Alternatively, the first rotating part 322 is detachably connected to the stirring body 321. So that the stirring body 321 and the first rotating part 322 are formed as two separate structures, during the assembly of the stirring device 100, the first rotating part 322 can be loaded in the first through hole 311 first, and then the first rotating part 322 is detachably connected to the stirring body 321, thereby greatly improving the processing simplicity and the assembly convenience, and facilitating the replacement of the stirring body 321. It should be noted that, in the process of assembling the stirring body 321 through the above arrangement, the first through hole 311 can also play a role in positioning, so that a worker can quickly position the stirring body 321, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the assembly difficulty is reduced.
In other examples, a threaded hole may be formed in the stirring body 321, an external thread may be formed on an outer surface of the first rotating portion 322, and after the threaded hole in the stirring body 321 is aligned with the first through hole 311, the first rotating portion 322 may rotate to extend into the first through hole 311 through the threaded hole.
Of course, in some other examples, the first rotating portion 322 is non-detachably connected to the stirring body 321, so as to increase the connection strength between the first rotating portion 322 and the stirring body 321, so that the first rotating portion 322 is stable in position relative to the stirring body 321, and the first rotating portion 322 can rotate together with the stirring body 321 in the process relative to the first through hole 311. The non-detachable connection may be a weld or an adhesive.
Optionally, a first through hole 311 is provided through the stirring shaft 31. When the first rotating part 322 is coupled in the first through hole 311, both ends of the first rotating part 322 may be coupled to the stirring body 321.
Optionally, the length of the first rotating portion 322 is greater than the length of the first through hole 311. When the first rotating part 322 is fitted in the first through hole 311, both ends of the first rotating part 322 can extend out of the first through hole 311 and be fittingly connected to the stirring body 321.
In a specific example, the first through hole 311 is a cylindrical hole, and the first rotating portion 322 is formed in a cylindrical body. When the first rotating portion 322 is fitted in the first through hole 311, the first rotating portion 322 can rotate smoothly with respect to the first through hole 311.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, an avoiding hole 3211 is formed in the stirring body 321 near the first rotating portion 322, and when the stirring blade 32 is unfolded, the stirring shaft 31 is fitted in the avoiding hole 3211. The avoiding hole 3211 is mainly used for avoiding the stirring shaft 31, so as to ensure that the stirring shaft 31 does not obstruct the rotation of the stirring body 321 in the rotation process of the stirring body 321, and the stirring body 321 can rotate smoothly and can be smoothly accommodated in the accommodating cavity 111.
Optionally, the surface of the stirring sheet 32 is provided with a non-stick layer. In a specific example, the stirring plate 32 is made of food grade metal material, and the surface of the stirring plate is coated with Teflon coating. Optionally, stirring shaft 31 is made of food grade plastic material. Note that, the surface of the stirring blade 32 of the present application is provided with an anti-sticking layer and/or an anticorrosive layer. This application is collapsible through setting up stirring piece 32, and when agitating unit 100 did not use, the protection to the inside surface coating of stirring piece 32 is realized after stirring piece 32 folding, prolongs stirring piece 32's life.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3 in combination, the drive member 2 is a motor 22, and the drive member 2 is connected in the receiving case 12. By connecting the driving member 2 in the receiving housing 12, the receiving housing 12 is used for protecting the driving member 2, ensuring that the body to be cooked in the cooking container 200 and external sharp objects or foreign matters cannot fall on the driving member 2, improving the power utilization safety of the motor 22, and prolonging the service life of the motor 22; on the other hand, the housing 12 is also used for limiting the position of the motor 22, so that the motor 22 is stable in position and can effectively drive the stirring assembly 3 to rotate.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the motor shaft 221 of the motor 22 extends from the housing 12, and the motor shaft 221 is detachably connected to the stirring shaft 31. The motor shaft 221 extended from the receiving case 12 is used for being connected with the stirring shaft 31, when the motor 22 drives the motor shaft 221 to rotate, the motor shaft 221 can drive the stirring shaft 31 to rotate together, and the stirring shaft 31 can stir the body to be cooked in the cooking container 200.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, an end of the motor shaft 221 of the motor 22 facing the stirring shaft 31 is a first special-shaped shaft 2211, and an end of the stirring shaft 31 facing the motor shaft 221 is opened with a first special-shaped hole 312 engaged with the first special-shaped shaft 2211. The motor shaft 221 and the stirring shaft 31 are detachably connected through the first special-shaped shaft 2211 and the first special-shaped hole 312, and the stirring shaft 31 can be driven to rotate by the motor shaft 221 during the operation of the motor 22.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 8, the first special-shaped shaft 2211 is formed as a D-shaped shaft, the first special-shaped hole 312 is formed as a D-shaped hole, and the stirring shaft 31 is fixedly connected with the D-shaped shaft of the motor shaft 221 through the top D-shaped hole, so that the stirring shaft 31 can move up and down relative to the motor shaft 221, and the motor shaft 221 can drive the stirring shaft 31 to rotate together during the rotation.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the storage case 12 includes a case 121 and a cover 122, and the cover 122 is detachably attached to the case 121. Through setting casing 121 and lid 122 to detachable connection, at the in-process of agitating unit 100 assembly, can connect driving piece 2 in casing 121 earlier, connect lid 122 again, greatly promoted the convenience of the simplicity of processing and assembly, and casing 121 and lid 122 cooperation can form airtight space for inject the position of driving piece 2, and play the effect of protection driving piece 2. Alternatively, the receiving case 12 may be made of a plastic material. Plastics have better wearability and impact resistance, and plastic material is light, and the chemistry is stable, can not corrode, and when will accomodating casing 12 adopted the plastics material to make, plastics are in lightening accomodating casing 12 weight, still can prolong the life of accomodating casing 12 when realizing agitating unit 100 lightweight.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, a second rotating portion 1221 is provided on the cover 122, and the support arm 11 is rotatably connected to the second rotating portion 1221. By providing the second rotating portion 1221, the supporting arm 11 can be rotated between the supporting position and the accommodating position, so as to reduce the occupied space of the stirring apparatus 100 and improve the portability of the stirring apparatus 100.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the second rotating portion 1221 is a convex structure formed on the cover 122, and the support arm 11 is formed with a rotation fitting portion 114 toward the second rotating portion 1221. The rotation fitting portion 114 is rotatably connected to the second rotating portion 1221 such that the support arm 11 can rotate relative to the second rotating portion 1221.
Optionally, the rotation matching portion 114 is clamped at two ends of the second rotation portion 1221, a circular through hole which is communicated back and forth is formed inside the second rotation portion 1221, and the rotation matching portion 114 is provided with a hole matched with the circular through hole.
In a specific example, in order to facilitate the rotation of the support arm 11 relative to the cover 122, a connecting member (not shown in the figure) is further provided to connect the rotation matching portion 114 and the second rotation portion 1221, and the connecting member is respectively inserted into the inside of the second rotation portion 1221 and a hole formed on the rotation matching portion 114, so that the second rotation portion 1221 and the rotation matching portion 114 form a rotation connection.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, a cavity 123 is formed in the housing case 12, a circumferential limiting portion 1231 is provided in the cavity 123, and the circumferential limiting portion 1231 is limited on the circumferential side of the motor 22. The cavity 123 is suitable for loading the motor 22, and the circumferential limiting part 1231 is used for limiting the position of the motor 22, so that the motor 22 is stable in position in the cavity 123 to drive the stirring assembly 3 to rotate.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, a support portion 1232 is further formed in the storage case 12. The supporting part 1232 is formed inside the circumferential limiting part 1231 and is limited at one side of the motor 22 away from the motor shaft 221, and the supporting part 1232 is used for limiting the position of the motor 22 on one hand, so that the position of the motor 22 in the accommodating shell 12 is stable; on the other hand, because of the certain height that the support part 1232 has, the support part 1232 can make motor 22 and storage housing 12 set up at an interval, and the space that the interval set up forms the radiating area, because of the easy heat of the in-process self of the work of motor 22, the radiating area helps the heat dissipation, prevents that the inside temperature rise of storage housing 12 is too high, prevents that the heat from damaging the inside motor 22 of storage housing 12 promptly to improve the security of motor 22, and the life of extension motor 22.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, a limit support part 1233 is further formed in the housing case 12, and the limit support part 1233 is limited on the periphery side of the motor shaft 221. Because the motor shaft 221 forms on the motor 22, the spacing support part 1233 and the circumferential spacing part 1231 cooperate to further limit the motor 22, so that the motor 22 is stably connected in the accommodating shell 12, and the motor 22 can effectively play its own role to drive the stirring assembly 3 to rotate.
It should be noted that, because the limiting support part 1233 has a certain height, the limiting support part 1233 can also enable the motor 22 and the storage housing 12 to be arranged at an interval, so as to further improve the safety of the motor 22 and prolong the service life of the motor 22.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, a second through hole 1222 is formed on the cover 122, and the motor shaft 221 (the specific structure of the motor shaft 221 can be seen in fig. 8) extends outward from the second through hole 1222. The second through hole 1222 is used to avoid the motor shaft 221, so as to ensure that the motor shaft 221 disposed in the receiving housing 12 can be connected to the stirring assembly 3 through the cover 122, that is, to ensure that the motor 22 can drive the stirring assembly 3 to rotate together during the rotation process, thereby achieving the purpose of stirring the body to be cooked in the cooking container 200, and the second through hole 1222 can also limit the maximum moving range of the motor shaft 221, so that the motor shaft 221 can only rotate relative to the second through hole 1222, and cannot move laterally or longitudinally relative to the second through hole 1222.
Alternatively, the second through hole 1222 is formed as a circular hole, and the diameter of the second through hole 1222 is larger than that of the motor shaft 221. It should be noted that, this application passes through motor 22 drive stirring subassembly 3 and rotates, need not artifical handheld stirring subassembly 3 and carries out manual stirring for whole stirring process labour saving and time saving promotes user experience.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the driving member 2 is a hand-operated device (not shown), and the two ends of the hand-operated device form a rocking part and an output shaft 21 respectively, and the rocking part and the output shaft 21 respectively extend from different parts of the receiving housing 12. That is, when the output shaft 21 of the hand cranking device extends from the first side of the storage housing 12, the shaking portion of the hand cranking device can extend from the second side of the storage housing 12, or extend from the third side of the storage housing 12, the shaking portion is manually held, the output shaft 21 is driven to rotate through the rotation shaking portion, and the stirring shaft 31 is connected to one end of the output shaft 21, so as to drive the stirring shaft 31 to rotate.
It should be noted that, by providing the driving member 2 as a hand cranking device, the hand cranking device can continue to operate even in the event of power failure, as opposed to providing the driving member 2 as the motor 22, and the limitation of the hand cranking device is small.
The first side of the storage case 12 is a side surface of the storage case 12 facing the stirring unit 3, the second side of the storage case 12 is an opposite surface to the first side of the storage case 12, and the third side of the storage case 12 is an adjacent surface to the first side of the storage case 12.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, a limiting cavity 112 is provided in the supporting arm 11, and the limiting cavity 112 is communicated with the receiving cavity 111. The positioning cavity 112 is used for cooperating with a handle 230 on the cooking container 200 to connect the handle 230 in the positioning cavity 112, and the positioning cavity 112 is used for positioning the handle 230, so that the cooking container 200 is fixed relative to the stirring device 100. It will also be appreciated that the stirring device 100 and the cooking vessel 200 are removably connected by the retaining cavity 112 of the support arm 11.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 12, a limit tooth 1132 is provided on the support arm 11. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the supporting arm 11 is provided with a plurality of position-limiting portions 113, and the position-limiting portions 113 are adapted to be limited on the cooking container 200. In other examples, the limiting portion 113 includes only a plurality of limiting teeth 1132, the two opposite side walls of the supporting arm 11 are provided with the plurality of limiting teeth 1132, and the plurality of limiting teeth 1132 on the two opposite side walls of the supporting arm 11 correspond to each other one by one. The arrangement of the limiting groove 1131 is omitted, the structure of the supporting arm 11 is simplified, the supporting arm 11 is simpler in the manufacturing process, the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, and the production and manufacturing efficiency of the supporting arm 11 is improved.
It should be noted that, when only the limiting teeth 1132 are arranged on the supporting arm 11 for limiting, the limiting matching portion 240 formed on the cooking container 200 can be matched between two opposite side walls of the supporting arm 11, and the side surface of the limiting matching portion 240 abuts against the side wall of the supporting arm 11, the two opposite side walls of the supporting arm 11 are used for limiting the position of the limiting matching portion 240, so as to ensure that the cooking container 200 cannot rotate relative to the stirring device 100, after the limiting matching portion 240 abuts against the supporting arm 11, the container side wall of the cooking container 200 can be clamped between two adjacent limiting teeth 1132, and two adjacent limiting teeth 1132 can ensure that the cooking container 200 cannot move transversely or longitudinally relative to the stirring device 100, so that the stirring device 100 is stably connected to the cooking container 200.
It should be noted that, because the limiting portion 113 is provided with a plurality of limiting teeth 1132, the position of each limiting tooth 1132 is different, so that the stirring device 100 of the present application can be matched with the cooking containers 200 with different opening sizes, and the application range of the stirring device 100 is further improved.

As can be seen from the above structure, in the cooking apparatus 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the cooking cavity 210 is formed in the cooking container 200, the cooking cavity 210 is adapted to bear a body to be cooked, the stirring device 100 is connected to the cooking container 200 through the supporting arm 11, after the stirring sheet 32 in the stirring device 100 extends into the cooking cavity 210, the stirring sheet 32 can stir the body to be cooked in the cooking cavity 210, so as to achieve the purpose of cooking the body to be cooked, when the body to be cooked is not cooked, the stirring device 100 can be taken out of the cooking container 200, on the first hand, it is convenient to separately clean the stirring device 100 and the cooking container 200, so as to improve the user experience, on the second hand, the stirring sheet 32 and the supporting arm 11 in the stirring device 100 after being taken out can be folded, so as to reduce the occupied space of the stirring device 100, so that the user can conveniently store and carry the stirring device 100, and the folded stirring sheet 32 is located in the storage cavity 111 of the supporting arm 11, the supporting arm 11 is used for protecting the stirring sheet 32 and prolonging the service life of the stirring sheet 32; in the third aspect, the mixing device 100 taken out of the cooking container 200 can be applied to other cooking containers 200, and the application range of the mixing device 100 is increased.
Alternatively, the cooking appliance 1000 of the present application may be a cooker, an electric pressure cooker, a cook machine, a jam machine, etc., and the body to be cooked may be jam, vegetables to be cooked, meat products, or other food in a fluid state.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, one end of the cooking container 200 is formed with an open mouth 220. The opening 220 provides an escape space for the arrangement of the stirring device 100 on one hand, so that the stirring assembly 3 in the stirring device 100 can extend into the cooking cavity 210 through the opening 220; on the other hand, the body to be cooked may enter the cooking cavity 210 through the opening 220 or the body to be cooked after the stirring is completed may be discharged through the opening 220.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 15, the cooking container 200 is provided with a handle 230, the supporting arm 11 is limited on the handle 230, and the stirring sheet 32 is used for stirring the body to be cooked in the cooking cavity 210. By arranging the handle 230 on the cooking container 200, on one hand, a user can conveniently take the cooking container 200, and the user experience is improved; on the other hand, during the assembly process of the cooking container 200 and the stirring device 100, the handle 230 may be limited between the limiting cavity 112 and the limiting teeth 1132, so that the cooking container 200 is fixed in position relative to the stirring device 100, and the cooking container 200 does not shake while the stirring device 100 stirs the body to be cooked in the cooking cavity 210.
The following describes specific structures of the stirring device 100 and the cooking appliance 1000 having the same in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. The embodiments of the present invention may be all embodiments obtained by combining the foregoing technical solutions, and are not limited to the following specific embodiments, which fall within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
A mixing apparatus 100, as shown in connection with fig. 1 and 2, comprising: the device comprises a receiving assembly 1, a driving member 2 and a stirring assembly 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the storage assembly 1 includes a support arm 11 and a storage housing 12, the support arm 11 is rotatably connected to the storage housing 12, and the support arm 11 is rotatable between a support position and a storage position.
As shown in fig. 2, the support arm 11 is provided with an open housing chamber 111.
As shown in fig. 2, the driver 2 is provided on the housing case 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the stirring assembly 3 includes a stirring shaft 31 and a stirring blade 32, one end of the stirring shaft 31 is connected to the output shaft 21 of the driving member 2, and the stirring shaft 31 is provided with the stirring blade 32 in a foldable manner.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the support arm 11 is in the storage position, the support arm 11 is close to the output shaft 21, and the stirring blades 32 are folded toward the stirring shaft 31 and stored in the storage cavity 111.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the stirring device 100 includes two stirring blades 32, two stirring blades 32 are arranged at one end of the stirring shaft 31 far from the output shaft 21, and the two stirring blades 32 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the stirring shaft 31; the support arms 11 include two support arms 11, the support arms 11 are disposed in pairs with the stirring blades 32, and each support arm 11 can receive one stirring blade 32 in the storage position.
Example 3
In addition to embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 6, a stirring device 100 is provided in which four stirring blades 32 are divided into two groups, each group of stirring blades 32 is disposed at an interval in the extending direction of a stirring shaft 31, and each support arm 11 can receive one stirring blade 32 of each group of stirring blades 32.
Example 4
In embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 7, a stirring blade 32 includes a stirring body 321 and a first rotating portion 322, one side of the stirring body 321 close to a stirring shaft 31 is connected to the first rotating portion 322, the stirring shaft 31 is provided with a first through hole 311, and the first rotating portion 322 is rotatably fitted in the first through hole 311.
As shown in fig. 7, an avoiding hole 3211 is formed in the stirring body 321 near the first rotating portion 322, and when the stirring blade 32 is unfolded, the stirring shaft 31 is fitted into the avoiding hole 3211.
Example 5
A stirring device 100 is based on embodiment 2, and is shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, wherein a driving part 2 is a motor 22, the driving part 2 is connected in a receiving shell 12, a motor shaft 221 of the motor 22 extends out of the receiving shell 12, and the motor shaft 221 is detachably connected with a stirring shaft 31.
Example 6
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 9, a supporting arm 11 is provided with a limiting tooth 1132, a limiting cavity 112 is arranged in the supporting arm 11, and the limiting cavity 112 is communicated with a containing cavity 111.
Example 7
A cooking appliance 1000, as shown in fig. 13, comprising: a cooking container 200 and a stirring device 100.
In which, as shown in fig. 14, a cooking cavity 210 is formed in the cooking container 200.
As shown in fig. 14, the stirring device 100 is the stirring device 100 of embodiment 1, the support arm 11 is connected to the cooking container 200 in the support position, and the stirring blade 32 is inserted into the cooking cavity 210.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; either mechanically or electrically. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Two stirring blades 32 and two support arms 11 are shown in fig. 1 for illustrative purposes, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art after reading the above technical solutions that the solution can be applied to one, three or more stirring blades 32 and support arms 11, and the invention also falls into the protection scope of the present invention.
Other components of the stirring device 100 and the cooking appliance 1000 having the same according to the embodiment of the present invention, such as the driving principle of the motor 22, are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (15)

1. A stirring device, comprising:
the storage assembly comprises a support arm and a storage shell, the support arm is rotatably connected to the storage shell and can rotate between a support position and a storage position, and an open storage cavity is formed in the support arm;
the driving piece is arranged on the accommodating shell;
the stirring assembly comprises a stirring shaft and stirring pieces, one end of the stirring shaft is connected with an output shaft of the driving piece, and the stirring shaft is provided with the stirring pieces in a foldable manner;
when the supporting arm is in when accomodating the position, the supporting arm is drawn close on the output shaft, the stirring piece is towards the (mixing) shaft is drawn close folding and is accomodate in accomodate the chamber.
2. The stirring device according to claim 1, wherein the stirring blade comprises a plurality of stirring blades, and the plurality of stirring blades are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the stirring shaft; the supporting arm comprises a plurality of supporting arms, and each supporting arm can accommodate at least one stirring sheet in the accommodating position.
3. The mixing device of claim 2, wherein a plurality of said mixing blades are disposed at an end of said mixing shaft distal from said output shaft, and wherein said support arms are paired with said mixing blades, each of said support arms receiving one of said mixing blades in said storage position.
4. The stirring device of claim 2, wherein said plurality of stirring blades are divided into a plurality of groups, each group of stirring blades is spaced apart from each other along the extending direction of said stirring shaft, and each of said supporting arms is capable of receiving one of said stirring blades of each group of stirring blades.
5. The stirring device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the stirring blade comprises a stirring body and a first rotating part, the first rotating part is connected to one side of the stirring body close to the stirring shaft, a first through hole is formed in the stirring shaft, and the first rotating part is rotatably fitted in the first through hole.
6. The stirring device according to claim 5, wherein an avoiding hole is formed in the stirring body near the first rotating portion, and when the stirring blades are unfolded, the stirring shaft is fitted in the avoiding hole.
7. The stirring device according to claim 5, wherein the surface of the stirring sheet is provided with a non-stick layer or/and an anti-corrosion layer.
8. A mixer apparatus as set forth in any one of claims 1-4 wherein said drive member is a motor, said drive member being connected to said housing, a motor shaft of said motor extending from said housing, said motor shaft being removably connected to said mixer shaft.
9. The mixing device of claim 8, wherein the storage housing comprises a housing and a cover, the cover is detachably connected to the housing, the cover is provided with a second rotating portion, and the support arm is rotatably connected to the second rotating portion.
10. The stirring device of claim 9, wherein a cavity is formed in the receiving housing, a circumferential limiting portion is disposed in the cavity, the circumferential limiting portion is limited on the circumferential side of the motor, the cover body is provided with a first through hole, and the motor shaft extends out of the first through hole.
11. The mixing device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the drive member is a hand crank having an end defining the rocking portion and the output shaft, the rocking portion and the output shaft extending from different portions of the housing.
12. The stirring device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a limiting cavity is provided in the support arm, the limiting cavity being in communication with the receiving cavity.
13. The blending apparatus of claim 12, wherein the support arm is provided with a retaining tooth.
14. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a cooking container in which a cooking cavity is formed;
stirring means according to any of claims 1 to 13 attached to the cooking container when the support arm is in the support position, the stirring blade extending into the cooking cavity.
15. The cooking appliance of claim 14, wherein the cooking container is open at one end, the cooking container is provided with a handle, the support arm is limited on the handle, and the stirring sheet is used for stirring the body to be cooked in the cooking cavity.
