From a hardware level, as shown in fig. 2, a hardware structure diagram of a device where an intelligent vending machine is located according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where the device in the embodiment may generally include other hardware, such as a forwarding chip responsible for processing a packet, in addition to the processor, the memory, the network interface, and the nonvolatile memory shown in fig. 2. Taking a software implementation as an example, as shown in fig. 3, as a logical apparatus, the apparatus is formed by reading, by a CPU of a device in which the apparatus is located, corresponding computer program instructions in a non-volatile memory into a memory for execution. As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent vending machine, including:
a communication module 301, configured to send an MQTT registration request to a server; the MQTT registration request is used for establishing communication connection based on the MQTT with a server;
a receiving module 302, configured to receive registration success information returned by the server according to the MQTT registration request sent by the communication module 301;
a first sending module 303, configured to send a first subscription request to the server through the communication connection established by the communication module 301; the first subscription request is used for representing the subscription of the intelligent vending machine to the unlocking/locking control command of the door lock;
the receiving module 302 is further configured to receive an unlocking/locking control command of the corresponding intelligent vending machine, which is returned by the server according to the first subscription request sent by the first sending module 303; the server sends an unlocking/locking control command after receiving an unlocking/locking request sent by a mobile terminal of a user side according to a first subscription request;
a second sending module 304, configured to send the unlocking/locking control command received by the receiving module 302 to the electric mortise lock 305;
an electric plug 305 for unlocking/locking by controlling the ejection/insertion of the plug of the electric plug into the lock hole; the electric mortise lock comprises a lock cylinder and a lock hole.
Optionally, on the basis of the intelligent vending machine shown in fig. 3, the communication module 301 is further configured to perform the following operations:
acquiring account information contained in the intelligent vending machine; the account information comprises an account identifier and an account password;
generating a random character combination;
encrypting the account password by using a random character combination, and sending an MQTT registration request to the server through a Connect message; the Connect message carries an account identifier and an encrypted account password.
Optionally, on the basis of the intelligent vending machine shown in fig. 3, the intelligent vending machine further includes a query module, and the query module is configured to perform the following operations:
sending status query information to the electric mortise lock;
receiving state information returned by the electric mortise lock according to the state query information;
judging whether the unlocking/locking control command is finished or not according to the state information; the state information comprises door magnetism information and electric mortise lock information;
when the door magnetic information is open and the electric mortise lock information is open, determining that the unlocking control command is completed and the intelligent vending machine door is opened;
when the door magnetic information is closed and the electric mortise lock information is opened, the unlocking control command is determined to be completed, and the intelligent vending machine door is not opened;
and when the door magnetic information is off and the electric mortise lock information is off, determining that the locking control command is finished.
Alternatively, on the basis of the intelligent vending machine shown in figure 3,
the electric plug 305 comprises a plug and a keyhole, the keyhole is arranged on the magnet base, and the keyhole is aligned with the plug of the electric plug 305;
the electric plug-in lock 305 is installed on the top of the intelligent vending machine door; the intelligent vending machine comprises a lock cylinder, a magnet seat, a door and a spring, wherein the lock cylinder is arranged on the intelligent vending machine;
the electric mortise lock 305 is configured to perform the following operations:
when an unlocking control command is received, the lock cylinder is controlled to pop out of the lock hole to realize unlocking;
and when a locking control command is received, the lock cylinder is controlled to be inserted into the lock hole to realize locking.
Alternatively, on the basis of the intelligent vending machine shown in figure 3,
the server receives an unlocking/locking request sent by the mobile terminal, acquires an ID of the intelligent vending machine and an unlocking/locking control command included in the unlocking/locking request, and determines the intelligent vending machine corresponding to the unlocking/locking control command according to the ID of the intelligent vending machine.
It is to be understood that the illustrated structure of the embodiment of the present invention does not constitute a specific limitation to the smart vending machine. In other embodiments of the invention, the smart vending machine may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, some components may be split, or a different arrangement of components. The illustrated components may be implemented in hardware, firmware, or a combination of firmware and hardware.
Because the content of information interaction, execution process, and the like among the modules in the device is based on the same concept as the method embodiment of the present invention, specific content can be referred to the description in the method embodiment of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent vending machine door lock control system, including: the smart vending machine 401 and the server 402 provided in any of the above embodiments;
the server 402 is used for establishing a communication connection based on MQTT with at least one intelligent vending machine 401, receiving a first subscription request sent by the at least one intelligent vending machine 401, and sending an unlocking/locking control command to the corresponding intelligent vending machine 401 according to the first subscription request; the first subscription request is used for representing the subscription of the intelligent vending machine to the unlocking/locking control command of the door lock; the server transmits an unlock/lock control command in response to the first subscription request after receiving an unlock/lock request from the user-side mobile terminal.
Optionally, on the basis of a smart vending machine door lock control system shown in fig. 4, the system further comprises: at least one mobile terminal 403;
a mobile terminal 403 for transmitting an unlocking/locking control request to the server 402; the unlocking/locking control request comprises an ID of the intelligent vending machine and an unlocking/locking control command;
the server 402 is further configured to receive the status information of the electric mortise lock acquired by the intelligent vending machine 401; and transmits the status information of the electric mortice lock to the mobile terminal 403 upon receiving a second subscription request for the status information of the electric mortice lock by the mobile terminal 403.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal at the user side can scan the two-dimensional code information of the intelligent vending machine through the APP or the small program, generate the unlocking/locking request corresponding to the intelligent vending machine, and send the unlocking/locking request to the server. Meanwhile, the mobile terminal can also send a second subscription request to the server, wherein the second subscription request is used for representing subscription of the mobile terminal to the state information of the electric mortise lock of the intelligent vending machine, and after the server receives the state information of the electric mortise lock acquired by the intelligent vending machine, the server sends the state information of the electric mortise lock to the mobile terminal according to the second subscription request. Therefore, the mobile terminal can acquire the state information of the electric mortise lock in real time, so that the intelligent vending machine is convenient to monitor or manage, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The intelligent vending machine door lock control system provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises at least one intelligent vending machine, a server and at least one mobile terminal, wherein the server and the at least one intelligent vending machine are in communication connection based on MQTT, the mobile terminal at a user side sends an unlocking/locking control command corresponding to a target intelligent vending machine (namely, the intelligent vending machine is determined according to an ID of the intelligent vending machine) to the server, the server sends the unlocking/locking control command to the target intelligent vending machine according to a first subscription request corresponding to the target intelligent vending machine, and the intelligent vending machine realizes unlocking/locking by controlling an electric lock. Therefore, the intelligent vending machine is remotely controlled through the intelligent vending machine door lock control system based on the MQTT in a cross-domain mode, the issuing/subscribing unlocking/locking control command is transmitted through the MQTT protocol which is low in cost and low in cost, simple, feasible and stable, instant communication is achieved, cost is reduced, and use experience of users is improved.
The following describes the intelligent vending machine door lock control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention in further detail with reference to the intelligent vending machine door lock control system shown in fig. 5, and as shown in fig. 5, the method may include the following steps:
step 501: and the intelligent vending machine sends an MQTT registration request to the server.
Specifically, the intelligent vending machine acquires account information contained in the intelligent vending machine; the account information comprises an account identifier and an account password;
generating a random character combination;
encrypting the account password by using a random character combination, and sending an MQTT registration request to the server through a Connect message; wherein, the Connect message carries the account identifier and the encrypted account password; the MQTT registration request is used for establishing communication connection based on MQTT with a server;
and receiving registration success information returned by the server according to the MQTT registration request, and completing the communication connection based on the MQTT.
Step 502: the smart vending machine sends a first subscription request to the server.
Specifically, a first subscription request is sent to a server through the established communication connection; the first subscription request is used for representing the subscription of the intelligent vending machine to the unlocking/locking control command of the door lock.
Step 503: the mobile terminal sends a control request to the server.
Specifically, the mobile terminal at the user side can scan the two-dimensional code information of the intelligent vending machine through the APP or the small program, generate an unlocking/locking request corresponding to the intelligent vending machine, and send the unlocking/locking request to the server; the unlocking/locking control request comprises the ID of the intelligent vending machine and an unlocking/locking control command.
Step 504: and the intelligent vending machine receives the unlocking/locking control command returned by the server.
Specifically, after receiving an unlocking/locking request sent by a mobile terminal at a user side, the server determines a corresponding intelligent vending machine according to the ID of the intelligent vending machine, and returns an unlocking/locking control command included in the unlocking/locking request to the corresponding intelligent vending machine according to the first subscription request.
Step 505: the intelligent vending machine is unlocked/locked by controlling the electric mortise lock.
Specifically, the intelligent vending machine sends an unlocking/locking control command to an electric mortise lock in the intelligent vending machine by using RS232 serial port communication, so that unlocking/locking is realized by controlling a lock cylinder of the electric mortise lock to pop out of/insert into a lock hole; the electric mortise lock comprises a lock cylinder and a lock hole;
the electric mortise lock comprises a lock cylinder and a lock hole, the lock hole is arranged on the magnet base, and the lock hole is aligned with the lock cylinder of the electric mortise lock; the electric mortise lock is arranged at the top of the intelligent vending machine door; the intelligent vending machine comprises a lock cylinder, a magnet seat, a door and a spring, wherein the lock cylinder is arranged on the intelligent vending machine;
when the intelligent vending machine door is in a closed state (namely not opened) during installation, the gap distance between the electric mortise lock and the magnet seat is 3 mm; the lock hole is oval, the major axis of the oval is 40mm, and the minor axis of the oval is 20 mm;
when an unlocking control command is received, the lock cylinder is controlled to pop out of the lock hole to realize unlocking;
when a locking control command is received, the lock cylinder is controlled to be inserted into the lock hole to realize locking.
Step 506: and the intelligent vending machine sends state inquiry information to the electric mortise lock.
Specifically, the intelligent vending machine sends status query information to the electric mortise lock;
receiving state information returned by the electric mortise lock according to the state query information;
judging whether the unlocking/locking control command is finished or not according to the state information; the state information comprises door magnetism information and electric mortise lock information;
when the door magnetic information is open and the electric mortise lock information is open, determining that the unlocking control command is completed and the intelligent vending machine door is opened;
when the door magnetic information is closed and the electric mortise lock information is opened, the unlocking control command is determined to be completed, and the intelligent vending machine door is not opened;
and when the door magnetic information is off and the electric mortise lock information is off, determining that the locking control command is finished.
Step 507: and the mobile terminal receives the state information of the electric mortise lock returned by the server.
Specifically, the server is further used for receiving the state information of the electric mortise lock acquired by the intelligent vending machine; and when a second subscription request of the mobile terminal for the state information of the electric mortise lock is received, the state information of the electric mortise lock is sent to the mobile terminal.
The present invention also provides a computer readable medium storing instructions for causing a machine to perform the intelligent vending machine door lock control method as described herein. Specifically, a system or an apparatus equipped with a storage medium on which firmware program codes that realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments are stored may be provided, and a computer (or a CPU or MPU) of the system or the apparatus is caused to read out and execute the program codes stored in the storage medium.
In this case, the program code itself read from the storage medium can realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments, and thus the program code and the storage medium storing the program code constitute a part of the present invention.
Examples of the storage medium for supplying the program code include a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magneto-optical disk, an optical disk (e.g., CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD-RW, DVD + RW), a magnetic tape, a nonvolatile memory card, and a ROM. Alternatively, the program code may be downloaded from a server computer via a communications network.
Further, it should be clear that the functions of any one of the above-described embodiments may be implemented not only by executing the program code read out by the computer, but also by causing an operating system or the like operating on the computer to perform a part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code.
Further, it is to be understood that the program code read out from the storage medium is written to a memory provided in an expansion board inserted into the computer or to a memory provided in an expansion module connected to the computer, and then causes a CPU or the like mounted on the expansion board or the expansion module to perform part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code, thereby realizing the functions of any of the above-described embodiments.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising a" does not exclude the presence of other similar elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for realizing the method embodiments can be completed by hardware related to program instructions, the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program executes the steps comprising the method embodiments when executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it is to be noted that: the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. Intelligent vending machine lock control method is applied to intelligent vending machine, includes:
sending an MQTT registration request to a server; the MQTT registration request is used for establishing a communication connection based on MQTT with the server;
receiving registration success information returned by the server according to the MQTT registration request;
sending a first subscription request to the server over the established communication connection; wherein the first subscription request is used for representing the subscription of the intelligent vending machine to the unlocking/locking control command of the door lock;
receiving an unlocking/locking control command corresponding to the intelligent vending machine returned by the server according to the first subscription request; the server sends the unlocking/locking control command after receiving an unlocking/locking request sent by a mobile terminal at a user side according to the first subscription request;
sending the unlocking/locking control command to an electric mortise lock in the intelligent vending machine so as to realize unlocking/locking by controlling the ejection/insertion of a lock cylinder of the electric mortise lock into a lock hole; the electric mortise lock comprises a lock cylinder and a lock hole.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending the MQTT registration request to the server side includes:
acquiring account information contained in the intelligent vending machine; the account information comprises an account identifier and an account password;
generating a random character combination;
encrypting the account password by using the random character combination, and sending an MQTT registration request to the server through a Connect message; wherein, the Connect message carries the account identifier and the encrypted account password.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after said sending said unlock/lock control command to an electrical plug lock in said smart vending machine, further comprising:
sending status query information to the electric mortise lock;
receiving state information returned by the electric mortise lock according to the state inquiry information;
judging whether the unlocking/locking control command is finished or not according to the state information; wherein the state information comprises door magnetism information and electric mortise lock information;
when the door magnetic information is open and the electric mortise lock information is open, determining that the unlocking control command is completed and the intelligent vending machine door is opened;
when the door magnetic information is off and the electric mortise lock information is on, determining that the unlocking control command is finished and the intelligent vending machine door is not opened;
and when the door magnetic information is off and the electric mortise lock information is off, determining to finish the locking control command.
4. The method of claim 1,
the electric mortise lock comprises a lock cylinder and a lock hole, wherein the lock hole is arranged on the magnet base, and the lock hole is aligned with the lock cylinder of the electric mortise lock;
the electric mortise lock is arranged at the top of the intelligent vending machine door; the lock cylinder is installed on the intelligent vending machine, and the magnet seat is installed on the intelligent vending machine door;
the unlocking/locking is realized by controlling the ejection/insertion of the lock cylinder of the electric mortise lock into the lock hole, and the unlocking/locking method comprises the following steps:
when an unlocking control command is received, the lock cylinder is controlled to pop out of the lock hole to realize unlocking;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when a locking control command is received, the lock cylinder is controlled to be inserted into the lock hole to realize locking.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the method of acquiring the unlock/lock control command includes:
the server receives the unlocking/locking request sent by the mobile terminal, acquires an intelligent vending machine ID and an unlocking/locking control command included in the unlocking/locking request, and determines the intelligent vending machine corresponding to the unlocking/locking control command according to the intelligent vending machine ID.
6. Intelligent vending machine, its characterized in that includes:
the communication module is used for sending an MQTT registration request to the server; the MQTT registration request is used for establishing a communication connection based on MQTT with the server;
the receiving module is used for receiving registration success information returned by the server according to the MQTT registration request sent by the communication module;
a first sending module, configured to send a first subscription request to the server through the communication connection established by the communication module; wherein the first subscription request is used for representing the subscription of the intelligent vending machine to the unlocking/locking control command of the door lock;
the receiving module is further configured to receive an unlocking/locking control command, which is returned by the server according to the first subscription request sent by the first sending module and corresponds to the intelligent vending machine; the server sends the unlocking/locking control command after receiving an unlocking/locking request sent by a mobile terminal at a user side according to the first subscription request;
the second sending module is used for sending the unlocking/locking control command received by the receiving module to an electric mortise lock;
the electric mortise lock is used for realizing unlocking/locking by controlling the lock cylinder of the electric mortise lock to pop out/insert into the lock hole; the electric mortise lock comprises a lock cylinder and a lock hole.
7. Intelligence vending machine lock control system, its characterized in that includes: at least one of the smart vending machine and the server of claim 6;
the server is used for establishing communication connection based on MQTT with at least one intelligent vending machine, receiving a first subscription request sent by the at least one intelligent vending machine and sending an unlocking/locking control command to the corresponding intelligent vending machine according to the first subscription request; the first subscription request is used for representing the subscription of the intelligent vending machine to the unlocking/locking control command of the door lock; the server transmits the unlocking/locking control command after receiving an unlocking/locking request transmitted from a mobile terminal on the user side according to the first subscription request.
8. The system of claim 7, further comprising: at least one mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal is used for sending an unlocking/locking control request to the server; the unlocking/locking control request comprises an ID of the intelligent vending machine and an unlocking/locking control command;
the server is further used for receiving the state information of the electric mortise lock acquired by the intelligent vending machine; and when a second subscription request of the mobile terminal for the state information of the electric mortise lock is received, the state information of the electric mortise lock is sent to the mobile terminal.
9. Intelligent vending machine, its characterized in that includes: at least one memory and at least one processor;
the at least one memory to store a machine readable program;
the at least one processor is configured to invoke the machine readable program to execute the intelligent vending machine door lock control method of any of claims 1 to 5.
10. Computer readable medium, characterized in that it has stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause said processor to execute the intelligent vending machine door lock control method according to any of claims 1 to 5.
