Description

Electronic medicine decocting pot and medicine decocting method
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine processing equipment, in particular to an electronic medicine decocting pot and a medicine decocting method.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine is crystal of thousands of years of medical wisdom of Chinese nationality, is collected, processed and prepared under the guidance of the traditional Chinese medicine theory, and is mostly prepared from plant medicines, at present, most of the traditional Chinese medicine is taken by adopting a decoction mode, and the traditional Chinese medicine is generally decocted for a certain time by slow fire in a marmite to obtain decoction with a certain dosage.
The decoction is also a technology with high technical content, the decoction tool, the water consumption, the duration of heating and the decoction method all have certain requirements, and the correct decoction mode can extract the active ingredients in the medicinal materials to the maximum extent. The decoction is generally designed to be decocted for a certain time, the decoction process ensures a certain range of water temperature, and the decocted liquid medicine can be remained to a specific volume.
Traditional marmite decocting mode is consuming time and power, and still be difficult to master duration and degree of heating, temperature and the liquid medicine capacity after the decocte, and the electronic kettle of decocting medicinal herbs among the prior art adopts timing control's mode generally, injects a certain amount of water into the kettle body, carries out to accomplish the decocte promptly after heating the certain time, but because the degree of foaming of various medicinal materials, the degree of absorbing water is different, traditional timing control's electronic kettle of decocting medicinal herbs can appear the too little or too much problem of liquid medicine easily in the decocting process.
There are also advanced fixed-weight control type electronic medicine decocting pots in the prior art, for example, patent No. CN110478245A, and patent name "a device and method for intelligently and precisely controlling the process of decocting traditional Chinese medicine", in which the device for decocting traditional Chinese medicine comprises a medicine pot, a heating device, a container, a water pump and a weighing device, the water pump is in conduction connection with the medicine pot and the container through a water pipe, the weighing device can weigh the medicine pot, and the container is used for containing the excess water in the medicine pot or the decocted liquid medicine. When the traditional Chinese medicine decocting device is used, firstly, a certain amount of traditional Chinese medicine and water are put into a medicine pot, a heating device is started, the medicine in the medicine pot is pre-decocted to enable the dried medicine to absorb water, and the medicine is saturated after pre-decocting for a certain amount; then starting the pump, pumping all the redundant water in the medicine pot into the container through the pump, and weighing the weight of the medicine pot through the weighing device, wherein the weight is recorded as A g; then starting the pump again, pumping the water in the container into the medicine pot again in the reverse direction, and presetting the weight of the medicine pot weighed by the weighing device to A + B g; and finally, starting the heating device, decocting the medicinal materials in the medicine pot for a period of time, stopping the heating device when the weight of the medicine pot reaches the preset A + B g, finishing decocting, and pouring out the liquid medicine after the medicine pot is cooled to obtain B g liquid medicine. Although the fixed-weight control type traditional Chinese medicine decocting device can avoid the problem of too little liquid medicine or too much liquid medicine in the decocting process, the decocting time can not be ensured to be long enough, the decocting can be completed in a short time, and the active ingredients in the medicinal materials can not be fully extracted.
In addition, the electronic medicine decocting pot of the timing control type or the fixed weight control type injects all water into the body at one time for heating, and the medicine decocting process heats all water at one time until the water is evaporated to the required dosage, so that the energy consumption of the electronic medicine decocting pot is larger during heating and medicine decocting.

Through setting up foretell lid stopper 51, can be nimble open lid 5, like this when lack of water in the water storage box 2, need not to take off water storage box 2 from lid 5, directly take off lid stopper 51 through the mounting hole toward add water in the water storage box 2 can.
In an alternative of this embodiment, a filter cover 12 for containing medicinal materials is further arranged in the pot body 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the filter cover 12 can be installed in the pot body 1 by hanging on the edge of the pot body 1, and through the filter cover 12, on one hand, the pot can contain the medicinal materials to prevent the fine particles in the medicinal materials from entering the water pump 3 through the second water inlet pipeline 33, and on the other hand, after the electronic decoction pot is decocted, the filter cover 12 is directly placed from the pot body 1, so that the medicinal materials in the medicinal liquids can be separated, and the subsequent medicinal liquids can be poured out and drunk conveniently.
In addition, an embodiment of the present application further provides a decocting method, specifically as shown in fig. 5, the decocting method is applied to the electronic decocting pot, and includes the following steps that are sequentially performed:
a first step S1, setting the operating time of the heater and the water pump 3;
a second step S2, the heater is electrified to heat the kettle body, and the water pump 3 pumps and circulates the water in the kettle body 1;
a third step S3 of regulating the opening/closing state of the electrically controlled valve according to the detection information of the water flow detector 11;
wherein: when the water flow detector 11 detects that no water flows in the second water inlet pipeline 33, the electric control valve is controlled to be opened for a period of time, so that the water pump 3 pumps the water in the water storage box 2 into the kettle body 1;
a fourth step S4 of cyclically executing the third step S3 until the heater reaches the set operating period;
in a fifth step S5, if the water flow detector 11 detects that there is water flowing through the second water inlet pipe 33, the operation time of the heater and the water pump is prolonged until the water flow detector 11 detects that there is no water flowing through the second water inlet pipe 33.
In the fifth step S5 of the decoction method, when the heater reaches the set operation time and the liquid level in the kettle body 1 is higher than the water inlet end of the second water inlet pipeline 33, that is, when water still flows through the second water inlet pipeline 33, the operation time of the heater and the water pump can be prolonged additionally until no water flows through the second water inlet pipeline 33, so that the amount of liquid medicine can reach the optimal drinking amount.
The medicine decocting method is applicable to the electronic medicine decocting pot, and has the advantages of simple operation steps, capability of ensuring the medicine decocting time during medicine decocting, no excessive or insufficient medicine liquid amount and capability of reducing energy consumption during the medicine decocting and heating process.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of protection of the present application.
