Because the density of the flocculant fiber is larger, the general liquid passing time is longer, the fluid flow velocity is low, the particles of the ion exchange resin 4 are larger, the liquid passing time is shorter, the fluid flow velocity is high, but the filtering effect is lower compared with a fibrous material, the flow length and the flow of the liquid at different material parts are changed through the interlayer spacing arrangement of different sections, so that the relative flow of the resin particle section is 567/400=1.42 times of that of the fiber section, the problem of the fluid velocity in different filtering materials is effectively solved, and the filtering time and the filtering effect are improved on the basis of not increasing the materials.
