Description

Buoy for puncture needle
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a buoy for a puncture needle.
Background
Needle biopsy is the primary way to obtain a pathological diagnosis. In the puncture biopsy, a buoy of a puncture needle is used for marking a position on the puncture needle so as to calibrate or assist in judging the puncture depth. However, the puncture needle is usually ejected in less than one thousandth of a second, and the puncture needle stops instantly after the puncture stroke is completed, so that the buoy is subjected to large inertia, and therefore, the buoy generates large displacement every time the puncture is completed, and needs to be calibrated again. Therefore, the reliability and practicability of the buoy are greatly weakened, and many doctors do not use the buoy due to distrust during the puncture surgery.
The prior buoy device is generally in a ring shape and mainly comprises a plastic ring structure buoy and a torsion spring structure buoy. The plastic ring structure buoy is sleeved on the puncture needle through the self friction force and can slide easily, but the positioning effect is very poor. The torsion spring structure buoy is sleeved on the puncture needle, and the inner diameter is changed when the torsion spring is pressed or loosened so as to realize locking or unlocking relative to the puncture. The torsion spring structure buoy has a good marking effect relative to the plastic ring structure buoy, is not easy to move relatively, but still cannot meet the marking requirement, and the buoy position still needs to be readjusted after each puncture.
In addition, the two buoys are required to be sleeved from the needle tip during installation, so that the use is inconvenient, and when a doctor uses the buoy, if the sterile gloves are punctured or scratched by the needle tip of the puncture needle, the sterile environment of the puncture needle can be damaged. In addition, although the annular buoy can be provided with a larger interference to reduce the displacement of the buoy during puncture, the displacement of the buoy during adjustment is also difficult, and the requirements of the operation cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a float for a puncture needle, wherein the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity in the main body is adjusted by the pressing part so that the puncture needle is clamped in the accommodating cavity, and when the position of the float needs to be adjusted, the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity is adjusted by the pressing part so that the float is moved.
In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a float for a puncture needle, including a body portion and a pressing portion, the pressing portion being disposed on the body portion, the body portion having a diameter-variable receiving cavity for holding the puncture needle.
Optionally, the body portion is a hollow elastic body, and an opening is provided in the elastic body in the axial direction.
Optionally, the opening is communicated with the accommodating cavity, the opening has two states of opening and closing, and the closing, opening and opening sizes of the opening are adjusted through the pressing part, so that the radial size of the accommodating cavity is adjusted; when the opening is in a closed state, the accommodating chamber has a minimum radial dimension which is not greater than the outer diameter of the puncture needle.
Optionally, the elastomer is a hollow cylindrical or mesa structure.
Optionally, the inner wall of the elastic body forms a containing cavity, and the inner wall of the elastic body is smooth.
Optionally, the pressing portion includes two pressing components, and the two pressing components are integrally formed on the body portion.
Optionally, the two pressing assemblies are respectively located at two sides of the opening, and are symmetrically arranged with the accommodating cavity as an axis.
Optionally, the pressing member is of an annular or plate-like structure.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, when the puncture needle is assembled, the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity in the body part is adjusted by pressing the pressing part, when the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity is larger than the outer diameter of the puncture needle, the puncture needle is placed in the accommodating cavity, then the pressing part is stopped being pressed, and the puncture needle is clamped by the buoy, so that the assembly is completed; when the buoy position needs to be adjusted, the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity is adjusted through the pressing part, so that the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity is larger than the outer diameter of the puncture needle, then the buoy is moved, and when the buoy reaches the target position, the pressing part is stopped being pressed, so that the puncture needle is clamped by the buoy.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the float for a puncture needle according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 1 and a pressing portion, the pressing portion is disposed on the main body 1, the main body 1 has a variable diameter accommodating chamber 11, and the accommodating chamber 11 is used for holding the puncture needle 3. The inner diameter of the receiving chamber 11 can be adjusted by the pressing portion, so that the float can be used to hold puncture needles 3 of different diameters. When the buoy is assembled with the puncture needle 3, the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity 11 in the body part 1 is adjusted by pressing the pressing part, when the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity 11 is larger than the outer diameter of the puncture needle 3, the puncture needle 3 is placed in the accommodating cavity 11, then the pressing part is stopped being pressed, and the puncture needle 3 is clamped by the buoy, so that the assembly is completed; when the buoy position needs to be adjusted, the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity 11 is adjusted through the pressing part, so that the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity 11 is larger than the outer diameter of the puncture needle 3, then the buoy is moved, and when the buoy reaches the target position, the pressing part is stopped being pressed, so that the puncture needle 3 is clamped by the buoy. The cross-section of the receiving cavity 11 may be circular or multi-variable.
The main body 1 is a hollow elastic body, and an opening 12 is provided in the elastic body in the axial direction. The opening 12 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 11, the opening 12 has an opening state and a closing state, and the closing, opening and opening sizes of the opening 12 are adjusted through the pressing part, so that the radial size of the accommodating cavity 11 is adjusted; when the opening 12 is in the closed state, the accommodating chamber 11 has a minimum radial dimension, and the minimum radial dimension of the accommodating chamber 11 is not larger than the outer diameter of the puncture needle 3. When the minimum radial dimension of the accommodating cavity 11 is smaller than the outer diameter of the puncture needle 3, when the puncture needle 3 is clamped on the buoy, the elastic body deforms, the opening 12 is in an opening state, and the larger the outer diameter of the puncture thick needle is, the larger the radial dimension of the accommodating cavity 11 is, the larger the deformation of the elastic body is, and the larger the opening dimension of the opening 12 is. When the minimum radial dimension of the housing 11 is equal to the outer diameter of the puncture needle 3, the opening 12 is in a closed state when the puncture needle 3 is held on the float.
The elastic body is a hollow columnar or table-shaped structure. For example, the elastic body may have a hollow cylindrical, prismatic, truncated cone, or truncated pyramid structure.
The inner wall of the elastic body forms an accommodating cavity 11, the inner wall of the elastic body is smooth, the inner wall of the elastic body can be tightly attached to the surface of the puncture needle 3, sufficient friction force is provided for the puncture needle 3 through atmospheric pressure, and the friction force between the puncture needle 3 and the elastic body is enough to overcome the inertia of the puncture needle 3 generated in the puncture process, so that the buoy is not easy to displace in the puncture process; when the buoy needs to be moved to other positions, the inner diameter of the accommodating cavity 11 is larger than the outer diameter of the puncture needle 3 through the pressing part, and the friction force between the puncture needle 3 and the elastic body is small due to the smooth inner wall of the elastic body, so that the buoy is favorably moved to a target position.
The pressing part comprises two pressing components 2, and the two pressing components 2 are integrally formed on the body part 1. The two pressing components 2 are respectively positioned at two sides of the opening 12 and are symmetrically arranged by taking the accommodating cavity 11 as an axis. The pressing member 2 has a ring-shaped or plate-shaped structure.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
