Abstract
The invention discloses a rainwater collection and pre-filtration device for municipal construction, which comprises a pool body, wherein an installation frame is obliquely arranged in the pool body, and a plurality of inclined plates are arranged in the installation frame; the bottom in the tank body is provided with a partition plate which divides the tank body into a sludge sedimentation cavity and a clear water cavity; the sludge settling cavity is positioned at an outlet at the lower end of the inclined plate; an angle adjusting mechanism is arranged outside the clear water cavity; the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a driving cylinder arranged outside the tank body; and a push plate is arranged on a piston rod of the driving cylinder, and one side of the push plate, which faces the mounting frame, is connected with the outer side wall of the mounting frame. According to the invention, the angle adjusting mechanism is adopted, so that the angle of the mounting frame can be adjusted at any time, the inclined plate is driven to be changed from the inclined position to the vertical position, sludge in the inclined pipe slides down under the action of gravity, and then the sediment accumulation in the inclined pipe is reduced, and the effect of optimizing sedimentation is achieved.

The inclined plate in the existing inclined plate sedimentation tank is fixedly arranged in a water tank and has a certain horizontal included angle, and separated solids are accumulated on a pipeline in the inclined plate and then slide to the sludge sedimentation tank along the pipeline to be removed; however, some silt in the rainwater has certain viscosity and is easily adhered to the inner wall of the pipeline, so that more adhered solids are accumulated, the pipeline is further blocked, the rainwater filtering effect is poor, and the filtering efficiency is reduced.

The baffle plate 41 is arranged to facilitate the installation of the sloping plate 3, and when the push plate 52 pushes the mounting frame 4 to rotate, the sloping plate 3 is not easy to slide in the mounting frame 4. The rubber pad 6 is arranged, so that the mounting frame 4 is in flexible contact with the push plate 52, and the push plate 52 and the mounting frame 4 are not easily damaged.

1. A pre-filtering device for rainwater collection in municipal construction comprises a pool body and is characterized in that an installation frame is obliquely arranged in the pool body, and a plurality of inclined plates are arranged in the installation frame; the bottom in the tank body is provided with a partition plate which divides the tank body into a sludge sedimentation cavity and a clear water cavity; the sludge settling cavity is positioned at an outlet at the lower end of the inclined plate; an angle adjusting mechanism is arranged outside the clear water cavity; the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a driving cylinder arranged outside the tank body; and a push plate is arranged on a piston rod of the driving cylinder, and one side of the push plate, which faces the mounting frame, is connected with the outer side wall of the mounting frame.
