a plurality of first springs (43) are arranged between the sliding seat (42) and the first connecting plate (2).

the second rotating connecting rod (55) is arranged on the first rotating connecting rod (52) on the other side in a sliding manner;
and a second spring (54), wherein the second spring (54) is arranged between the first rotating connecting rod (52) and the first sliding clamping plate (53) on one side, and the second spring (54) is arranged between the first rotating connecting rod (52) and the second rotating connecting rod (55) on the other side.

the first clamping rod (64) is arranged on the second rotary connecting rod (55), and the first clamping rod (64) is matched with the sliding locking rod (62).
