Abstract

An embodiment of the present invention provides a microphone structure, please refer to fig. 1 to 5, the microphone structure includes: a mounting assembly 10; a circuit board 20, the circuit board 20 being disposed on the mounting assembly 10; a microphone 30, the microphone 30 being disposed on the circuit board 20; the cover body part 40, the cover body part 40 is magnetically connected with the mounting assembly 10, the cover body part 40 is provided with a first through hole 41, and the first through hole 41 is arranged opposite to the microphone 30; and a sealing member 50, wherein the sealing member 50 is disposed between the cover member 40 and the mounting assembly 10 and between the first through hole 41 and the microphone 30.
The microphone structure of one embodiment of the present invention includes a mounting assembly 10, a circuit board 20, a microphone 30, a cover member 40, and a sealing member 50. The circuit board 20, the microphone 30 and the sealing member 50 are disposed in the accommodating cavity formed by the mounting assembly 10 and the cover member 40, and the sealing member 50 achieves the protection and protection of the microphone 30. By magnetically coupling the cover member 40 to the mounting assembly 10, the cover member 40 can be easily removed from the mounting assembly 10, thereby facilitating subsequent servicing of the interior of the microphone structure.

Alternatively, the number of microphones 30 may be multiple, the multiple microphones 30 are disposed on the circuit board 20 at intervals, the cover member 40 is provided with multiple first through holes 41, the multiple microphones 30 may correspond to the multiple first through holes 41 one by one, and the sealing member 50 may be one, that is, one sealing member 50 may correspond to the multiple microphones 30. Alternatively, the sealing member 50 may be plural, that is, one sealing member 50 may correspond to one microphone 30. The circuit board 20 may be a PCB board, and a voice processing unit may be integrated on the PCB board.
In one embodiment, the seal 50 is located in at least one of the body member 40 and the mounting assembly 10 such that after separation of the body member 40 from the mounting assembly 10, the seal 50 is removed from the body member 40 or the mounting assembly 10, i.e., after removal of the body member 40, the seal 50 can be exposed and removed to facilitate cleaning or replacement of the seal 50.
In some embodiments, the cover member 40 may be provided with a first mounting groove, and the sealing member 50 is disposed in the first mounting groove, in which case the sealing member 50 may be reliably disposed in the first mounting groove under the compression of the mounting assembly 10. After the cover member 40 and the mounting assembly 10 are separated, the seal member 50 is positioned on the cover member 40.
In some embodiments, the mounting assembly 10 may be provided with a second mounting groove, and the sealing member 50 is disposed in the second mounting groove, in which case the sealing member 50 may be reliably disposed in the second mounting groove under the compression of the cover member 40. After the cover member 40 and the mounting assembly 10 are separated, the sealing member 50 is seated on the mounting assembly 10 and exposed to the outside.
In some embodiments, a first mounting slot may be provided on the cover member 40, a second mounting slot may be provided on the mounting assembly 10, and the sealing member 50 is disposed in the first mounting slot and the second mounting slot, i.e., the sealing member 50 is securely clamped between the cover member 40 and the mounting assembly 10. After the cover member 40 and the mounting assembly 10 are separated, the sealing member 50 is positioned on the mounting assembly 10 or the cover member 40.
In one embodiment, the sealing member 50 is a sealing sponge, which not only can perform a sealing function, but also can reliably absorb liquid substances entering from the outside.
In one embodiment, the sealing sponge comprises a breathable film, the breathable film has good air and sound permeability, and the breathable film can be a waterproof and oil-proof breathable film, which can ensure good air and sound permeability and prevent water and oil from entering and damaging the microphone 30.
In some embodiments, the sealing sponge may include a sponge material, an adhesive material and a breathable film, the sponge material and the breathable film are connected by the adhesive material, the sealing member 50 formed at this time may be provided with a through hole 51, that is, the sponge material and the adhesive material are provided with a groove, and since the breathable film itself has the functions of ventilation and sound transmission, no special hole needs to be formed on the breathable film, so the through hole 51 is formed by the groove on the sponge material and the adhesive material and the through hole on the breathable film, and the first through hole 41 and the through hole 51 are oppositely arranged, thereby forming a part of the microphone channel 31.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting assembly 10 includes a magnetically responsive element 11, the cover member 40 includes a magnetic element 42, and the magnetically responsive element 11 is magnetically coupled to the magnetic element 42. In the present embodiment, the magnetic induction element 11 may be a magnet, and the magnetic element 42 may be an iron piece.
The cover member 40 is provided with a first fixing groove, the magnetic element 42 is disposed in the first fixing groove, the mounting assembly 10 may also be provided with a second fixing groove, the magnetic sensing element 11 is disposed in the second fixing groove, and the magnetic element 42 and the cover member 40 are synchronously removed from the mounting assembly 10. In this embodiment, the cover member 40, the magnetic element 42 and the sealing member 50 can be removed from the mounting assembly 10 simultaneously, and then the sealing member 50 can be replaced or cleaned.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, the mounting assembly 10 further comprises: a mounting case 12, the magnetic induction element 11 being disposed on the mounting case 12, the seal 50 being disposed between the cover member 40 and the mounting case 12; a support 13, the support 13 is located on a side of the mounting shell 12 away from the cover member 40, and is connected to the mounting shell 12, and the circuit board 20 is disposed between the mounting shell 12 and the support 13; the mounting case 12 is provided with a second through hole 121, and the second through hole 121 is disposed opposite to the microphone 30, that is, the first through hole 41 on the cover member 40, the through hole 51 on the sealing member 50, and the second through hole 121 on the mounting case 12 form at least part of the microphone channel 31, and the microphone channel 31 is a sound input inlet, so as to ensure the realization and performance of the voice function.
Specifically, the mounting shell 12 and the supporting member 13 form a fixing for the circuit board 20, the mounting shell 12 and the supporting member 13 are fixedly connected, the mounting shell 12 and the supporting member 13 may be connected by a fixing member, or connected by an adhesive, or the mounting shell 12 and the supporting member 13 may be clamped. The cover member 40 is magnetically coupled to the mounting housing 12 so that the cover member 40 can be removed directly from the mounting housing 12 to release the seal 50.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the mounting assembly 10 further comprises: the first buffer member 14, the first buffer member 14 is sleeved on the microphone 30 and clamped between the mounting shell 12 and the circuit board 20, so as to prevent the mounting shell 12 from directly extruding the microphone 30, and the first buffer member 14 achieves the protection effect on the microphone 30. In this embodiment, the first buffer 14 may be a microphone boot, and the through hole 141 of the microphone boot is also a part of the microphone channel 31.

Wherein, the waterproof rubber ring can be sleeved on at least one of the mounting shell 12 and the supporting member 13 of the mounting assembly 10.
Specifically, the cover member 40 is connected with the mounting assembly 10, and the outer side of the mounting assembly 10 is sleeved with the third buffer member 16, in a specific using process, the microphone structure is directly mounted on the body 60, and at the moment, the third buffer member 16 is in contact with the hole wall of the mounting through hole 61, so that the sealing performance is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-5, the cover member 40 is located outside the body 60 and at least a portion of the mounting assembly 10 is located inside the body 60, i.e., the cover member 40 can be removed directly from the mounting assembly 10.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the home appliance further includes: a fastener 70, the fastener 70 being located on a side of the mounting assembly 10 facing away from the cover member 40, the fastener 70 being connected to the mounting assembly 10; the main body 60 is clamped between the cover member 40 and the fixing member 70, that is, the main body 60 and the fixing member 70 fix the microphone structure, and the cover member 40 can be conveniently taken down from the main body 60. In this embodiment, the fixing member 70 may be a metal plate. The supporting member 13 and the fixing member 70 can expose the circuit board 20, that is, facilitate connection of other power components of the household electrical appliance to the circuit board 20. The fixing member 70 may be fixedly connected with the supporting member 13, the fixing member 70 may be connected with the supporting member 13 by a fixing member, or connected by an adhesive, or the fixing member 70 may be snapped with the supporting member 13. The fixing member 70 may be used to connect with other structures of the household electrical appliance to realize fixing, and is not limited herein.
The microphone structure can ensure the voice awakening function and the shock absorption function, realizes the waterproof and oilproof function and is convenient to replace and maintain, and the sealing element is soft and easy to replace by utilizing the magnetic attraction design scheme.

Claims (12)
1. A microphone structure, comprising:
a mounting assembly (10);
a circuit board (20), the circuit board (20) disposed on the mounting assembly (10);
a microphone (30), the microphone (30) being disposed on the circuit board (20);
a cover member (40), wherein the cover member (40) is magnetically connected with the mounting assembly (10), a first through hole (41) is formed in the cover member (40), and the first through hole (41) is opposite to the microphone (30);
a seal (50), the seal (50) being disposed between the cover piece (40) and the mounting assembly (10) and between the first through hole (41) and the microphone (30).
2. Microphone structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the seal (50) is located in at least one of the cover element (40) and the mounting assembly (10) so that the seal (50) is removed from the cover element (40) or the mounting assembly (10) after separation of the cover element (40) and the mounting assembly (10).
3. Microphone structure according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the seal (50) is a sealing sponge.
4. The microphone structure of claim 3 wherein the sealing sponge comprises a gas permeable membrane.
5. Microphone structure according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the mounting assembly (10) comprises a magnetically inductive element (11), the cover element (40) comprising a magnetic element (42), the magnetically inductive element (11) being magnetically connected with the magnetic element (42).
6. Microphone structure according to claim 5, characterized by the fact that the mounting assembly (10) further comprises:
a mounting housing (12), said magnetically sensitive element (11) being arranged on said mounting housing (12), said seal (50) being arranged between said cover member (40) and the mounting housing (12);
a support (13), the support (13) being located on a side of the mounting shell (12) facing away from the cover member (40) and being connected to the mounting shell (12), the circuit board (20) being arranged between the mounting shell (12) and the support (13);
wherein, be provided with second through-hole (121) on installation shell (12), second through-hole (121) with microphone (30) relative setting.
7. Microphone structure according to claim 6, characterized by the fact that the mounting assembly (10) further comprises:
the first buffer piece (14), first buffer piece (14) cover is established microphone (30) is last, and the centre gripping in installation shell (12) with between circuit board (20).
8. Microphone arrangement according to claim 6 or 7, characterized by the fact that the mounting assembly (10) further comprises:

9. A household appliance comprising a microphone structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The household appliance according to claim 9, further comprising a body (60), wherein the mounting assembly (10) of the microphone structure is disposed on the body (60), and after the cover member (40) of the microphone structure is separated from the mounting assembly (10), the cover member (40) can be detached from the body (60).
11. The household electrical appliance of claim 10, wherein the body (60) is provided with a mounting through hole (61), and the microphone structure further comprises:
the mounting structure comprises a third buffer piece (16), wherein the third buffer piece (16) is sleeved on the mounting assembly (10), the mounting assembly (10) is arranged in the mounting through hole (61) in a penetrating mode, so that the third buffer piece (16) is clamped between the mounting assembly (10) and the body (60).
12. The appliance of claim 10, wherein the cover member (40) is located on an exterior side of the body (60) and at least a portion of the mounting assembly (10) is located on an interior side of the body (60), the appliance further comprising:
a fastener (70), the fastener (70) being located on a side of the mounting assembly (10) facing away from the cover member (40), the fastener (70) being connected to the mounting assembly (10);
wherein the body (60) is clamped between the cover piece (40) and the fixture (70).
