Abstract
The invention discloses a spherical building block which comprises an upper part and a lower part, wherein the upper part and the lower part are connected to form a spherical structure, a plug and a jack are arranged at a joint of the upper part and the lower part, the top end of the upper part is provided with the jack, and the top end of the lower part is provided with the plug. The building blocks are arranged into spherical building blocks, the interior of the building blocks is of a hollow structure, after the connecting piece is fixed when the building blocks leave a factory, the plug is in interference fit with the jack, the jack is on the arc-shaped surface, when the plug is inserted, the inner edge of the jack deforms towards the spherical center, and meanwhile, a restoring force is generated to act on the plug, so that the plug can be firmly inserted into the jack; in addition, seams are arranged on the jacks to guide the jacks to deform, so that a user feels better, and the structure can ensure that the plug can be firmly fixed in each jack due to inevitable errors in production; and even after long-term use and abrasion, the normal use of the jack can be ensured; the tightness of the screw does not need to be frequently adjusted.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
A spherical toy block, as shown in fig. 1-4, comprising an upper part 1 and a lower part 2, the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 combining to form a spherical structure; namely, the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are of a hemispherical structure, and the interior is of a hollow structure. The plug 3 and the jack 4 are arranged at the joint of the upper part 1 and the lower part 2, the jack 4 is arranged at the top end of the upper part 1, and the plug 3 is arranged at the top end of the lower part. The upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are fixed by means of ultrasonic welding. During the use, insert plug 3 in the jack 4 of another spherical building blocks, realize the concatenation between the spherical building blocks. Of course, the connection method of the upper portion 1 and the lower portion 2 is not limited to the ultrasonic welding method, and preferably, the connection method may be fixed by screws. Through the arrangement of the structure, the screw can be screwed in advance to be in interference fit, and a user can conveniently insert the plug 3; in addition, because certain error can exist inevitably in the production and processing, consequently, the jack has the elasticity after the screw is screwed, and through the jack 4 that sets up on the arcwall face and the cooperation of seam, can guarantee the cooperation between jack 4 and the plug 3, firm in connection between the building blocks. In addition, only need after screwing the screw when leaving the factory, the user need not to adjust the screw in follow-up, and jack two parts closely cooperate because of the effect of screw fixation, even wear and tear back in long-term use, still can guarantee that the installation that the plug can be stable in the jack.
In order to ensure that the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are accurately installed at the relative positions when the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are combined, the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are positioned and connected through a positioning notch 5 and a positioning lug 6; namely, the positioning notches 5 and the positioning projections 6 are respectively provided at corresponding positions on the joint surfaces of the upper portion 1 and the lower portion 2. Preferably, the positioning notches 5 and the positioning projections 6 are provided in a plurality along the edges of the upper portion 1 and the lower portion 2 to form a ring structure, so as to improve the positioning accuracy and the connection strength. Preferably, the positioning lug 6 is triangular in cross section.
Wherein, the jack 4 consists of an upper semicircular hole and a lower semicircular hole; in addition, the plug 3 is arranged on the upper part 1 or the lower part 2, and a semicircular notch matched with the plug is arranged at the corresponding position of the lower part 2 and the upper part 1, so that the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 are positioned when being installed.
In the above embodiment, the plugs 3 and the jacks 4 at the joint are provided in a plurality, and may be provided at intervals, or of course, the plugs 3 may be provided continuously and then the jacks 4 may be provided.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5-11, in order to increase the interest and functionality of the spherical toy bricks, the upper part 1 comprises, in the direction of the spherical surface plugs and sockets, an upper top portion 11 and an upper intermediate portion 12, the upper top portion 11 and the upper intermediate portion 12 combining to form a hemispherical structure, the sockets 4 and the plugs 3 being arranged at the seams; the lower part 2 comprises a lower top part 21 and a lower middle part 22, the lower top part 21 and the lower middle part 22 are combined to form a hemispherical structure, and the jack 4 and the plug 3 are arranged at a seam; similarly, the jack 4 is composed of an upper semicircle and a lower semicircle; a portion of the header 3 is fixedly provided on the upper top portion 11 or the upper intermediate portion 12, the connecting portion has a semicircular structure, and a semicircular recess is provided at a corresponding position of the upper intermediate portion 12 or the lower top portion 11 to receive another portion of the header 3. While positioning at the time of mounting between the upper tip portion 11 and the upper intermediate portion 12 is achieved by the header 3. The connecting structure of the lower top portion 21 and the lower intermediate portion 22 is the same as the structure of the upper top portion 11 and the upper intermediate portion 12, and will not be described in excess.
In the above embodiment, the clamped V-shaped grooves 9 are provided at the joint of the upper top portion 11 and the upper intermediate portion 12 and at the joint of the lower top portion 21 and the lower intermediate portion 22.
