When the separating cylinder 5 rotates reversely, the separating cylinder 5 drives the vertical rod 105 to rotate reversely through the scroll spring 108, the vertical rod 105 drives the contact block 106 and the scraper 107 to rotate reversely, when the contact block 106 rotates reversely to contact with the T-shaped block 103, the T-shaped block 103 limits the contact block 106, so that the vertical rod 105 and the scraper 107 stop rotating reversely, the separating cylinder 5 rotates reversely continuously to drive the scroll spring 108 to compress, the scraper 107 scrapes and drops off residual raw materials in the separating cylinder 5, and when the scroll spring 108 is compressed to the maximum stroke, the separating cylinder 5 drives the vertical rod 105 to rotate reversely through the scroll spring 108, the vertical rod 105 rotates reversely continuously to drive the contact block 106 to rotate reversely, the contact block 106 rotates reversely to drive the T-shaped block 103 to move outwards, the fourth spring 104 is compressed, when the contact block 106 rotates reversely continuously to separate from the T-shaped block 103, the T-shaped block 103 moves inwards to reset due to the action of the scroll spring 108, the vertical rod 105 rotates forward to drive the scraper 107 to rotate forward and reset, and the vertical rod 105 drives the contact block 106 to rotate forward and reset, so that the residual raw materials on the inner wall of the separating cylinder 5 can be continuously scraped repeatedly. When the separation cylinder 5 stops rotating reversely, the vertical rod 105 stops rotating reversely with the contact block 106 and the scraper 107. Thus, the raw material can be prevented from remaining on the inner wall of the separation cylinder 5 to cause waste.
When the stirring roller 77 reverses, the stirring roller 77 reverses and also drives the sliding shaft 11 to reverse, the sliding shaft 11 reverses and drives the spiral plate 13 to reverse, the spiral plate 13 reverses and scrapes off the raw material remained at the lower part of the inner wall of the discharge barrel 3, the scraped raw material drops into the collecting tray, and the spiral plate 13 can be in close contact with the inner wall of the discharge barrel 3 due to the action of the fifth spring 12. When the stirring roller 77 stops reversing, the spiral plate 13 also stops reversing. So, can avoid the raw materials to remain and lead to extravagantly in going out feed cylinder 3.
