the airway tube 20 does not expand during the airway process, but directly transmits all the gas into the balloon. In the present application, the specific material of the balloon and the airway tube 20 can be specifically selected according to the actual requirement, as long as the balloon has good expansion and contraction performance and the airway tube 20 has a certain hardness.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air reservoir 30 is a plurality of air reservoirs, and the plurality of air reservoirs are in communication with each other. At least one of the plurality of air reservoirs has a volume greater than the volumes of the other air reservoirs. The air storage part 30 is connected with the air duct 20 in an inserting way.
Specifically, the air storage portion 30 may be configured as a plurality of air storage bags, and the plurality of air storage bags may be communicated with each other. The air storage part 30 and the air duct 20 may be connected in an inserting manner, or the air storage part 30 and the air duct 20 may be directly integrated into one piece. Each air storage bag contains air, and the air in the air storage bags can be conveyed into the cleaning part 10 through the air guide pipe 20 by pinching the air storage bags by hands so as to be used for cleaning the tracheal cannula by the cleaning part 10. The sizes of the air outlet bags can be the same or different. The number of the air storage bags can be specifically set according to the different inflation quantities of the cleaning parts 10 required by different types of the air pipe sleeves. Preferably, referring to fig. 1, at least one of the plurality of air reservoirs has a volume larger than the other air reservoirs, and the required inflation amount of the cleaning portion 10 can be further effectively ensured by providing one air reservoir having a larger volume.
In summary, the tracheal cannula cleaning device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can effectively clean secretions attached to the tracheal cannula 100. And the cleaning device 100 has a simple overall structure, a small volume, convenient use and easy carrying. Meanwhile, the cleaning device 100 is provided with a control module 62, and the control module 62 can control the inflating part 40 to inflate the cleaning part 10 in real time according to the pressure detected by the pressure detecting module 61, so that the cleaning part 10 is maintained in a stable pressure range. And medical personnel can see the inner wall environment of the tracheal cannula detected by the infrared detection ring 63 from the display panel 70, and can clean the tracheal cannula purposefully, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Although some specific embodiments of the present application have been described in detail by way of example, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present application. The scope of the application is defined by the appended claims.
