The third rail is electrified and relatively dangerous, and if accidents such as electric shock and casualties of people can be caused carelessly, the third rail is installed on the ground by adopting an insulating support, and a third rail bracket and the insulating support are meshed through tooth sockets of respective contact surfaces and are connected into a whole through bolts. Because the insulating support is exposed to the external environment for a long time, the oxidation caused by the long-term contact of dust and other pollutants with air is adhered to the surface of the insulator, the insulating performance is seriously influenced, and the insulating support needs to be maintained and cleaned regularly. The manual cleaning can erase part of dust and abrasive dust, but can not effectively remove stubborn dirt, and the cleaning quality is not good. And cleaning workers are in a severe working environment for a long time to perform high-strength operation, so that not only is the body health influenced, but also the efficiency is low.

Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the third rail insulator washing device includes a fixing frame 1, a rotary guide sleeve 2 disposed on the fixing frame 1, a washing rotary mechanism 3 slidably disposed on the rotary guide sleeve 2, and a driving member 4 disposed on the fixing frame 1 and configured to drive the washing rotary mechanism 3 to slide along the rotary guide sleeve 2. The fixing frame 1 is a supporting and fixing part of the whole device and has high structural strength. The washing rotary mechanism 3 slides along the rotary guide sleeve 2, so that the working state of the washing rotary mechanism 3 is switched.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the rotary guide sleeve 2 is provided with a limiting track groove, the limiting track groove includes a linear guide groove 20 located at an upper section and a spiral cutting groove 21 located at a lower end and communicated with the linear guide groove 20, and the washing rotary frame 30 is matched with and slides along the linear guide groove 20 and the spiral cutting groove 21. When the washing rotating frame 30 moves along the section of the limit groove linear guide groove 20, the up-and-down movement is realized. When the washing rotary frame 30 moves along the spiral cutting groove section of the limiting groove, the rotation-out and the rotation-back are realized, so that the back-and-forth switching of the device in the working state and the withdrawing state is realized, and the reliable cleaning effect is achieved.
The washing rotary mechanism 3 comprises a washing rotary frame 30 arranged on the rotary guide sleeve 2 in a sliding mode, an upper nozzle assembly 31 and a lower nozzle assembly 32 arranged on the washing rotary frame 30, and the upper nozzle assembly 31 and the lower nozzle assembly 32 are arranged oppositely. Different surfaces of the third rail insulator are washed through the upper nozzle assembly 31 and the lower nozzle assembly 32 respectively, and the washing is reliable and complete. As shown in fig. 8, each of the upper nozzle assembly 31 and the lower nozzle assembly 32 includes a connection shaft 310 provided on the washing rotary frame 30, a nozzle connection pipe 311 provided on the connection shaft 310, and a nozzle 312 provided at an end of the nozzle connection pipe 311.
As shown in fig. 9, the connection shaft 310 includes an opening/closing adjusting section 313, a threaded connection section 314, and an axial through hole 315 disposed between the opening/closing adjusting section 313 and the threaded connection section 314, the nozzle connection pipe 311 is connected in the axial through hole 315 in a matching manner, a threaded hole 316 is formed in the opening/closing adjusting section 313, a locking screw 317 is connected in the threaded hole 316 in a matching manner, the opening/closing adjusting section 313 is closed or opened by screwing or unscrewing the locking screw 317, and a nut 318 is matched at an end of the threaded connection section 314 and is connected to the washing rotating frame 30 in a threaded manner. When the nozzle 312 is used, the locking screw 317 is unscrewed, the connecting shaft 310 is installed in the axial through hole 315, the extending length is adjusted, the relative position of the extending length and the extending length is determined, and then the nozzle 312 is fixed through the locking screw 317, so that the extending and retracting displacement of the nozzle 312 is adjusted. Then the threaded connection section 314 of the connection shaft 310 is connected to the washing rotating frame 30 through threads, the angle of the nozzle 312 is adjusted through the rotation of the threads, the connection shaft 310 is screwed and fixed on the washing rotating frame 30 through the threaded matching of the nut 318 and the connection shaft 310, and the frame anti-loose gasket 320 is fastened.
The driving part 4 is a cylinder with a lock, and comprises a cylinder barrel, a piston arranged in the cylinder barrel and a piston rod arranged on the piston, a washing rotating frame 30 is arranged at the end part of the piston rod through a pin shaft 33, a magnetic ring is sleeved on the piston, and a limit magnetic switch is arranged on the outer side of the cylinder barrel. The movement stroke of the washing rotary frame 30 is controlled by a cylinder magnetic switch. The piston of the cylinder is sleeved with a magnetic ring, and the outer side of the cylinder barrel is provided with a limit magnetic switch. When the piston rod of the air cylinder extends out and the magnetic ring moving along with the piston is close to the magnetic switch at the lower end, the reed of the magnetic pole switch is magnetized and mutually attracted, the contact is closed, an electric signal is sent to the air cylinder, the piston rod of the air cylinder extends out in place, and the piston rod of the air cylinder drives the washing rotating frame 30 to move downwards and rotate to the place. Similarly, when the washing rotating frame 30 moves upwards and rotates back, the piston of the air cylinder retracts, when the magnetic ring moving along with the piston is close to the upper end magnetic switch, the contact is closed, an electric signal is sent to the air cylinder, and the piston rod of the air cylinder retracts in place. When the washing rotating frame 30 moves up, rotates back, rotates out in place, namely when the piston rod of the air cylinder retracts to extend to a corresponding position, the piston rod of the air cylinder is locked, the washing rotating frame 30 is prevented from falling due to the dead weight, and the washing rotating frame has the function of a safety lock. When the flushing turret 303 is retracted and moved up to its position, the railway-specific vehicle limits are not exceeded, and the flushing turret 30 is operated slightly beyond the operating limits.
In order to improve the structural performance of the washing rotary frame 30, in the present invention, the washing rotary frame 30 includes a main frame 301 coupled to the rotary guide sleeve 2 in a fitting manner, and side frames 302 respectively disposed at both ends of the main frame 301, and a connecting shaft 310 is disposed on the side frames 302.
In order to improve the stability of the rotary guide sleeve 2 in the working process, the lower end of the rotary guide sleeve 2 is provided with a fixed plate 10, and the fixed plate 10 is connected with the fixed frame 1.

the washing rotating mechanism (3) comprises a washing rotating frame (30) arranged on the rotating guide sleeve (2) in a sliding mode, an upper nozzle assembly (31) and a lower nozzle assembly (32) arranged on the washing rotating frame (30), and the upper nozzle assembly (31) and the lower nozzle assembly (32) are arranged oppositely.
