背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展，一方面人们生活越来越好，生活方式也发生了改变，一人一台智能手机，一家一台电脑，平时长时间使用手机和电脑。另一方面社会竞争越来越激烈，人们承受的精神压力越来越大，人们工作方式也由原来以体力劳动为主，转变为以脑力劳动为主。由此带来了人们颈椎病和失眠发病的增加。
久坐姿势不当劳伤导致颈椎病，加之枕头高低不当、睡眠姿势不良夜晚休息颈椎不能很好的恢复不仅不能缓解颈椎病，更是加重了颈椎病。颈椎病又称颈椎综合征，是中老年人的常见病、多发病，多见于30～60岁的人，目前呈现出年轻化的趋势，本病是由于颈椎长期劳损、颈椎间盘退行性改变，韧带增厚，颈椎骨质增生以及颈部损伤等原因引起脊柱内外平衡失调，致使颈椎脊髓、神经根、椎动脉或交感神经等受压，出现颈背疼痛、上肢无力、手指发麻、下肢乏力、行走困难、头晕、恶心、呕吐，甚至视物模糊、心动过速及吞咽困难等一系列功能障碍的临床综合征,是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患。本病颈椎间盘退变是内因，各种急慢性颈部外伤是外因。由于长期低头伏案，使颈椎使椎间盘发生退变、生理曲度改变(变直，甚至反向)，导致关节囊和韧带松弛，椎骨间滑移活动增大，影响了脊柱的稳定性，久之产生骨赘增生、韧带钙化，直接或间接地刺激或压迫神经根、椎动脉、交感神经、脊髓而使颈椎病发作。中医认为本病因肝肾不足、脏腑气血亏虚，筋骨失养，筋骨衰退；或久坐耗气、劳损筋肉；或感受外邪、客于经脉，或扭挫损伤、气血瘀滞，经脉痹阻不通所致。
由于竞争激烈、压力过大和头部供血不足等导致失眠。失眠是指无法入睡或无法保持睡眠状态，导致睡眠不足。又称入睡和维持睡眠障碍，为各种原因引起入睡困难、睡眠深度或频度过短、早醒及睡眠时间不足或质量差等，是一种常见病。中医认为失眠病位在心，其发病原因很复杂，但归根是由于心神失养或心神不安所致。失眠发病率呈逐年上升和年轻化的趋势，越来越多的人被失眠所困扰。
颈椎病的治疗一般采取物理疗法(针灸推拿、牵引等)、药物治疗(中药和西药、外贴膏药)和手术等方法，目前这些方法存在以下问题：药物治疗具有副作用，不能根本解决神经根、椎动脉、交感神经、脊髓的刺激和压迫；物理疗法虽没有药物副作用，能通过改变椎间隙等缓解压迫，但本治疗时间较长会耽误工作生活时间；手术治疗有创伤，可能误伤周围肌肉、韧带组织，血管和神经等。现在一般不主张进行手术治疗。
失眠的治疗一般采取药物治疗、物理疗法和心理行为治疗。药物治疗一般使用催眠作用的药物，但其中大多数药物的主要用途并不是治疗失眠，由于有些药物有依赖的可能性，一般不主张长期服用。一般主张采取物理疗法和心理行为治疗。心理行为治疗需要专业人员，但目前国内认证的这类人员较少，且费用较高，需花大量的时间。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的在于提供一种为颈椎病和失眠患者提供一个二合一没有药物副作用、价格低廉、使用方便、不影响正常工作生活的辅助治疗的颈头枕。
为达到上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种颈头枕，包括颈枕和头套，颈枕设置为U形枕，头套采用拉链的形式可拆卸的与该颈枕连接；
颈枕的U字形底部填充有若干中药包。
可选的，颈枕底面设有便于中药包放置的拉链式开口。
可选的，中药包设计为长15-20cm，宽5-10cm，高2cm，通过加减中药包实现控制颈枕的高低和宽度。
可选的，中药包的中药组成，按重量份计，包括以下组分：艾叶10-20份、肉桂2-5份、独活2-5份、川芎2-5份、当归2-5份、威灵仙2-5份、红花2-5份、决明子2-5份、薄荷3-8份、白菊花3-8份、防风2-5份、白芷2-5份、乳香2-5份、伸筋草3-8份；原料经烘干粉碎筛粉至粒径小于0.15mm。
可选的，颈枕U字形的两侧高度为10-20cm，且两侧相对安装有第一磁条。

以下通过特定的具体实例说明本发明的实施方式，本领域技术人员可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点与功效。本发明还可以通过另外不同的具体实施方式加以实施或应用，本说明书中的各项细节也可以基于不同观点与应用，在没有背离本发明的精神下进行各种修饰或改变。需要说明的是，以下实施例中所提供的图示仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本构想，在不冲突的情况下，以下实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

请参阅图1，为一种颈头枕，包括颈枕1和头套2，颈枕1设置为U形枕，头套2采用拉链4的形式可拆卸的与该颈枕1连接；颈枕1的U字形底部填充有若干中药包，颈枕1底面设有便于中药包放置的拉链式开口23。
在本实施例中，中药包设计为长15-20cm，宽5-10cm，高2cm，颈枕1的U字形底部为20-25cm×20-30cm，与中药包的大小基本相适宜，通过加减中药包作为枕芯实现控制颈枕1的高低和宽度，使颈椎恢复向前生理曲度，既可以满足不同人，同时也可以满足同一人在病情变化过程中的调整，中药包可以使用棉布等易于中药渗透的材料。
在本实施例中，颈枕1的中药包的中药组成，按重量份计，包括以下组分：艾叶10-20份、肉桂2-5份、独活2-5份、川芎2-5份、当归2-5份、威灵仙2-5份、红花2-5份、决明子2-5份、薄荷3-8份、白菊花3-8份、防风2-5份、白芷2-5份、乳香2-5份、伸筋草3-8份；原料经烘干粉碎筛粉至粒径小于0.15mm。
在本实施例中，颈枕1U字形的两侧高度为10-20cm，且两侧相对安装有第一磁条3，一是塑形，可以使使用的人无论侧卧，还是仰卧都不离开枕头，使整晚都能作用；二是发挥磁疗的作用。
在本实施例中，颈枕1在远离头套2的一端内还设置有与颈椎接触的可拆卸式片状的自发热垫，当患者病情加重或颈部发冷或冬天等需要使用的时候使用。一是放在底面只要是利用其发热后产生的热加速药物有效成分的散发，提高效果；二是放在顶面直接与颈椎接触，使热更明显，使散寒、促进血循环的作用更直接。自发热垫采用目前采用的发热材料制作，如托玛琳石。
头套2包括与颈枕1连接的后枕部分21以及头帽22，后枕部分21柔软材料(如棉质品等均可)制作并通过拉链4与颈枕1相连，该拉链4上覆盖有面料，减少对皮肤的刺激；头帽22的深度为15-30cm，可以达到眼部，帽檐采用双层塑形，中间放置第二磁条24(磁石也是中药，具有潜阳安神、聪耳明目的功效)，既可以发挥药物作用，同时也不会压迫到，让使用者感到不舒适。帽顶设计为双层，其上开设有便于放置中药包的开口23。
在本实施例中，帽顶内中药包的中药组成，按重量份计，包括如下组分：夜交藤3-8份、百合3-8份、合欢皮3-8份、酸枣仁3-8份、柏子仁3-8份、远志3-8份、茯神2-5份、白芍2-5份、郁金2-5份、延胡索2-5份，原料经烘干粉碎筛粉至粒径小于0.15mm。
本发明可以拆卸，既可以二合一，也拆开单独作为颈枕1和头套2，可以加热、可以调整高度、可用于侧卧和仰卧卧姿，填充药物可以自由充装，可以颈部分部加热。
本发明对颈椎病既可以利用增减中药包调整颈枕1高度符合颈椎的生物力学，帮助恢复颈曲，减少对神经根、椎动脉、交感神经刺激或压迫，从而缓解颈椎病的症状，又可以利用外用中药以及磁疗穴位的舒经通络、活血化瘀、祛风除湿等功效改善颈椎病的症状。
本发明根据“闻气治病”，“闻香病除”的“闻香疗法”，利用中药中的芳香之品，芳香开窍，镇静安神、养生安神的功效，提高睡眠质量，在睡眠中改善睡眠；同时可广泛用于颈椎病患者、失眠患者或二者皆有的患者，同时也可以用于预防颈椎病。具有非常好的应用前景。
最后说明的是，以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制，尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，而不脱离本技术方案的宗旨和范围，其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (9)
1.一种颈头枕，其特征在于：包括颈枕和头套，所述颈枕设置为U形枕，头套采用拉链的形式可拆卸的与该颈枕连接；
所述颈枕的U字形底部填充有若干中药包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种颈头枕，其特征在于：颈枕底面设有便于中药包放置的拉链式开口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种颈头枕，其特征在于：中药包设计为长15-20cm，宽5-10cm，高2cm，通过加减中药包实现控制颈枕的高低和宽度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种颈头枕，其特征在于，中药包的中药组成，按重量份计，包括以下组分：艾叶10-20份、肉桂2-5份、独活2-5份、川芎2-5份、当归2-5份、威灵仙2-5份、红花2-5份、决明子2-5份、薄荷3-8份、白菊花3-8份、防风2-5份、白芷2-5份、乳香2-5份、伸筋草3-8份；原料经烘干粉碎筛粉至粒径小于0.15mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种颈头枕，其特征在于：颈枕U字形的两侧高度为10-20cm，且两侧相对安装有第一磁条。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种颈头枕，其特征在于：颈枕在远离头套的一端内还设置有与颈椎接触的可拆卸式片状的自发热垫。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种颈头枕，其特征在于：头套包括与颈枕连接的后枕部分以及头帽，后枕部分柔软材料制作并通过拉链与颈枕相连，该拉链上覆盖有面料，减少对皮肤的刺激。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种颈头枕，其特征在于：头帽的深度为15-30cm，帽檐采用双层塑形，中间放置第二磁条，帽顶设计为双层，其上开设有便于放置中药包的开口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种颈头枕，其特征在于，帽顶内中药包的中药组成，按重量份计，包括如下组分：夜交藤3-8份、百合3-8份、合欢皮3-8份、酸枣仁3-8份、柏子仁3-8份、远志3-8份、茯神2-5份、白芍2-5份、郁金2-5份、延胡索2-5份，原料经烘干粉碎筛粉至粒径小于0.15mm。
