Illustratively, the number of the dust thickness detectors 3 is two, and in the direction gradually away from the bottom of the cup bottom, there are the primary dust thickness detector 3 and the advanced dust thickness detector 3 in this order. In order to facilitate the integration of the cleaning device as a whole, a control panel is provided in the rear housing 6, and a controller for the dust cup is provided on the control panel.
In order to avoid the controller to damage in the vibration process of the cleaning equipment, a flexible cushion is arranged between the control panel and the controller, and the flexible cushion can be made of flexible colloid, sponge sheet bodies and the like.

The outer end face of the alarm display 8 is flush with the opening end face of the housing from the viewpoint of the aesthetic appearance of the cleaning apparatus.

Claims (10)

1. A dust collecting cup is characterized by comprising a cup body, a dust weight detector, a dust thickness detector and a controller, wherein the dust weight detector and the dust thickness detector are arranged in a dust collecting area of the cup body and are respectively connected with the controller;
the controller receives a dust thickness and a dust weight; if the dust thickness reaches the thickness threshold value and the dust weight reaches the weight threshold value, the dust collecting cup is judged to be in a full dust state, otherwise, the dust collecting cup is judged to be in a non-full dust state.
2. A dirt cup as defined in claim 1 and further including an alarm display connected to said controller;
when the dust weight reaches a weight threshold value and/or the dust thickness reaches a thickness threshold value, the controller sends an alarm signal to an alarm display, and the alarm display gives an alarm.
3. A dirt cup in accordance with claim 1 further comprising a filter assembly disposed within the cup and a fluid conduit disposed below the filter assembly.
4. A dirt cup as defined in claim 3, wherein said dirt weight detector includes a weight infrared emitter and a weight infrared receiver oppositely located;
one of the weight infrared transmitter or the weight infrared receiver is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the cup body, and the other one of the weight infrared transmitter or the weight infrared receiver is arranged on the upper end plate or the lower end plate of the filter assembly.
5. A dust cup according to claim 3, wherein said dust weight detector is plural in number, and plural dust weight detectors are provided at the bottom wall of the cup body and are arranged evenly at equal intervals around the fluid conduit.
6. A dust cup according to claim 5, wherein the ratio of the sum of the detection areas of the plurality of dust weight detectors to the area of the bottom wall of the cup body is 1: 2-1: 3.
7. a method for detecting the dust amount in a dust collecting cup of a dust collecting cup is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the use process of the cleaning equipment, the dust thickness and the dust weight in a dust collection area of the dust collection cup are detected, if the dust thickness reaches a thickness threshold value and the dust weight reaches a weight threshold value, the dust collection cup is judged to be in a full dust state, and if not, the dust collection cup is judged to be in a non-full dust state.
8. A method of detecting an amount of dust in a dust cup of a dust cup according to claim 7,
the method comprises the following steps:
in the using process of the cleaning equipment, the dust thickness in the dust collecting area of the dust collecting cup is detected, and whether the dust thickness reaches a thickness threshold value is judged;
when the dust thickness reaches a thickness threshold value, detecting the dust weight in a dust collection area of the dust collection cup;
judging whether the dust weight reaches a weight threshold value, if so, judging that the dust collection cup is in a dust full state, otherwise, judging that the dust collection cup is in a dust non-full state;
alternatively, the method comprises the steps of:
in the using process of the dust collecting cup, the dust weight in the dust collecting area of the dust collecting cup is detected, and whether the dust weight reaches a weight threshold value is judged;
when the weight of the dust reaches a weight threshold value, detecting the thickness of the dust in a dust collecting area of the dust collecting cup;
and judging whether the dust thickness reaches a thickness threshold value, if so, judging that the dust collection cup is in a full dust state, otherwise, judging that the dust collection cup is in a non-full dust state.
9. A method of detecting an amount of dust in a dust cup of a dust cup according to claim 8, wherein said thickness threshold comprises a primary thickness threshold and a premium thickness threshold of successively increasing dust thickness data, said method comprising the steps of:
in the using process of the dust collecting cup, the dust weight in the dust collecting area of the dust collecting cup is detected, and whether the dust weight reaches a weight threshold value is judged;
when the weight of the dust reaches a weight threshold value, detecting the thickness of the dust in a dust collecting area of the dust collecting cup;
judging whether the dust thickness reaches a primary thickness threshold value or not, if so, cleaning or not;
or judging whether the dust thickness reaches a high-grade thickness threshold value or not, and immediately cleaning the dust collecting cup when the dust thickness reaches the high-grade thickness threshold value and does not reach the high-grade threshold value.
10. A cleaning appliance comprising a dirt cup, a rear housing and a handle connected in series, the dirt cup being as claimed in claims 1 to 6.
